22/12/2025: Terrible experience in every way. The vendor was extremely rude, uninterested, and completely unprofessional. He seemed annoyed by a customer's simple request. I asked for a reheated pizza, and he left it in the oven for a few seconds, delivering it practically cold. He also literally mocked me when I asked for things. He yelled at some customers; I almost thought he was about to raise his hands; it was unbelievable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a restaurant open to the public. I will never return and I strongly advise against it. And the pizza was awful. 😂 If you don't want to get sick, don't come.

07/09/2025: An experience, both personal and for those at my table, that was unforgettable in every way. From the moment we arrived to the moment we were literally kicked out of the place. We arrived, we asked where we could sit, and no one showed us where without accompanying us, which is something that happens everywhere I've been, but we decided to overlook this seemingly pointless matter, so we had to choose ourselves. As we sat down, a waiter came over and literally threw the menus at us from behind without saying anything (a rather rude gesture). We decided to overlook this aspect as well, even though it was more significant than the first. When they came to take my partner's and my order, we felt very intimidated by what we'd chosen (because he looked at us like a couple of poor wretches). We decided to overlook this as well, because ultimately it was just our gut feeling, even if it was obvious. They brought us drinks by slamming the water on the table in an incredible way, and that was fine... the only positive note, so far, is that everything arrived promptly; they practically didn't make us wait for anything. But let's continue with the story. While we were finishing our first course, they came to ask us what we wanted for the second course, and we simply replied that we had to decide. Two minutes later, my partner went to the bathroom, and the waiter returned, asking me what I wanted for the second course. I replied, thanking him, saying that I didn't want anything else. He then asked me how I wanted to pay and immediately brought me the payment card so I could pay at the table without asking, emphasizing that all this had happened in about a minute. By the time my partner returned from the bathroom, we had to get up and leave. Truly unfriendly in every way. If you want a quick bite to eat and then leave, it's a fine place, but if you expect even a modicum of courtesy, definitely leave it alone. I don't recommend it.

23/01/2025: Thursday evening, only 3 tables (11 people total). We waited over 1.5 hours for terrible food. The service was also poor: not even two breadsticks while we waited. Now I understand why it's always empty.

24/10/2025: We ordered 8 pizzas, 7 of which arrived completely undercooked. After I pointed out to the owner that the pizzas were cooked, or rather, undercooked, he replied three times, "I thought they were cooked." Needless to say, he didn't even offer to remake the pizzas—the following day would have been fine, too—or give us a refund. Finally, I should add that the owner refused our offer to take the pizzas back to the pizzeria. In the video, only 3 of the 7 pizzas are visible due to lack of space, but the others were equally undercooked.

18/10/2025: I ordered 8 large pizzas, 7 of which were raw, with dough that was leaking bits of flour. A disastrous experience. F in chat.

07/01/2026: This restaurant felt dishonest and deceptive. They assumed we were tourists from China who didn’t understand local pricing rules and would just pay whatever they charged. Their menu did not clearly state that the steak was priced at 8 euros per 100 grams. My 13-year-old daughter and I were visiting Europe for the first time and had no idea this was the custom. We had already ordered two pastas. They never brought the steak out for us to see or confirm the size. Instead, they served us a huge steak weighing over one kilogram, with a lot of fat and bones. If I had seen the steak beforehand, I would never have ordered it. On top of that, they added a 10% tip without asking and did not provide a receipt. When they saw our shocked reaction, they smugly asked, “Are you from China?” This was not a misunderstanding—it was intentional deception, taking advantage of a woman and a child who were unfamiliar with local practices. It was completely unacceptable.

03/01/2026: Exorbitant prices... A slice of pizza and a bottle of water cost more than €5. The pizza is mediocre, the service poor, and the cleanliness of the tables non-existent.

