15/06/2025: Se detuvo a tomar algo. Muy caro para no tan buen vino. Servicio muy lento. Un amigo tenía un sándwich que estaba bien. No el mejor.

04/06/2025: Esperábamos bastante tiempo para sacar una mesa afuera, aunque había dos disponibles: los camareros no las limpiaban ni nos decían nada, así que finalmente tuvimos que sentarnos. También tardaron mucho en tomar nuestro pedido, y tuve que ir a preguntarles de nuevo. El camarero que finalmente nos ayudó fue muy grosero y no dio una explicación clara. Entiendo que están ocupados, pero eso no justifica ser grosero con los clientes.

09/11/2025: We ordered the pizza on Delivero, when it arrived the box was missing some of the pizza we had paid for and these were supplì... so I took the pizza and decided to go to the shop to show them (in the box there was pizza with mortadella that was dark in color as if it were old) they responded to me with an air of superiority saying that they didn't have the pizza they hadn't put in but I had paid for that pizza anyway, then the girl all agitated kept telling me that they make supplì like this and "have you at least tasted them?" Then, since they didn't want to change them for me, I went home and tasted them and I can confirm that the supplì were old. Then, regarding the pizza with mortadella, the pizza chef told me that it's normal for the mortadella to darken during transport (when we get it from that other alice pizza place, it never happened) and they didn't change that either... end of story, the staff was very rude and we had a bad stomach all night, never again ☺️

03/11/2025: A total disaster! The lady who served the guests knew we wanted coffee. She invited us to a table, brought us a menu, and after about 20 minutes of waiting, the waiter arrived. Upon learning we only wanted coffee, he rudely told us it was impossible because we had to order more than just coffee!!! I'd just like to mention that this place has "CAFFE" in its name! I've been traveling to Italy for years, and this is the first time I've encountered such unfriendly service!

02/11/2025: The food was great, the waiters were helpful. The view and atmosphere were perfect. The only downside is that the restaurant guests are charged for the toilet.

14/11/2025: Personel extremely antipathetic and annoying. According to them if you sit to have a coffee you’re not allowed nor entitled to use the restroom. A place to completely avoid! Also the food is overpriced for the quality they provide

11/11/2025: The perfect tourist trap! I ordered a pizza, and serving a pizza like that should be a crime punishable by imprisonment in Italy! Avoid at all costs!

02/12/2025: Trattoria located in Rome's historic center, 50 meters from the Trevi Fountain. A Roman trattoria, but for tourists who aren't particularly connoisseurs of fresh, authentic food. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff are typically Roman, and that's the highlight. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating; at our suggestion, we sat inside. We ordered an Italian appetizer (olives, salami (both regular and spicy), prosciutto, and buschetta) and two dishes of pasta alla matricina and carbonara. What can I say: the cured meats tasted like the ones sold in original packaging at supermarkets, and the pasta sauce was only adequate, despite the portions being generous. Let's not say anything special; I repeat, it's a trattoria for tourists, but not for food connoisseurs, although the setting (the Trevi Fountain) suggests so. As for the price, it was definitely a hefty bill, around €68 for two pasta dishes, an appetizer, and two coffees. Listen, listen, I paid €3.50 each for coffee served at the table (perhaps it doesn't even cost that much in Venice). Conclusion: I wouldn't recommend this trattoria.

16/11/2025: By far the worst service we’ve had so far in Italy. The waiter was extremely rude and also forced us to tip. The only positive note is the location, but there are much better restaurants nearby. Absolutely not recommended.

16/11/2025: We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was unfriendly from the moment we walked in, and the overall hygiene left a lot to be desired. We even found a hair in our pasta, and instead of addressing the issue politely, the woman serving us insisted it was ours and argued about it. Her attitude was rude and she remained inattentive for the rest of the meal.

07/12/2025: They've definitely done it: the worst pizza in the world in the country with the best pizza. Carbonara with bacon… Terrible. Definitely a place to avoid. I'd give it zero stars if I could, plus it's ridiculously expensive. The bathroom looks like a latrine from the 3rd century BC.

