The main problem was the wait: even though we were seated at a table, service was very slow because priority was given to takeout pizzas.
I understand the importance of delivery, but those who choose to eat in should be given adequate attention. We waited far too long for our pizzas, while takeout orders continued to come in. One possible improvement would be to better prioritize orders, for example, by dedicating a time slot or managing takeout separately, so as not to penalize diners in the dining room. The food quality is good, but the wait negatively impacted the overall experience. I hope they can improve this aspect because there is potential.

10/12/2025: This is our second time here. The pizzas are very good, but the soups are the real treats! Especially the chestnut and mushroom one.
Perfect service, and Sabbatino was warm and helpful as always! I absolutely recommend them!
09/12/2025: Looking for Neapolitan pizza outside Naples? Yes, in Baiano, Pizzeria Pulcinella offers an excellent selection of pizzas and also food.
The first time I tried the pizza, it was worth it for its digestibility, ingredients, and dough.
Recently, I also tried the grilled meat, which I absolutely loved.
All at affordable prices.
Definitely recommended!

I simply called to cancel a reservation and, instead of receiving a polite or professional response, they hung up on me without even letting me finish speaking. This is disrespectful and unacceptable behavior toward customers. I will definitely not return and I strongly advise against this place to anyone looking for reliability and respect.
29/06/2025: We absolutely loved this restaurant! Try the cingule- it is a dish specific to Calitri and not to be missed! The staff was also very helpful providing directions around the city. Thank you for the wonderful evening!

12/05/2026: The pizzas are fantastic, with a wide selection of unique flavors and doughs you won't find anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is small but charming, although parking can be difficult. Definitely one of the best pizzerias in Irpinia! Recommended.
