Amazing atmosphere, and the friendly people such as Caspar, however the only negative was that there is a €20 ‘Coperto’ which is a fee that is charged to eat at the restaurant - the €20 is not disclosed to you throughout the experience. This isn’t a train-smash because some restaurants also have it. Overall I would recommend but if you on a budget - maybe not.

25/06/2025: The food was fabulous – fresh, tasty, and lovingly prepared. The service was perfect: attentive, friendly, and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. We were also pleasantly surprised by the value for money – truly fair for the quality offered. We felt completely at home and, unfortunately, only went there twice during our vacation, but we would love to go back!

13/07/2025: I highly recommend this place. The quality/price ratio is fair. The owner's hospitality is excellent, and for me, that makes all the difference. The only flaw is the coffee in the cardboard cup. They're probably not equipped to make coffee, but they found a way to accommodate their customers' needs. I'd gladly go back.

03/03/2025: We were for a family conference and were pleasantly impressed by this structure. Everything was well organized to spend peaceful days. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean, comfortable and well-heated common areas and rooms, tasty food prepared with care, generous portions. Possibility to park easily near the structure. In short, it is a place where you can meet and find serenity thanks also to the spirituality and sacredness of the nearby Marian sanctuary.

15/06/2025: We went there to eat a pizza, but the owner candidly told us that they haven't made it for years, they can't change the website.... We ate a grill with a side dish, without any particular merit.

25/07/2025: Excellent hotel with a strategic location, at the entrance to the excavations. The restaurant and pizzeria are very good.

24/07/2025: The hotel is in an excellent location, directly opposite the entrance to the Pompeii archaeological park on the amphitheater side. With ample private parking and an excellent pizza restaurant, it's very comfortable. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. I found the room to be very spacious, clean, modernly furnished, and quiet. The on-site parking is a valuable feature, as all the parking lots in the area are paid. This gives you plenty of time to explore the excavations in complete tranquility. I recommend a visit to the hotel's pizza restaurant, where I recommend the excellent deconstructed cheesecake. In conclusion, we were completely satisfied with our stay.

27/06/2025: Normal pizza, fried food to be improved. The internal location needs to be reviewed in my opinion, but as a local pizzeria it does its job.

There is a lot of improvement to be done in the service which leaves a lot to be desired where Mrs. Angela present in the room, very kind and attentive to the customer, is rightly unable to manage the cash register, room, phone calls and table service... More staff would be needed
