21/11/2025: Congratulations, the pizza is amazing, both in terms of dough and ingredients. A true delight, worthy of an A+.

16/11/2025: I reported it directly to the franchise a few weeks ago because the owner had the audacity to call my son "Fat" (story explained briefly). They told me they'd take action, and since the pizza was excellent, I tried to return. I found the owner swearing at the employee while she, with tears in her eyes, continued to smile and serve customers. A disgraceful scene. Extremely rude woman. Poor employees. They deserve to close. Moral of the story: I wanted to give them a second chance, but I left without any pizza, and I'll never return!

25/01/2026: Today I went to this bar with my family. After standing in a long line to pay at the cashier, I asked for three ice cream cones and was told they couldn't get any ice cream due to a technical problem. The strange thing is that the ice cream counter was full of ice cream... I would never go back to this place again...

23/12/2025: They're scammers. They change the price of pizzas every day. Then they make excuses. Unlike two days ago, the price has changed by €1 on a pizza that costs €7.50 (they decide the price on the spot based on the customer). I ordered two of those pizzas and they cost €19. They told me they cost €8.50, but the bill still doesn't add up.

01/02/2026: A truly beautiful place, an oasis in the heart of Rome. Here you'll find excellent service, and if it's cold, like any good Mexican, you'll find a great tequila. A place that preserves much of what could be a glimpse into the past. Beautiful, beautiful! Excellent service!

28/12/2025: The Ristorante Pizzeria Al Piacere in Rome only operates on transactional service rather than customer service. Our waiter only recognized us as soon as we put down Euros rather than give us the eye contact and recognition as paying patrons visiting their poorly rated restaurant. If this so called professional worker was tired or needed a break, he could’ve communicated to another waiter that he needed to continue our service. We asked for our check over four times-in a nearly empty restaurant only to have the same waiter sit down behind us and eat , and obliviously forget he was in charge of our section. He immediately sprung into action as soon as we put Euros down on the table for the other waiter that eventually provided us a check. This poor customer service tarnishes the reputation of any reputable or mediocre restaurant. Worse, yet the blatant inconsiderate unprofessionalism of this waiter, who is voluntarily working at this restaurant made a terrible and profound negative impact on our meal and the fine company we were enjoying together. Despite having terrible reviews, we still went to the restaurant and gave it an opportunity to demonstrate otherwise. In the future, when I see a restaurant with a barely 2 star rating, I will take into consideration the experience of others’ opinions although I prefer to form my own opinions based on my personal experience. This is the first bad review I’ve ever written and of all places on vacation abroad. Management needs to train or retrain their staff on how to treat people with respect and dignity and if that is too difficult for them, management is solely responsible for not properly navigating the responsibilities of those working there. It is apparent that Euros rather than professional is what motivates the staff members at this restaurant but to be fair this waiter obviously has no regard for his colleagues and made everyone including the restaurant look bad.

26/12/2025: Horrible place—don’t go. The food was bland and too expensive for a frozen meal. The staff was horrible. We had to ask for the check multiple times while people walked by and didn’t acknowledge us and had to wait 15 mins for it. Our waiter was rude and didn’t acknowledge us at all but then continued to ask us for tip on top of an already expensive bill.

05/09/2025: Pitiful. We introduce ourselves politely, ask for a table for two: the red-haired waitress curtly says, "Wait outside," without even a hello. Fine, we wait... thirty seconds. And then, an elderly couple comes up behind us, asks for a table, and presto, magic: they're immediately found a seat. Us? Invisible, swept aside as if we didn't exist. A real comedy, except it's pathetic. Such a lack of consideration and such a mockery is unheard of. Result: an immediate U-turn. Losing customers because of such arrogance and incompetence, hats off!

20/08/2025: I do not recommend this restaurant, which doesn't even deserve to be called that. The €15 menu didn't include anything listed on it. We ordered spaghetti with shrimp, but there were no shrimp on our plates. I asked the waitress about it, and she replied, "I told you it was shrimp sauce." This was completely false. The sauce was industrial, tasteless, and there was no choice of desserts, just three types of industrial pies. Finally, €2 per person was added to the bill. This wasn't listed on the menu, even though it's mandatory. In short, a total disappointment!!!! This restaurant deserves a visit from the financial authorities. Even the receipt is questionable, with no details of what the price corresponds to!!!!!

21/11/2025: My wife and I stopped for an Aperol. There was a €5 glass takeaway outside. We checked to see if we could still have one. The Aperols we received had absolutely no alcohol content. When we went to the cash register, I saw €14 for two Aperols on the POS system. When I asked why, he angrily showed me a plastic cup. This business is definitely a tuition scam. I'm warning you, don't get scammed.

16/11/2025: The pizza is disgusting, the suppli are equally disgusting, and I've never seen such a dirty bathroom with no toilet paper or soap. The prices are 10 euros for a slice of pizza with mozzarella and a supplì. Absolutely avoid them.

12/09/2025: For the price it was good for a meal. It is not Italian crusine. If you are on a budget then you get great value for EUR$16/person. Otherwise go elsewhere.

27/08/2025: Worst experience of my life! They didn't deliver what was on the menu, they overcharged us, we complained and the owners yelled at us a lot, we said we weren't going to pay the amount charged and believe it or not, they locked us inside the restaurant and kept yelling. It was chaos.

09/01/2026: We ordered simple breakfast plates and we ended up paying more than we would of in a fancy restaurant. We certainly won’t be going back to this restaurant, and would hope that this review can help other potential clients to not get robbed from their hard earned money. Also we were obligated to pay a high Tip. In America we always tip but we are never forced to pay more than 20% for tip with crappy service and food.

08/01/2026: Absolutely robbery, everything was ok until we received the €107 bill, then was told of a hidden €15 charge that had to be paid in cash. When I said I don't carry change. The rude staff member said "you can transfer it to my bank account" Absolutely robbing off tourists.
