Barabba è un posto curioso, apparentemente sotto tono ma in realtà di grande sostanza. Le camere sono pulite e ampie, silenziose, si dorme bene e sono dotate di tutto quello che serve, dal phon allo shampoo. La colazione è ricchissima e i gestori cortesi e accoglienti ma soprattutto molto disponibili. Se si cerca concretezza, sostanza e accoglienza senza fronzoli ma genuina, è il posto giusto.
Infine, il bar con i nonni della zona presenti a tutte le ore ha un suo perché local!

23/06/2025: Incorrect bills with dishes never ordered.
Unfortunately we checked the receipt on the way back from vacation, we found ourselves marked 1 extra fried potato that never arrived, 1 extra fried calamari mix that never arrived and a first course of €30 and more that was never ordered and never arrived.
We spent €50 each eating 1 dish each…
Disappointment

Unfortunately the last experience in this restaurant was not pleasant, long service and not attentive to the customer's requests. I'm sure they can improve

31/03/2025: Booked a week in advance at 9.30pm on Saturday… After waiting a good half hour for our table we finally sat down at 10pm, we ordered and were served at 11.15pm… I ordered half a metre of pizza with porcini mushrooms… they brought it to me with sautéed mushrooms telling me that the porcini mushrooms had run out… it's like if you order a pound of cooked ham at the supermarket and when you get home you find salami in the bag… that's fine, best wishes

25/05/2025: Just got home, with a portion of chips and a portion of cold croquettes. Ordered for takeout at 9:10 pm. I waited half an hour and when I asked they already had them ready and I was there waiting. It's not like I had ordered a dinner for 10. You can't wait half an hour for a portion of chips with an empty pizzeria and closing. You were my favorite pizzeria. It won't be anymore.

23/05/2025: Place discovered almost by chance, I almost never pass by there, but I plan to return as soon as possible because you don't eat such a good pizza every day! You think you eat good pizzas around then when you hear (rarely) pizzas like this you realize the low average level that is around.
Congratulations indeed! Also excellent and very friendly service and a really nice and welcoming place.

08/06/2025: Excellent restaurant, Excellent service. It is true that in Reggio Emilia and the surrounding area you struggle to find valid alternatives but here you finally find quality, service and peace. Very well-kept location...I recommend both the meat and fish menus. Well done!

Top service, friendly staff, attentive to every detail, quick preparation, clean place.
The pizza is incredibly good, taken to take away, arrived home still piping hot and already cut, crunchy, light and thin, convenient quality/price.

07/06/2025: Everything was terrible, starting from the food (in which I found a hair) to one of the waiters who, when asked (since he was speaking in a rather loud tone of voice) to move slightly from the stroller in which my nephew had just fallen asleep, snorted... We didn't get it.

it's better not to talk about the food.
