29/12/2024: UPDATE: 1) The convenience of being able to order directly from the site has recently disappeared, and this is a disadvantage. 2) The round pizzas ordered for delivery remained good, but shrank noticeably. 3) Most of the time the pizzas, even if smaller, have the quality of the past... Sometimes, however, they arrive more soggy... As if something had changed in the dough or cooking... There has probably been some change, in fact the number from which you order has also changed... In short, everything is always good, I recommend their pizza... But before it was better! Old review: Pizzerias near schools are almost always good, at least in Rome and its surroundings... And this pizzeria does not escape the rule! Excellent pizza by the slice and, what is rare for those who make pizza by the slice, excellent round pizzas, to be picked up on site or delivered to your home by a group of fast, courteous and motivated guys! Wide choice of flavors and correct prices for the area. Well done!

12/11/2024: Excelente cena de despedida de nuestra estadía en Roma. Muy bien ambientada la terraza. Pese a que la moza estaba desbordada de trabajo y corría de mesa en mesa, su atención fué muy correcta y cordial. La comida muy sabrosa, lo recomiendo.

I ordered two trays of pizza, I arrive and wait, trays delivered after a good 45 minutes of delay ( without even apologizing for the wait ) I understand that it was full of people, but if so, they shouldn't accept orders that they can't guarantee on time . Now let's move on to the pizzas: one had the wrong ingredients, while the other was a little overcooked.

16/11/2024: Very rude and pedantic staff, wrong pizza, the first time they made a mistake in delivering the order while the second time the pizza was not as we wanted it and above all all burnt, really disgusting!! Terrible pizzeria and highly not recommended.

Excellent service, high quality food (Fiorella the top), attention to detail and a wonderful atmosphere!! Do I recommend it to you? Absolutely yes. 24/08/2024: Days ago we went to Casale del Sole to celebrate the 50th anniversary of my wedding. As soon as we arrived we found ourselves practically attached to the guests of another party even though the place is very large, not even a partition', without having been notified. We did one bad impression on the guests for dishes cooked differently than ordered Seafood risotto looked like rice, potatoes and mussels without potatoes, The second first did not respect the agreements. We agreed that there would be enough raw seafood in the center of the table for everyone, but in reality we received scattered small plates which were not enough for all the guests. A second course not relevant to the agreements and honestly not very summery... poor quality steak which should actually have been a cut As seasonal fruit, we received a saucer with half a banana, three grapes and a slice of watermelon... What can I say. . Run away!

15/12/2024: Inedible pizza. Ordered a simple margherita and they don't use mozzarella. The dough was equally bad and the cake was very heavy. We threw everything away.

27/11/2024: Very good pizza, it is worth making sure about the opening hours vs. "operating" hours. The price/quality ratio is very good, we haven't eaten such a good pizza for a long time. The service was great, despite the language barrier we managed to establish a nice, friendly relationship with the guys behind the counter.

01/12/2024: Today to celebrate our birthdays we thought about returning to Valerio's restaurant and like the previous times we were NOT disappointed at all. The place is quaint, cute, it feels like being in a fortress. Followed and pampered by the waiter Stefano, the food, what can I say, the pappardelle with venison exceptional, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms excellent... with porcini mushrooms, the second courses also excellent and everything plentiful as well as the desserts. To be repeated

11/12/2024: Good pizza but very expensive and I found a hair in the box. It can happen, but at that price I expect maximum attention to these details!

06/12/2024: Phenomenal sliced ​​pizza, I don't think I've ever eaten anything so good. Crunchy, tasty, greased just right. The typical Roman altarpiece of quality! I don't feel like giving a full 5 stars just because of the higher than average price...I know you pay for quality but I would have expected a little less...still truly phenomenal pizza! Super recommended to indulge in the urge to taste real Roman pizza by the slice! p.s.: I wanted to show you the pizza but it ended too soon

Owner: No, if you want pizza you have to wait here and you have to queue here. I would say that they don't know what to do with customers. Goodbye.

27/10/2024: If you go for takeaway pizzas, go to Rome and come back first. The pizza is sufficient, zero organization, 50 minutes of waiting on the street not even at the post office. I can't explain the rest because I've never been there.

22/10/2024: La comida estaba bien, pero cuando recibimos la factura, habían añadido una “tarifa de mesa” de 10 € sin informarnos. Supongo que es para compensar el mal servicio, por el que saben que no han ganado propinas. Nos dijeron que es común, pero no lo hemos experimentado en ningún otro lugar a lo largo de nuestra semana en Roma, así que nos tomó por sorpresa.
