12/12/2025: I've been eating here for over a year and every time both the service and the dishes are fantastic, welcoming and quiet location, giant and delicious pizzas, well seasoned but not exaggerated, fried foods always cooked to perfection and bruschetta with fresh cherry tomatoes more than tasty, even in desserts they do not disappoint, always good, Mrs. Carla always impeccable in her kindness and education, a lovely woman, it's a pleasure to eat here, a cuddle for the mind and the palate, recommended with eyes closed 😊❤️

03/12/2025: Delicious pizza... huge, thin, well-seasoned, and flavorful. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the lady who welcomed us. All the appetizers were delicious and high-quality. The place was cozy and warm. Overall, it's a really nice place... a chance discovery a few days ago... we've booked again to go back! And finally, how much do you spend? Really good!!! Definitely worth a try!

19/09/2025: What can I say... this pizzeria is a real discovery! 🍕 The pizza? Incredible. Thin, crispy, authentic: the REAL Roman pizza, the kind that makes you say, "Okay, they really know what they're doing." And then the supplì... oh my, they're addictive! You could eat one after the other without stopping. 🔥 The rest of the menu is just as good, but for me, they're the absolute best: the pizza and supplì are unbeatable. Plus, the staff is incredibly kind and super courteous: they make you feel at home from the first minute. In short, a top-notch place: here you don't just eat, here you enjoy! 😋

20/08/2025: Ridiculous. Besides, they've made the pizzas smaller, which is already shameful. They don't let you finish your food; they kick you out while you're still chewing. Where has Roman hospitality gone? Where has the kindness towards customers gone, I wonder? You only think about money, you're ridiculous. I'm amazed the staff would do these things, be rude, have zero dignity!

I can show you the bin near the shop where I threw the arancini. I would have gladly had you exchange it, but then, after the lady said, "Oh, okay, it's cacio e pepe," she said the other one wasn't carbonara but nduja without even checking it. Obviously because she didn't like it. I understand it was closing time, but I also work in a restaurant business. I always make myself available to customers, especially if I make a mistake. Learn to accept criticism; from what I see in every negative review, people say it's "impossible." And it also happens that things can turn sour after sitting out on the counter all day in the heat. Especially if they're made of cheese! Best regards.

12/12/2025: I've been coming here for several years and always enjoy returning. The pizzas and fried foods are very good, especially the cod fillets, which are fantastic, as are the first courses and the meat and fish main courses. 110 with honors!

10/12/2025: I've been to La Piramide 2.0 and I have to say it was a truly excellent experience. The fried foods are superb: crispy, dry, and full of flavor. The pizzas, besides being large and delicious, stand out for their light, well-cooked dough and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is very refined, welcoming, and pleasant, perfect for both a casual dinner and an evening with friends. Friendly staff and quick service complete the picture. Highly recommended!

16/12/2025: We went to this restaurant with friends from a social group for an evening meal, after agreeing to an aperitif. What can I say? All the dishes they served, both hot (excellent mixed fried dishes with battered vegetables, supplì, etc.) and cold dishes, and finally an excellent amatriciana, all washed down with excellent wine and liqueurs. The price was fair, and the hospitality was very welcoming.

17/08/2025: The atmosphere isn't the owners' main focus—let's say it's "rustic"—but the food is good and the staff is super helpful, almost like being at home! The fish, and only the fish, is truly excellent. The dishes? Excellent appetizer, more than acceptable first course. Would I return? Yes, to try the second course!

11/12/2025: This pizzeria will always be special to me — it was my grandfather Emilio’s trattoria, and his sister’s family now carries on the tradition. The quality, hospitality, and heart that defined it then are just as strong today. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is warm, and the legacy is alive in every detail. I cannot wait to come back and visit again!

22/11/2025: Finding myself in the unpleasant situation of leaving this review is never nice, but this time I have to. On a Friday evening (quiet, with no events or games), I ordered four pizzas and four fried foods at 7:30 PM. They gave me a time slot of 9:00 PM/9:30 PM, which means (I know because I've ordered before) that the pizzas would arrive at 9:30 PM or later. The pizzeria called me to tell me that due to the rain, the delivery would be delayed by about a quarter of an hour from 9:30 PM. A silly excuse, because the rain has nothing to do with when you bake the pizzas (it doesn't rain inside the oven), at most it might affect the poor guy who delivers them to me. At 9:50, I called, complained, and discovered that they had just made the pizzas. I complained firmly and resolutely. Now, a good restaurant, to apologize for the poor impression, would surely have at least put a Coke (which, de facto, costs them nothing) or offered a discount, or even fried food. It would have been a welcome gesture. Nothing here. Nothing, zero, just my apologies on the phone. Result: we eat at 10:15, and one of the pizzas was also the wrong one, and obviously cold. Exceptional pizzas, no complaints there, but after years I'll never order again because being treated like that isn't pleasant.

22/11/2025: We were at a pizzeria a little while ago, terrible experience, we had opening hours from 7.45pm to 9pm, we ordered at around 7.55pm, the pizzas arrived at 8.38pm. At 8.55pm we saw the three waitresses start complaining among themselves as if we couldn't hear them, saying inappropriate things for example: "these people are slow eaters"; when they brought us the pizza at 8.35pm. At least if you have to complain try not to be heard thanks. Anyway good food.
