02/01/2024: Sinceramente non mi prendo quasi mai la briga di lasciare una recensione, un po’ per pigrizia un po’ perché me ne dimentico. Ma ci tenevo davvero molto a scrivere questa di recensione. Siamo stati a mangiare a pranzo del 1 gennaio. Abbiamo scelto il menu locanda prendendo antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce. La location è bellissima, tutto molto pulito e elegante con una meravigliosa vista sul borgo di Ronciglione. Il servizio perfetto e il personale educato, gentile e coinvolgente nella descrizione del menu. Dall’antipasto al dolce noi abbiamo amato tutto! Le tagliatelle al cinghiale sono le più buone che abbiamo mai mangiato. Qualità/prezzo ottima! Tutto davvero squisito… è stata una bellissima giornata da ricordare. Grazie, sicuramente un posto dove tornare!

01/01/2024: Dopo anni ripasso in zona, e, mi ricordo di questo locale, di un gran pranzo; quindi ci ritorno. Sempre ambiente elegante, come il servizio ed i piatti. Il cestino del pane merita una citazione, per la bontà dei grissini fatti in casa, delle pizzette e dei pani. Ho iniziato con dei funghi cardoncelli e sfoglie di grana, fresco e delicato, tagliolini limone e bottarga, quel giusto tocco di sapore, ben combinato, concludo col coniglio, gustoso accompagnato da ottimo vino, scelto dall'ampia lista. Il conto è sopra alla media, concedersi un gran pranzo ogni tanto.

21/08/2024: A very friendly place, the pizzas are thin but the dough is good and easily digestible, the toppings were adequate in quantity and quality. The pizzas are very large! Very few places outdoors but inside is better. The prices are honest, all in all you spend little compared to other places. The service is fast and the dining room staff is always very kind. Furthermore, they always found a place for us even if we arrived late so we can only give 5 stars for courtesy, availability and cuisine. The location is a bit spartan but if the food is good, the rest matters little. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to test the first and second courses but from what we saw with our eyes I would say generous portions and customers who finished everything so definitely worth trying on our next return to Montalto.

15/08/2024: .... well yes.... if like me you want simple places with home cooking at honest prices, then choose Trattoria da Ciucci in Capranica!!! Congratulations to pacifiers, oops, I wanted to say to everyone!!!

07/08/2024: Homemade trattoria, plentiful and good dishes, even if the tagliolini with cacio e pepe (€10) had too much oil. Then aubergine tagliolini (not on the menu, I assume the highest price on the menu, €12), porchetta and potatoes, €12, a quarter of house red wine, a glass of water. At the end, the kind owner offers us dessert, 4 melon pancakes. No digestive or coffee. Total €45. It means €11 for the quarter, water, cover charge. One suspects that we paid for the pancakes...
