13/12/2025: A lovely, welcoming place. Excellent appetizers made with the freshest ingredients and mouth-watering first courses...not to mention the delicious desserts. The highlight is Chef Maria Teresa, who with her skill and friendliness makes you feel at home. We'll definitely be back.

05/03/2026: The food was quite dry; the pizza didn't have dough but a dry crust. The taste wasn't particularly good either. Even as we walked in, the server rolled her eyes and gave us an unfriendly look.

03/03/2026: Kindness and friendliness! My favorite place in Tivoli, every time I go back it's a pleasure... highly recommended! Arianna is a force to be reckoned with, and we always have a great time at Ugo's! An exceptional aperitif, and the limoncello spritz is highly recommended.

30/03/2026: Very good pizza at a low price; however, this establishment doesn't split the bill between diners, so you'll have to settle for an average... Furthermore, we noticed a difference (admittedly minimal, just a few cents) between the paper bill and the payment terminal. This wasn't a service charge, as the restaurant doesn't have one... The servers are pleasant and the pizzas are very affordable; I recommend it for students traveling! We were lucky enough to get a table for 11 people outside!

26/02/2026: I'm gluten intolerant, and they managed to offer me some very interesting variations on several dishes. Plus, the dishes are delicious, made with quality ingredients, and the atmosphere is relaxed. We'll be back!

02/04/2026: Terrible. Bad quality. I got a caprese salad and it was literally one single tomato cut into six pieces, so that means it costs you more than 1€ per piece!!! One single piece of basílico and lettuce… so not even a proper caprese salad. My dad got a burger and there was basically no meat. The ‘service’ is not included in the prices, which isn’t standard in Europe…. And to top it off if you pay by card they make you stand up and go inside. Honestly the worst place I’ve visited in my time here… don’t go.

13/01/2026: For me, going to Fiorentino is always a pleasure. I really like the area, the place, and the pizza they offer. Always excellent quality and lots of friendliness. It's a shame about the cramped spaces, but that's also what makes it so special. It's a historic family business, passed down from grandfather to grandson... a beautiful story, in some ways vintage... but authentic.

A casual yet elegant location, attentive and friendly service, and a varied cuisine with interesting options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The cheese selection is excellent, as are the homemade fregnacce. Highly recommended.

26/12/2025: Always a great experience here at Taverna del Tiranno: I've tried it on several occasions, especially for lunch during short trips out of the Sabine-Rieti area (for example, it's just minutes from Farfa Abbey and many other charming little villages worth visiting). Even during this latest offering—a Christmas lunch with family and relatives—Raniero, his partner, and their team proved to be an excellent team in charge of the dining room and kitchen, demonstrating courtesy, simplicity, friendliness, and that touch of rusticity and refinement that distinguishes them. The Christmas tasting menu was incredibly balanced in flavors and portions, allowing us to fully savor each dish and arrive at the coffee shop feeling happy, satisfied, and not weighed down. Kudos to the selection of local ingredients and the extensive and well-rounded wine cellar, offering local and Italian wines (with a few excursions beyond the Alps), with a special focus on small, artisanal and sustainable producers, including labels that will please natural wine lovers. Thank you, and see you next time!

17/01/2026: A new discovery that deserves applause. The place has a modern and refined feel, with airy spaces and a cleanliness that immediately puts you at ease. The pizza is the star: well-crafted dough, fresh, top-quality ingredients that speak for themselves without needing to be announced. Fast service, pleasant atmosphere. I will return without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend it. 🍕✨

14/12/2025: Friendly staff and a welcoming place. We tried excellent supplì and excellent, crispy pizzas. Easy to digest, among the best in the area. The desserts were also very good, although there are only two available. A few more wouldn't hurt. Recommended.

19/03/2026: We were there for four days with about 30 students. The food got better every day. At the beginning it was okay, but by the end it was really good.

18/03/2026: Beautiful restaurant-pizzeria in Tivoli, Villa Adriana. My boyfriend and I found it somewhat by chance, but it was a wonderful discovery!! The setting is richly decorated and furnished, the dishes are varied and very tasty, the prices are super affordable, and the service is friendly and attentive. We tried three different pizzas and a first course, all delicious and plentiful ☺️ We'll definitely be back!! Best regards from the two guys from Rome 🌸

15/03/2026: Excellent and very digestible pizza, delicious specialty pizzas, excellent fried foods. The waiters were all very kind and fast. The atmosphere is simple, perfect for a nice evening with friends. The only problem was the background noise, which made you have to raise your voice to speak, perhaps because it was Saturday and there were a lot of people, and that in itself says a lot. Nonetheless, we had a good time.

10/03/2026: The restaurant is a bit isolated and under-advertised, but perhaps that's precisely why it offers an unforgettable experience. The food is excellent despite the limited number of dishes. I recommend it for romantic lunches and dinners. The prices are also reasonable for the quality of the food.
