05/07/2026: We came here planning to enjoy pizza and a couple of cocktails by the lake. When we arrived around 12:15 pm, the Italian waitress asked where we would like to sit. Since it was already quite hot, we chose a table in the shade, and she seated us at a small table for two by the wall. After taking our drink order, she asked if we were ready to order food. My husband asked for a pizza, and she told us that pizza is only served after 6:00 pm. We thanked her and said we would just have drinks instead. At that point, her attitude changed completely. In a very rude and unfriendly tone, she told us to move to the tables that were in direct sunlight with no shade. The café was almost empty, so there was no reason for this. It left us feeling very unwelcome and honestly spoiled the experience. The cocktails were excellent—well balanced and very enjoyable. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try the food because pizza wasn’t available, but I’m still giving the food 5 stars based on what we had planned to order. The service, however, deserves 0 stars. If you value friendly hospitality and don’t want your mood affected, be aware that the service here may leave a very unpleasant impression. 29/06/2026: Beautiful restaurant with very friendly staff. In the summer, the outdoor tables overlooking the Arco della Pace are appreciated. The pizzas are exquisite, truly excellent. For those who love thin crust pizzas with a low crust, I must say they are truly delicious, very digestible, light, exceptional, and definitely worth a try. The menu is excellent, and we'll try it next time... Thanks to all the staff and the pizza chef, who reminded us how good Italian pizza is.

22/02/2026: I stayed this weekend at the end of February, taking advantage of the gorgeous weather for hiking and taking advantage of a Smartbox worth €60. I'm writing this review because I don't understand the frustrated people complaining about the €20 supplement per person: just do the math and you'll see that a property like this charges at least €80-90 per night for the overnight stay alone. I think it's pretty pointless to argue about the supplement, especially since otherwise, instead of giving them away, you could just buy Smartboxes for yourself instead of booking on Booking.com or other portals. We were offered an additional €66 per couple for a full dinner and breakfast, but we had already made other plans for the weekend and didn't take advantage of it. The menu, the photos, and the aromas were very inviting, however, and the fact that the room was almost full for both dinner and breakfast confirms this, thanks in part to the central location in Selvino, halfway along the main street.

08/03/2026: We went last night for my brother's 50th birthday. Having booked days in advance, we learned they only had one booster seat, so we had to bring one from home to put on the chair. When we got to the restaurant, there wasn't an extra seat, and the owner insisted that it was okay and he shouldn't add a chair because there wasn't one. After everyone was seated at 7:30 PM, pizza orders weren't taken an hour later, and meanwhile, the people who arrived after us were already enjoying their meals. After asking for pizzas to be brought at least for the kids, we finally got dinner at almost 9:30 PM. The pizza was inedible, the fries were raw, and the seating was a disappointment. The bathroom was generally unsuitable, and especially unsuitable for traveling with small children; there wasn't even a changing table. Disorganization was the worst possible experience.

15/07/2026: I can't quite understand the negative reviews here. We were here on June 25th, 2026, and had three pizzas and drinks with the kids. The food was excellent. The pizza was crispy and delicious. Even though it wasn't the typical "Neapolitan style," the dough was very good and the toppings were fresh. The service was a bit cool, but friendly. That was probably because it was really busy at lunchtime. It should be obvious that you pay a certain premium at a place like this. But it was absolutely reasonable, and taking the rest of the pizza to go wasn't a problem at all (the pizzas are really big).

17/04/2026: Extremely disappointing experience. Service was slow, inattentive, and unprofessional. The staff seemed disorganized and not interested in customers. The food was also poor: cold when it arrived, lacking flavor, and clearly not prepared with care. Overall, it did not meet basic expectations and was not worth the visit. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not return !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

07/09/2025: For a bakery, they run out of everything, and what's more, everything they offer seems like it was made days ago. I couldn't swallow it unless I dipped it in my coffee. They seem a little overwhelmed by the number of people. I think there are better places for breakfast... A bit disappointing. The coffee was okay.

15/04/2026: Terrible service. We ordered fondue, and to our great surprise, there were food scraps in our pot. The waiters were extremely unfriendly, the food was inedible, and super expensive. 0/10, not recommended.

10/04/2026: I am extremely disappointed with the food and the staff in the hotel restaurant. The food is terrible and a disgrace to the reputation of Livigno and Italy in general. We ordered ribs, sea bass fillet and tagliatelle with mushrooms. They served us everything in literally 1 minute, from which we realized that everything had already been cooked and warmed up. The fish was beyond criticism, tasteless and as if boiled, the mushrooms in the tagliatelle seemed to have been poured from a can, and the ribs caused heartburn in my husband and he could not sleep. On top of all that, they lied to us most blatantly about the bill, saying that the appetizer we had ordered was taken by our friends from the company (they were on separate table) but in fact we paid for it and our friends paid separately too, it was included in their bill. Overall no one was happy with the dinner and we left feeling like we were screwed. I regret going to this place. And knowing what the restaurant is like, I can only imagine what the hotel will be like. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
