I thank Federico, Deborah, Rino, and James for their helpfulness and courtesy. This is an excellent hotel and restaurant for those in Rieti for work or vacation!

It felt like we were in a different restaurant than the previous times. Aside from the wait of over an hour between the appetizer and the main courses, the portions were very small.
The fish appetizer consisted of four small pieces, two mussels, a prawn, and a langoustine.
The spaghetti with clams was small—plenty of clams, yes, but very little pasta.
The grilled portion consisted of the usual prawn, a skewer of langoustine, and two small pieces (bits, not pieces) of fish.
It was crowded, but that doesn't justify what they served us.

As soon as you enter, you feel like you're in a real home...that feeling of warmth extends beyond the simple, high-quality food and the varied menu. There's a wide selection of meats and an equally impressive selection of strictly homemade pasta; the staff is attentive and helpful. Highly recommended...thanks to Pino and his family.

A simple place with fresh ingredients and generous, delicious toppings. The tomato, buffalo mozzarella, and basil pizza is truly extraordinary; the spicy salami version is also delicious.

Spectacular pizza!!! Unlike any other! Unique! Inexpensive, thin crust, easy to digest! Served quickly.

15/03/2026: Always a great experience: giant, delicious, well-topped pizza at great prices! Fast service, pleasant atmosphere, and a great location right in the center of Viterbo. Every time I'm in Viterbo, I happily return. Reservations are practically impossible, so be prepared for long lines.

The restaurant is clean and very well decorated.
The dishes are excellent, with homemade flavors.
It was an excellent lunch.

10/02/2026: The restaurant is well-decorated but the service was a bit slow. I waited half an hour before ordering, then when the order arrived it was wrong. I had ordered a focaccia with salmon, etc., and I received a focaccia with turkey breast, salad, etc. The noise was deafening. I couldn't talk to my wife in front of me. I ordered the mixed grill of meats, but alas, it was already cold when they brought me the chips, which were too salty. The price was normal.

20/03/2026: Avoid! Spaghetti with clams were overcooked with garlic and were swimming in bad olive oil. Almost no clams present. And Nicoleta pretended this was the standard in all Italy...
20/03/2026: We attended a fettuccine pasta masterclass at this restaurant, and it was simply unforgettable. April and Sara were very nice and friendly. After the masterclass, we were able to sample the pasta we'd made with the sauce we'd chosen and enjoy drinks. At the end of the evening, we also received diplomas for completing the masterclass. It was very sweet, and we're glad we attended this wonderful event.

19/02/2026: the expirience in the restaurant was nothing but great in my opinion, we arrived with no reservation to what seemed to be a fully reserved restaurant (we arrived at 7pm) and the waiter checked the reservations and told us we could sit at a table but they needed it free for 8:30 pm, which in my opinion was fine, i was more than happy to atleast be recieved in a good manner and most importantly be able to dine at this restaurant.
Moving on to the food, it was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. we ate pasta carbonara and mix meat grill and the aftermath was nothing but satisfactory. i would definitely recommend it, the price, staff and environment was truly amazing.
