09/03/2025: Excellent, I was there 15 days ago, I had already been, and I will definitely go back. I recommend everyone to go there. In May or June I'm still in Marina and so I won't miss it.
08/03/2025: Restaurant in the historic center of Montalto di Castro, gluten-free offering at the highest levels from starters to desserts, they have everything a celiac like me could want. Prices appropriate for the place and the service, plus the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Super, see you next time.

03/03/2025: Very good pastries and coffee, hot chocolate served with chopped hazelnuts, a dried fruit typical of the Viterbo region. Very friendly and professional service.
28/11/2024: I've been there many times but only at the bar, never been for lunch or dinner. My experience is absolutely positive, the staff is always kind and friendly, sometimes they have really excellent sweets. Until next time.

I call the pizzeria to order a takeaway margherita pizza with olives for 7.30pm.
When I got there I waited at least 10 minutes before someone showed up at the counter to serve the customers present. After some time I manage to pay for what should have been my margherita pizza with olives. When I got home I noticed that the olives were not on the pizza, I decided to go back to the restaurant, and once I arrived I pointed this out. The girl present there replied that they didn't have any olives, which was something I wasn't told either when ordering or when picking up. When I asked to have something else on the pizza I was told that I would have to pay a supplement. I then asked if they had a condiment that didn't require a supplement and the answer was "oil", in a sarcastic tone. Whereupon I left with my cold margherita pizza.

15/03/2025: Today we went to this splendid restaurant, directly on the lake. Special occasion, first day of seasonal opening for a graduation party... Everything perfect, everything excellent and last but not least the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff. Thank you, we will see you again soon.
16/12/2024: We had a terrible meal, we trusted the location with tables overlooking the lake but we didn't like the taste of what we ordered. Spent much more than other nearby restaurants.

22/02/2025: Locale rumorosissimo (ma questo sarebbe il minimo) e disordinato (negli spazi adiacenti alla sala si intravedeva un'accatastamento di cose), personale assolutamente non qualificato e disorganizzato (linguaggio inappropriato, chi prendeva gli ordini metteva anche qualche ingrediente sulla pizza, nessuno indossava guanti e cuffia). La pizza a vederla sembrava anche bella ma la base, e quindi l'impasto, non ha nulla a che vedere con una pizza; gli ingredienti erano di scarsa qualità, tanto che in bocca non distinguevi i vari sapori.

30/03/2025: Oggi in gita a Ronciglione per la prima volta abbiamo avuto la fortuna di aver scelto La Corte dei Prefetti per il nostro pranzo.
Bella location con il nostro tavolo posizionato con veduta sul borgo medievale.
Abbiamo iniziato con un'ottima panzanella servita in maniera particolare su una bella fetta di pane e con bruschetta condita con svariate verdure dell'orto.
Come piatto principale tutta pasta fatta in casa: perfette le pappardelle al cinghiale, ottima la pasta di fieno canepino sia con ragù viterbese e sia con cacio e pepe.
Sublime e tenerissimo il maialino di latte cotto nel forno a legna.
Gustosi tutti i dolci portati al tavolo, ben fornita la lista dei vini
Ambiente elegante e cordiale, servizio veloce ed impeccabile con gentilezza e educazione dei camerieri, professionale e simpatico Gino il titolare.
Complimenti a mamma e a tutta la sua brigata per gli ottimi piatti mangiati.
Torneremo sicuramente.
