23/05/2025: I stopped by chance for breakfast. At 8:30, the baskets near the counter were full and a bit smelly. The croissant was frozen, but obviously poorly stored, soggy and tasteless. I didn't even manage to finish the cappuccino. The staff at the counter were very busy joking and laughing among themselves, as if they were doing me a favor, and didn't even reply to "goodbye" or "goodbye." The basics of good manners, in addition to pure and simple courtesy, were definitely too high.
P.S. A receipt shouldn't be an optional extra at the customer's request.
