11/01/2025: ieri sera cena da gaia bio, presente la signora Triana, una dei due manager, e la collaboratrice Giulia, silenziosa come l'altra (Emanuela) ma molto professionale e gentile. Stavolta ho provato una pizza vegana, molto buona e particolare, differente da tutte le pizze che si possono trovare in giro, ero stato varie volta da gaia bio ma avevo sempre preso pasta o riso mai pizza. Altri hanno preso riso nero, straccetti, pasta con lupini, insomma tutto ottimo. per concludere uno strudel, perfettamente eseguito. Tutti i dolci e i gelati sono fatti da loro. Da bere il rosso piceno che prendo sempre, buono e genuino stamattina niente mal di testa. Ottima anche la grappa, si puo' scegliere tra varie qualita'. Prezzi nella media, sicuramente non eccessivi. Volendo proprio fare una critica, la vetrata che da' sulla strada non e' schermata da tende o piante, come avviene in tantissimi ristoranti nel mondo, quindi chi siede al tavolo e' visibile dalla strada come in vetrina, a me non da fastidio ma qualcuno attento alla privacy puo' non gradire. Ma vabbe', noi senza dubbio torneremo. Locale strapieno, indispensabile prenotare per tempo. giovanni

31/12/2024: This is a historic pizzeria in the neighborhood, it has changed its name but not its management. Suitable for everyone, children, families, tourists, etc. The pizza is good, the service excellent and the staff very kind.

07/01/2025: We've been getting pizzas here for years, everything is always excellent! The superlative white lumberjack, one of the best lumberjacks I've ever tried. The only thing is that recently they have increased prices, unfortunately the crisis is making itself felt, but we will continue to get the pizza here because it is superb and worth the price.

19/08/2024: If you want to have breakfast in a nice, quiet environment with very friendly staff, this is the right place... Excellent coffee but also the own production of croissants and various pastries... We had a good time, I highly recommend it!

Excellent pizza to cut at any time but also sandwiches or plates to compose from very good fresh products, cooked with simplicity, care and generosity. The pastries are also very good. We have already been back 3 times in two days and our stay has only just begun!!! Also note: the friendliness of the serving staff.
