La mia passione è la cucina cerco sempre di cercare posti caratteristici , genuini e di livello: qui i tre fattori ci sono tutti e tre. I piatti sono prodotti sul momento. I piatti arriva arrivano sobri. Gusti equilibrati gustosi e senza strafare. La carbonara ritengo che sia un perfetto di incrocio di sapori , cremosità perfetta e soprattutto leggera: digerita all'istante. Un ristorante raro. La location è fresca al riparo dal sole, si riprende le forze . Prezzi qualità prezzo imbattibile. Alla prossima un caro saluto. PS. 11/11/2025: Second time I've ordered from them, and second time they've cooked the calzone wrong (I asked for it fried and they baked it). This time I didn't accept the order because if I pay for something and you don't want it or can do it, first of all, you don't put it as an option on Just Eat, and secondly, you don't accept the order. Instead, they accepted it, they brought me two baked calzones, I sent them back, waited another 40 minutes, and then I got the fried calzones. My order was one with cooked ham and mozzarella and the other with tomato and mozzarella (since my boyfriend is vegetarian and has a cured meat intolerance). They brought me two with cooked ham and mozzarella. It seemed like a joke. I called them very calmly, and their response was, "Honey, I'm sorry, I don't manage the kitchen. If the pizza chef made a mistake, it's his fault. What can I do?" I remained calm in the face of this completely inappropriate and unprofessional response and proposed a new delivery, since my boyfriend paid so he couldn't eat anything! They agreed, and we rescheduled it for the evening... everything was resolved, but the girl called me back shortly afterward to tell me I'd have to pay for both the delivery (3 euros) and the calzone because they'd brought me two calzones anyway. This is losing customers. A unique lack of fairness and respect.

24/10/2025: Horrible experience. I'm still waiting for a refund from JustEat because this pizzeria neither communicated nor handled the missed delivery. Given that the food is below average, why would anyone choose this pizzeria if the service is inexistent and confusing?

You can see the love and dedication they put into it every day! It's a must-try for me; every time I return to Rome, I always stop at Aldo's. It's a treat that makes you feel right at home.

08/12/2025: We, a group of friends, decided to celebrate the holidays at this restaurant, having chosen it precisely because of its positive reviews. I must say that in the end, everything was more than positive: both the truly exquisite food and the attentive and friendly service. The dishes were generous and very tasty. The only downside was the longer-than-average waiting times, but I think it was a particularly unusual day due to kitchen issues. It didn't cause any problems for us, as we took advantage of the opportunity to spend more time together. We'll definitely be back to verify the actual waiting times, but primarily to savor new dishes from the varied meat and fish menu.

02/11/2025: Unfortunately, it's no longer the restaurant it once was. This summer, I ordered two takeout pizzas, and both of us felt sick. I still wanted to give it another chance by going there for dinner. The prices are too high for the actual quality of the food, which I had a hard time digesting. I don't know what's changed, perhaps it's the kitchen staff, but the food isn't as good as it used to be.

13/09/2025: Finally, a Roman pizza worthy of the name in this corner of Flaminio!!! After terrifying experiences, we've finally found a pizzeria that deserves all our praise. Shallow, well-topped Roman pizza, well-leavened, perfectly cooked, and incredibly delicious options. At home, we have children who suffer from reflux and hiatal hernia, and therefore are prone to digestive problems if the dough isn't properly leavened! Last night, none of this happened; on the contrary... excellent digestibility! Delivery service was VERY ON TIME! Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: Never again! Yesterday, a friend of mine and I ate an appetizer, two regular pizzas, a glass of wine, and a water, for a total of €51, so €25 each. I didn't want to cause a scene in front of the tables that were still in the restaurant, but I saw that the bill indicated a special pizza menu (I instead ordered a pizza that wasn't one of the special ones (called grottino; the special ones were, for example, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, etc.) and an extra appetizer. The pizza menu said the appetizer was included, but instead they charged us for it separately. Terrible treatment; that's why I gave it one star; we were very disappointed.
