20/08/2025: We stumbled upon this pizzeria restaurant by chance, looking for something different from what you'd find at a service station, as we'd been traveling for quite some time and had a long way to go. Easy to get to, just a few minutes from the highway exit, with convenient and spacious parking, as well as the restaurant itself. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the very kind and friendly staff, very cheerful and helpful, who made us feel right at home. Our order was taken immediately, we were advised to check around to select the table we liked best, and we were shown to the restrooms, like good hosts. We chose the pizzeria menu, which was quite unusual for us as Romans, and we found it very original and delicious. The dough was good, and the ingredients were of high quality. As mentioned in other reviews, we hadn't opted for an appetizer, so we were served a starter anyway, a gesture much appreciated for the hospitality and, above all, the quality of the products. What can I say...thank you, and see you soon!

Pizza, the dough was really tasty while the combination of seasonal pizza with artichokes was not balanced, it leaves a slightly slimy taste in the mouth and the gel is quite watery and tasteless. I will definitely return to try other pizzas

04/05/2025: I've been going to Al Borgo for years and they manage to amaze me every time. The pizzas are always spectacular, both the classic and the more creative ones. Tonight I tried a seasonal "Aglio eolio" pizza and it's difficult to explain how good it was... simply the impossible: one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! The menu is rich and varied, but what really makes the difference is the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in choosing local products. You can feel all the passion in every detail. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would with my eyes closed! Well done Raffaele..

21/08/2025: Le Rose: a bouquet of parsley. If you're willing to waste your time, appetite, and dignity, "Le Rose" is the place to be. The dishes arrive hours later—perhaps they grow the parsley right outside the restaurant and wait for it to grow, since they toss it in by the ton. Every course was an inedible green puddle, so much so that at one point we wondered if this was a restaurant or a garden center. The service? A masterpiece of disorganization. The icing on the cake: the owner scratching his ear with his fingers while taking the order. Unbelievable scenes, more like a joke than a restaurant. In short: a tragicomic experience, but without the "comic" side. My sincere advice: better to get a sandwich from the vending machine.

08/04/2025: Comodo parcheggio privato appena fuori il locale. In due abbiamo condiviso un antipasto "caldo e freddo" (18 euro) e preso un primo piatto a testa (10 euro l'uno). Era tutto ottimo e abbondante. Prezzi più che onesti, anche perché era tutto a base di pesce. Personale gentile. Consiglio!
