When I picked it up, he insinuated, again with his rudeness and lack of customer care, that I knew he couldn't pay €8.50 with a POS terminal (he told me this because he probably pays too much in commission). So what? You're a business, by law I can pay for this pizza however I want, I even pay 50 cents by card if necessary, obviously I was unaware of this "rule" so I came without cash since in 2025 you even pay for public bathrooms with card at times, I took the pizza (even though I would have left it where it was) I paid with the POS and I left behind the greed and arrogance of this guy... a TERRIBLE experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone, there are definitely better.

18/08/2025: Truly awful, I'm really angry. I spent €13.50 for a pizza with a triple portion of sausage and it arrived with a portion as if it were normal, and it was even ruined. If you have to charge a pizza for €13.50 with a triple portion like this, I can't imagine if it had been normal. If I had asked for a pizza with a portion of sausage, would it have been a Margherita? Truly awful.

An hour to order and ok, the food arrives for some yes, for others nothing for another two hours among other things there was a pregnant girl.... I order sweet potatoes that were on the menu they are brought to me for the umpteenth time the wrong potatoes that I decide to pass on to those who had not yet had anything (including the girl waiting) they tell us that they had wrong orders, I ask for the potatoes and they tell me that the red ones are only available at the Trani branch so it's your mistake not to tell me and do your own thing bringing me something that I didn't ask for.... Pizzas arrived after another two hours..... When it came to paying we contested the various unpleasant inconveniences and were even threatened in the end.... They even simulated a call to the police..... As a shopkeeper I understand everything, being able to lose an order, the wait etc but then I try in every way to make up for it with the customer without haughtiness.... Never again and not for the food but for the whole I'm staying!!!!!!!!! We left from nine until one past...
