06/03/2025: I very rarely publish reviews, but this time, it’s deserved! We went there as a family and were wonderfully welcomed. To put it simply: it was the best pizza of our stay. The dough was both light and crispy, and the toppings were excellent. Everyone was won over!
The establishment is slightly away from the tourist hustle and bustle, with a local clientele—which is generally a good sign. We will return with great pleasure during our next stay!

08/03/2025: We happened to find Gaia Bio one of our first nights in Rome and it ended up being the best discovery of our entire trip. Of all the restaurants we went to on our week long trip, Gaia Bio was the only one we had to visit twice. The pizza was not only the best I had in Rome, but the best in the world. When I look back on our trip, Gaia Bio is what I will think of first. I cannot wait to return!

The pizza is also very good, low priced with high quality ingredients and varied flavours.
The two brothers who run it are always very kind.
The place is small but there is a place to lean and eat.
A point of reference in the area, also for takeaway.
13/03/2025: I am a tourist and I spent 5 days in Rome. Among the various places this is one of the few where I ate well.
The pizzas were delicious in both texture and flavor despite being different from those in my area.
Affordable price and excellent quality products, truly satisfied!!!

22/03/2025: I often eat take-out food for work snacks, and for special occasions I go and get sweets, brioches, pizzas and bread and mortadella… a mix of sweet and savory.
The almond paste is wonderful… Wednesday 19, a colleague had the zeppole, fried and baked… they were literally sublime!!!! I'm sorry I didn't take pictures! Must try!!! I am the owners, always friendly, kind and helpful.