04/06/2025: Esperábamos bastante tiempo para sacar una mesa afuera, aunque había dos disponibles: los camareros no las limpiaban ni nos decían nada, así que finalmente tuvimos que sentarnos. También tardaron mucho en tomar nuestro pedido, y tuve que ir a preguntarles de nuevo. El camarero que finalmente nos ayudó fue muy grosero y no dio una explicación clara. Entiendo que están ocupados, pero eso no justifica ser grosero con los clientes.

07/12/2025: Terrible service, poor quality ingredients. Incapable of managing a business; several orders were returned due to errors. Prices are higher than the menu (flyers) and don't match the signage displayed in the restaurant. I don't recommend it.

03/01/2026: The food was quite tasty, but the service was disheveling. The table was wiped with a cloth in front of us, leaving a typical cloth smell – I regret not leaving then – but it was raining heavily. The waitress took our order for freshly squeezed orange juice, and a moment later someone rushed over to explain that they were out of oranges and could use bottled juice. I ordered a pizza, but after a long wait, they brought pasta. I asked for a replacement, which prolonged the wait. The pizza was okay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

12/12/2025: 1 star because I couldn't give it 0! Ordered on Just Eat, delivery was expected to be 50 minutes, which is understandable considering I work on the weekend. However, the order never arrived, 40 minutes late, and the restaurant was unavailable by phone. After a 45-minute wait, the pizzas were delivered. The pizza was hard, seemed frozen, and had a questionable flavor. The gluten-free pizza was hard, toasty, and obviously frozen (a 4-euro surcharge, ridiculous)! The fries were also bad. We spent 30 euros for a terrible meal. Highly not recommended.

22/01/2026: We spent 30 euros on breakfast and luggage storage. The blonde girl was very nice. We went twice because it was next to the hotel; once we had breakfast there—two coffees and two sandwiches for 16 euros. Today we only had coffee on the terrace, and when I went to the bathroom, a brunette waitress followed me around the place and asked if I needed anything. I told her I needed the bathroom. When I came out, she was still there waiting for me, staring at me. Then, while we were getting our luggage (they store it in a bathroom they don't use), she kept watching me from a distance, never taking her eyes off me. She must have thought I was going to steal something, when, if anything, their prices are the real rip-off. It was a very rude gesture and completely unwarranted. There are much better and cheaper places in Rome.

28/12/2025: Great little lunch place near the Trevi. Cosy outdoor space and well priced mains cooked well and decent size. Hard to see why this has bad reviews tbh. Service is included on bill.

25/12/2025: I went there because it was near the Trevi Fountain, but the food was really bad, and they demanded a tip at the end. I ended up paying 2 euros myself.

12/01/2026: I was here just for gelato to go - I was very satisfied. Many flavours, good price, friendly staff. Made my day :)

11/01/2026: This was to be expected given the immediate proximity to Piazza Navona, but it's definitely overpriced. I'll never understand that Italian "you can't sit down because it's a different price," even though the place seats three people crosswise. The tartuffo isn't my style, and the gelato isn't the best we've ever had, but it's one of the more expensive. I think it's better to avoid it and walk a few dozen meters away from Navona.

24/01/2026: On January 1, 2026, after New Year's Mass at St. Peter's Basilica, I went for lunch. I consulted Google ratings and reviews. I ordered pasta, Neapolitan pizza with anchovies, fried zucchini, beer, and water. Part of the pizza plate I was served on was broken. In Korea, we don't use broken plates, but in Europe, it's generally tolerated, so I was a little offended, but I endured it anyway. The pizza was topped with eight halved anchovies, which obscured the true Neapolitan pizza flavor. The pasta was overly al dente, lacking a pleasant texture. The draft beer was fine, but the rim of the glass was broken, so I could have easily nicked my lip. I tolerated that and carefully drank from the remaining portion. The problem was that, because it was a holiday, a 20% service charge was included in the bill. They then forced me to choose between a 10% or 20% tip. They told me, "Tipping is mandatory in Italy." When we declined, they said, "You're from China!"... We didn't respond. Those who are generous with their tips and refer to Google reviews should go.
