Pizza, however, is not only a question of dough and quality of ingredients but also, if not above all, a question of PASSION, which you will find here behind the counter where Father and Son work hard but without "worry": THEIR PIZZAS SMILE. Not to mention the splendid women who, as good hosts, because the "Fiorentino" is HOME, welcome you with authentic kindness and professionalism. AUTHENTICITY and QUALITY - these rare pearls in what Pigneto has become in recent years (now devoted to opulence in style but paucity of substance) - is what you will find at the 'Fiorentino'. Trust me, you will thank me.

15/10/2024: We ordered pizzas for our evening and the guys were very kind! Even though they had run out of an ingredient I had chosen for my pizza and not being able to answer the phone for the press release, they still sent the pizza with another ingredient as a gift to us😍 And above all the pizzas are delicious, we discovered it by chance and we will definitely order again!

29/12/2024: Inedible fried foods Fat, greasy, heavy... and paid at €29'00 per kg I strongly advise against them, only the bread is saved!

29/10/2024: The worst and low quality possible food. If you have arrived in Rome and want to eat, don't ever enter this restaurant. Imagine a completely raw pizza with burnt top and bottom, pure carbon, completely doughy and raw lasagna, with taste like leftovers from 2 nights ago, the worst experience of Italian food.

02/01/2025: Maybe not the most stylish Italian restaurant, but you get very nice food for fair prices here. Lots of local visitors, whats is always a good sign. We had spaghetti frutti di mare and risott frutti di mare - all meals were perfect, fresh, tasty and in top quality. We did not have pizza (the main choice of many people), but pizza looked excellent! The restaurautant has enought places (booking not needed). Toilets were clean and new. Staff was very nice. They are open when others are not. The only downgrade was a draught beer, but that's a common problem almost everyhwere but The Czech Republic... 😉🍺✌️🇨🇿

24/11/2024: It's a neighborhood pizzeria where you go when you don't feel like cooking... a quiet, familiar place. The pizzas are very good as are the fried foods and bruschetta. There is room for improvement on the beers.

17/11/2024: Some friends call me and send me the location, I had never been there, pleasant experience. We all arrived at past 10pm, in fact shortly after we were the only ones in the place. Nice and kind staff, we opted for pizza, but they also do meat. The bruschettas were excellent, the pizza could perhaps have been cooked a little longer, but still good. Overall it was a nice evening, the homemade tiramisu was really good. Excellent for evenings with friends, parking is easily found along the street.

09/12/2024: today 9/12 I went to the Mirti branch, asking the sales assistant for a piece of cheese and ham pizza, I asked to reheat it but it was given back to me cold, I asked to reheat it again and I was asked to break it with my hands with the bitten part I was very disconcerted then unqualified and professional staff and the pizza is very expensive (4.12). I do not recommend

09/12/2024: We ordered pizza from this restaurant on Glovo, they accepted our order, we waited for more than forty minutes and suddenly they canceled our order. RIDICULOUS! We will never order from them again.

08/10/2024: I have been to this place several evenings. The quality of the food is good for both the Kebab and the Falafel, I preferred the bread prepared by them more to the piadina. The only note I feel like making is on the fries, I would have preferred them to have been fried at the moment. For the rest it was a good experience, I will definitely return especially for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff!