23/11/2025: Romans don't seem to be embarrassed about having a store like this. I ordered pizza and ravioli, and while I understood that it was a reheated frozen pizza, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the oily layer separating from the ravioli sauce. The sauce was cold. They just brought me a retro, roughly mixed it, and threw it away. I didn't have time to argue, so I just ate and tried to pay, but they arbitrarily added a 2 euro coperto (seat charge). If it was a service charge, I didn't want to pay, and if it was a coperto, it's illegal in Rome. I argued, but it didn't make sense, and I was too lazy to bother, so I just paid and left. If you're in Rome and can't always go to fancy restaurants, and want a fresh experience, I recommend this place. Maybe Romans aren't shy about having a store like this. I ordered pizza and ravioli, and I tried to understand the frozen pizza that was heated, but I doubted my eyes when I saw that the oil layer was separated in the ravioli sauce. The sauce was cold. I just brought a retro one and threw it roughly. I didn't have time to argue, so I just wanted to eat and pay, but they attached 2 euros of copeto as they please. If it was a service charge, I didn't want to give it to them at all, and if it was copeto, it would be illegal in Rome. I thought it didn't work, and I just paid for it because it was annoying. If you can't always go to a good store in Rome, or if you want to have a fresh experience, I recommend this store. - I Romani non si vergognano di avere un negozio come questo. Ordinarono pizza e ravioli, provai a capire la pizza congelata calda, ma vidi che lo strato di olio era separato dal sugo dei ravioli, e pensai ai miei occhi. La salsa era fredda. Mi sono preso un retro e l'ho rigirata dentro. Non avevo tempo per discutere, quindi ho deciso di mangiarlo, di pagarlo, e mi hanno fatto pagare due euro al massimo. Se lo avessero avuto, non l'avrei dato se fossero serviti, e se fossero stati presi, sarebbe stato illegale a Roma. L'avevo fatto. Non capivo. Ero troppo permaloso, così sono uscito a pagare. Per coloro che sono già a Roma ma non sempre vanno in buoni negozi, e per coloro che vogliono avere un'esperienza nuova, raccomando questo negozio.

29/10/2025: The food was awful; the pizza looked and tasted like the cheapest supermarket pizza, simply reheated, as you can see in the photo. The carbonara was terrible; I could have made it myself. The toilet was dirty and had no toilet seat. I thought I was going to a nice bar with homemade food and a nice view of the fountain, but unfortunately, it was only a nice view. At least I've learned my lesson to always read reviews before eating somewhere.

05/09/2025: Pitiful. We introduce ourselves politely, ask for a table for two: the red-haired waitress curtly says, "Wait outside," without even a hello. Fine, we wait... thirty seconds. And then, an elderly couple comes up behind us, asks for a table, and presto, magic: they're immediately found a seat. Us? Invisible, swept aside as if we didn't exist. A real comedy, except it's pathetic. Such a lack of consideration and such a mockery is unheard of. Result: an immediate U-turn. Losing customers because of such arrogance and incompetence, hats off!

20/08/2025: I do not recommend this restaurant, which doesn't even deserve to be called that. The €15 menu didn't include anything listed on it. We ordered spaghetti with shrimp, but there were no shrimp on our plates. I asked the waitress about it, and she replied, "I told you it was shrimp sauce." This was completely false. The sauce was industrial, tasteless, and there was no choice of desserts, just three types of industrial pies. Finally, €2 per person was added to the bill. This wasn't listed on the menu, even though it's mandatory. In short, a total disappointment!!!! This restaurant deserves a visit from the financial authorities. Even the receipt is questionable, with no details of what the price corresponds to!!!!!

13/09/2025: This is a horrible, rip-off place. The menu cost less than 20 euros for a seafood pizza, plus a bottle of house wine and a bottle of sparkling water (as shown in the photo), for two people. They charged over 100 euros for the above, without giving us a detailed bill. Since we weren't in my own country, I couldn't argue and could only pay with tears in my eyes! God bless you 🙏

12/09/2025: For the price it was good for a meal. It is not Italian crusine. If you are on a budget then you get great value for EUR$16/person. Otherwise go elsewhere.

27/08/2025: Worst experience of my life! They didn't deliver what was on the menu, they overcharged us, we complained and the owners yelled at us a lot, we said we weren't going to pay the amount charged and believe it or not, they locked us inside the restaurant and kept yelling. It was chaos.

10/11/2025: What a rip off, don't ever go here, they will Rob you of your money in bill, they charged me 33 euro for spag bol and chips and one orange juice, then he asked me for 5 euro in cash tip

08/11/2025: The food was mediocre, but the prices were outrageous, the service charge was exorbitant, and the tip was mandatory. I should have called the police to get an explanation of the bill. It was highway robbery.
