10/08/2025: We arrived after a long journey and were hungry. Since we knew nothing about pizza, pizza.it seemed like the only place to find pizza that would meet our needs. Good pizza, excellent value, and a cute dog behind the counter.

28/08/2025: I went there last night with my wife and we had a pizza and a pork chop sandwich. The pizza dough is light and flavorful on its own, and the high-quality ingredients on top were perfectly balanced. The pork chop in the sandwich melted in your mouth because it was so tender and flavorful. I can only say that we ate, not just poorly, but very well. The staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back.

04/10/2025: The cod Genovese was a delight, the trio of cod: smoked, carpaccio and marinated was sumptuous, even the various fried dishes were excellent, all accompanied by a good Aglianico.

11/09/2025: It's hard to find a better pizza in Battipaglia. Light dough, superb ingredients, courteous and helpful staff, excellent draft beer (and that's no given). And, crucially, they respect the Battipaglia pizza tradition, which is soft and shallow. So, here you won't find air-infused crusts, "gummy" dough, or chewy, bubblegum-like textures, which are now popular everywhere, even in our country, where we imitate the pseudo-Neapolitan pizza.

14/10/2025: Welcoming pizzeria, friendly staff. I tried the pizza in a "ruoto" and I have to say I really liked it. I tried it twice in a row and it didn't disappoint. The fried foods are also very good. I'll definitely be back 😊

11/10/2025: Amazing pizza, truly excellent, and the price was right. Great experience, coffee included. The only shame was the slightly long wait, probably due to some mix-up, as it wasn't the same for the other tables.

The pizza is anything but authentic: a heavy, almost "Egyptian" dough, low-quality mozzarella, and ingredients that seem to come from the bargain section of a discount store. 😞 To make matters worse, the prices are completely disproportionate to what's served: an expense that's not justified by either the quality or the overall experience. A place that focuses more on appearance than substance—all show and no action, as they say. Definitely not recommended, and with great regret. -------------------------------------- It’s rare for me to leave a restaurant feeling this disappointed—but this time, it truly was an incredible letdown. A total culinary failure. 02/11/2025: A quaint place with that touch of charm tied to the image of the great Renato Zero. The panuozzo was truly delicious, as were the pasta frittatina and the service. I'll definitely be back to say hello to the owner in person: a truly friendly, professional, and warmhearted person. Thank you so much.

20/09/2025: Highly recommended!!! You wouldn't know it from the outside, but luckily, after seeing the photos and reviews, I booked. Thanks to everyone who wrote a review about their experience. I chose it by chance, but I'm proud of it. We ate some local products that he recommended.

13/09/2025: The restaurant is typically Italian and beautiful in the front, but the back is more like a campsite restaurant. The waiter, a bit edgy (presumably the owner), is the same as he was 7 years ago. The food is delicious. The prices are reasonable. I had pasta Bolognese, and my wife had stuffed ravioli and a zucchini blossom as a starter. We will be back. Tip: Make a reservation in advance!

13/10/2025: We were returning from Rome by bus and, being pressed for time, we stopped at Pizzeria Positano in Battipaglia. At the register, we ordered 10 pizzas: 8 Margheritas and 2 with anchovies, to take away. When we specifically asked about the preparation time, the cashier assured us it would take just 5 minutes. 15 minutes passed. In a hurry, we picked up the boxes without opening them. During the trip, we noticed that one was completely empty: a Margherita was missing. So we called the pizzeria, and the same cashier, whose voice was easily recognizable, tried to impersonate someone else and shrugged off the responsibility, saying we should call back the next day. Situations like this only fuel negative stereotypes, even harming those who, in the same region, work with skill and dedication. So much so that the price of a Margherita was €5, the same price at which they value their own professionalism.

12/10/2025: Terrible experience. We ordered 10 pizzas and they handed us a completely empty box, with no pizza inside. It was inappropriate and very disappointing. A complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. I strongly advise against this pizzeria until they improve their professionalism, service, and attention. Karma is a wheel.

07/10/2025: This restaurant is definitely the one me and my wife will remember most from our trip- from the excellent service to the amazing food I don’t remember what the dish was called but it was some slow cooked beef/veal in an onion sauce served with a savory baba- that was probably the best thing I ate in my whole Italy trip!!!

18/09/2025: Pizzeria Reginella in Sarno is a true destination for lovers of light, thin-crust Neapolitan pizza. Every bite is an explosion of flavor: the dough is fragrant yet light, well-leavened, highly digestible, and impeccably cooked to highlight the quality of the ingredients. The unique flavor of the pizzas, the result of carefully selected ingredients and artisanal craftsmanship, makes for a truly memorable dining experience. Strengths include: • Light, thin-crust, and delicious pizza • Easily digestible and well-cooked dough • Fresh, expertly paired ingredients However, there are some areas for improvement. The restaurant, while well-maintained, is rather cramped, with tables very close together, which can make the atmosphere a bit stuffy, especially on busy evenings. Furthermore, the acoustics don't help: the general buzz tends to echo, making it difficult to chat or talk on the phone. Added to this is the lack of convenient parking, which can make getting there difficult, especially on busy days. Reginella is a must-visit for anyone looking for excellent pizza in Sarno, but greater attention to soundproofing the restaurant and a solution, even partial, to the parking problem would be desirable.
