11/09/2025: It's hard to find a better pizza in Battipaglia. Light dough, superb ingredients, courteous and helpful staff, excellent draft beer (and that's no given). And, crucially, they respect the Battipaglia pizza tradition, which is soft and shallow. So, here you won't find air-infused crusts, "gummy" dough, or chewy, bubblegum-like textures, which are now popular everywhere, even in our country, where we imitate the pseudo-Neapolitan pizza.

The ingredients are top-notch, and no matter what type of pizza you choose, you'll always notice the difference. Going there is always a great pleasure. Kudos to the owners.

18/09/2025: I went to this place for the first time with my girlfriend. I'd heard about "Monti la pizza fritta" and followed it on social media, but I'd never had the chance to try it. The place is located in the center of Battipaglia; you can park a few hundred meters away and walk. It's always a good idea to book on weekends to ensure a seat. This place has a very original look; as soon as you enter, it feels like you've stepped back in time, with a spectacular, meticulously designed setting. It makes a truly evocative impact, accompanied by delicious Neapolitan background music. We tried quite a few things: the frittatina, fries, fried pizza, bruschetta, and finally the fried dessert, all washed down with good beer. The menu is truly spoiled for choice. After ordering, you're given a light that sounds as soon as your order is ready. We sat down, and after just 10 minutes, our order was ready! Spectacular, fast service. Everything was delicious, and I didn't suffer from any stomach upset or acid reflux. I'm happy with this experience, and I'll definitely be spending more evenings there with friends. Every bite is an explosion of flavor: the dough is fragrant yet light, well-leavened, highly digestible, and impeccably cooked to highlight the quality of the ingredients. The unique flavor of the pizzas, the result of carefully selected ingredients and artisanal craftsmanship, makes for a truly memorable dining experience. Strengths include: • Light, thin-crust, and delicious pizza • Easily digestible and well-cooked dough • Fresh, expertly paired ingredients However, there are some areas for improvement. The restaurant, while well-maintained, is rather cramped, with tables very close together, which can make the atmosphere a bit stuffy, especially on busy evenings. Furthermore, the acoustics don't help: the general buzz tends to echo, making it difficult to chat or talk on the phone. Added to this is the lack of convenient parking, which can make getting there difficult, especially on busy days. Reginella is a must-visit for anyone looking for excellent pizza in Sarno, but greater attention to soundproofing the restaurant and a solution, even partial, to the parking problem would be desirable.
