All our guests appreciated the variety of options and complimented us on our choice of venue. A special thank you goes to all the staff, who were professional, kind, and always available, helping to create a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. They handled every detail with care, allowing us to enjoy the party without a care in the world. Thank you for making such an important moment for our family so special. 03/07/2026: As for the pastry selection, the selection is increasingly limited at any time of day or night. The large pastries that until recently distinguished Aristabar (I hate increasingly miniature mini pastries) have disappeared, leaving only a few small cream puffs, which, alas, are not always fresh. The classic and coconut cheesecake pastries (which I must say are excellent) are gone, and you can see how they easily cut the pastry into not 4 but 6 pieces, charging them like tiny mini pastries at more than €1 each. Before, and I'm talking about a year ago, you could get your delicious cheesecake for around €2.50. The fruit tart, if there is one, costs more than €4. In short, extremely expensive for a chain with little selection. Not to mention the non-existent savory options. The service has improved since they finally put the till on the balcony, but there is little staff, so it's slow. I don't have the courage to try the restaurant. What bothered me even more was that even though it's an Edenred affiliate (it shows up on the app), they haven't accepted coupons for years! I'll only go there if I absolutely need them, as it's conveniently located downtown. It could have great potential, but I can see that it's not a great bakery.

26/02/2026: After years as a loyal customer, this is my last order with you. I felt cheated by the 1 hour and thirty minute delay, the cold pizza, and the lack of communication. I leave you with 5 stars for the pizza and one star for the service, since your pizza is excellent, but the service is terrible.

01/07/2026: I ordered a capricciosa without reading the menu, expecting the usual recipe of cooked ham, artichokes, and olives, but instead it had anchovies instead of ham. Every pizzeria always has the same recipe, but only here is the capricciosa made this way!

16/06/2026: Last night I went to eat a pizza in this welcoming place, the girls at the cashier were all kind and super helpful, Luca the assistant pizza chef was super fast and what can I say Gege was always the best

12/04/2026: Today, my first home delivery order was 40 minutes late. The pizza was obviously cold and rubbery, but the flavor was okay, but they've definitely already closed my eyes if I paid them! I've never given a negative review, but this time I have to, maybe I'll save someone.

14/12/2025: Terrible experience, I'm not used to leaving negative reviews but this time I really have to..... An hour to order and ok, the food arrives for some yes, for others nothing for another two hours among other things there was a pregnant girl.... I order sweet potatoes that were on the menu they are brought to me for the umpteenth time the wrong potatoes that I decide to pass on to those who had not yet had anything (including the girl waiting) they tell us that they had wrong orders, I ask for the potatoes and they tell me that the red ones are only available at the Trani branch so it's your mistake not to tell me and do your own thing bringing me something that I didn't ask for.... Pizzas arrived after another two hours..... When it came to paying we contested the various unpleasant inconveniences and were even threatened in the end.... They even simulated a call to the police..... As a shopkeeper I understand everything, being able to lose an order, the wait etc but then I try in every way to make up for it with the customer without haughtiness.... Never again and not for the food but for the whole I'm staying!!!!!!!!! We left from nine until one past...
