07/08/2025: And here we are, finally, testing out this "new" pizzeria, a visit that's always been postponed due to crowds. Parking is easy, and the place is cute, both inside and out. It was born from the "campsite pizzeria" and has retained its soul, while significantly improving and becoming more elegant. The fried foods and the legendary and ever-present fries are excellent. The pizza is only good, perhaps a tad too chewy. The clientele is diverse, mostly from campsite guests. The staff is always smiling and helpful. Prices are medium-high, see the receipt. A Margherita with mushrooms is usually good, not even excellent, even 16 euros... verging on Briatorian... jam. The bathrooms were clean despite the crowds. Overall, a positive experience, a nice location, and commendable staff.

We ordered an "Old but Good" and a "Simmenthal Stellata," and they were truly spectacular. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is highly knowledgeable and efficient. 05/08/2025: On the occasion of the 2025 Jubilee, we came to Rome on a bus with 70 people and stayed at the Caravel Hotel. We were lucky enough to find this pizzeria next to the hotel. We had lunch and dinner there, and they even welcomed our group of 70 people to give us dinner. The service and professionalism were spectacular. The wood-fired pizzas, with a thin, crispy crust and a delicious filling, and the al dente pasta with a spectacular carbonara. The prices were very affordable. If we return to Rome, we will go again without hesitation. On behalf of the drivers, we give them a 10. Thank you for everything.

06/07/2025: I thought long and hard about whether to apply here, because I really want it to remain an insider tip. You arrive and feel welcome. The hosts, Anna and Pino, really deserve 10 stars. The room was spacious and clean. The food was delicious and just what you'd imagine Italy to be. We were able to recharge our batteries here on our way to Rome, in this peaceful spot.

29/07/2025: Simple and perfect Had to eat twice in 5 days visit to rome even though had to wait in a long line of people. As a pizza lover not much to say simply perfect Tried the anchovies and tuna whire pizzas Had the classic margaritta as well. Beautiful

20/07/2025: 100% recommended if you go to Viterbo you can't miss stopping to eat, there is nothing negative from the service to the food and at a good price the calzone we had was correct but the pizzas are spectacular if you order a pizza picola it is already large and the large pizzas are brought in two plates brutally

20/07/2025: Nice place, good food, but an hour for pizza is too long. We waited a long time from when we sat down to when the menu was brought. I understand the crowd, but there was enough staff to split up. The environment was very, very hot, with no air conditioning and only two fans! I expected more, especially from the menu, which doesn't include a children's menu, even with cutlet and chips! The pizza in the context is good, the desserts are good, I recommend them, but you have to be very patient with the service.

11/07/2025: Top pinseria! Quality products and original combinations. Prices are a little above average but are fully justified by the quality of the ingredients used. It's difficult to choose what to order, so we'll have to come back to try it. The area isn't the best, but who cares if you're coming here to eat?

27/06/2025: I have been again to this beautiful place in the Portuense area. The cleanliness, the open kitchen and the details in the furnishings make it special and welcoming. We tried the new dishes of the house: the fig in batter which is served with an excellent raw ham (in Rome the fig is a must); we continued with three excellent pinse that the chef Fabrizio makes similar to a low and very digestible Roman pizza. The very good one on a red base with red prawns from Mazara del Vallo and the other white base with raw ham, figs, burrata and balsamic vinegar reduction. We concluded with an excellent Sicilian cannolo stuffed at the moment also excellent. The young and prepared staff complete an evening based on genuine and refined products. Thank you
