01/06/2025: Vino porque necesitaba desesperadamente un bocado antes de mi gira programada en el Vaticano. No esperaba nada genial, pero tampoco esperaba nada MALO. Es decir, es ROMA, incluso las pastas rápidas y pizzas son mejores que los lugares italianos de alta gama en los Estados Unidos. Sin embargo, este lugar fue tan decepcionante. La pizza era muy, muy muy grasienta y pesada. Me sentí mal después de comerlo. El suministro estaba bien. El servicio al cliente fue genial, sin embargo, y el empleado fue muy paciente con mi mal italiano. La pizza americana de Domino's es mejor. También los precios eran una locura. Recuerdo mi primera pizza caminando que fui a Rosamunda's, que era increíble - solo gasté 13 euros en dos piezas enormes. Aquí gasté 30 en 2 piezas, un suministro y 2 aguas. Si estás en un aprieto está bien para un bocado rápido, pero definitivamente no pierdas una comida aquí si tienes más tiempo!

12/07/2025: Total tourist rip-off. Cappuccino for €5!! The waiter pushed me every time he walked past my chair. Incredibly rude. There was no apology. The tables were so close together that they could maximize profit from the overpriced drinks. Absolutely not recommended!

31/08/2025: I never go there. The one time I went for a quick bite, the POS terminal under the register was out of power. The girl at the counter made me make the transaction twice, claiming she hadn't taken the first one because she was charging. She asked me for my card and didn't give me a receipt or a copy of the payment. Moral of the story: Two days later, the account entry showed I had paid twice. My mistake for not demanding it. NEVER AGAIN

30/08/2025: Staff incompetence. Mistakes are acceptable, repeats are not, and above all, it's unacceptable for customers to grumble and complain about yet another mistake. Anyway, I appreciate Alice Pizza in general; this doesn't even seem to belong to the aforementioned pizza chain.

02/09/2025: I ended up here while just walking past, so I had not read the reviews. The food was good. The chilli bruschetta was the best out of multiple places where I tried it.

19/08/2025: There aren't any recent reviews. Please read this carefully before making your decision. The service was terrible, the tipping was forced, and I experienced the worst tourist experience. Beyond the price, the food quality was also terrible. There are many better places nearby, so please take note.

04/09/2025: Scam restaurant as others have said. They will offer you extras without telling you the price. Next thing you know you've got a massive bill. These reviews should be listed under Taverna Alfredo as that is the name they're trading under. Avoid at all costs.

09/07/2025: Essen ganz okay aber alles sehr unorganisiert. Eine freundliche Dame hat uns mit gutem Englisch angesprochen und uns zu unserem Tisch begleitet. Die anderen Angestellten schienen sehr gehetzt, obwohl kaum was los war. Ihr Englisch war mittelmäßig bis schlecht. Bestellungen kamen durcheinander an. Haupt und vorspeise kamen gleichzeitig an aber nur bei einer Person. Wir haben nach Pfeffer- und Salz- Streuern gefragt, jedoch ist dies wohl in dem schlecht organisierten Chaos untergegangen. Die Bedienung strich sich ab und zu mit der Hand durch das ganze Gesicht, was nur ein Detail, jedoch für uns sehr unangenehm war. Manchmal würde auch einfach nur schweigend aufgetischt. Bei der Bestellung wurde scheinbar vermieden dem Gast ins Gesicht zu blicken. Authentizität war sowieso nicht vorhanden, da alle Angestellten, die man gesehen hat Inder waren. (Daran ist nichts schlechtes. Nur eine Sache, die vielleicht interessiert ;) )

10/05/2025: I was rather disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The portions served were really small and the staff lacked friendliness and warmth. The pizza was the only decent dish, but for the rest, the value for money was not there. In addition, the dishes displayed outside did not match those offered inside, and there was no menu available, which made the choice difficult. As for dessert, the only one offered was a slice of apple cake, served unevenly; the selection is very limited. The restrooms are located outside the restaurant and were not very clean. Unfortunately, I do not think I will return.

14/04/2025: Smiling and fast service but frankly the carbonara pasta for €13 is nothing and it's not very good. When we left the restaurant, we had to complete our meal with sliced ​​pizzas to satisfy our hunger. Very disappointed. Regarding the pizza it's okay but nothing more.

27/08/2025: Worst experience of my life! They didn't deliver what was on the menu, they charged more than the price. We went to complain and the owners yelled at us a lot. We told them we weren't going to pay the price, and believe me, they locked us inside the restaurant and kept yelling. It was chaos.
