The staff are truly friendly and helpful.

I simply called to cancel a reservation and, instead of receiving a polite or professional response, they hung up on me without even letting me finish speaking. This is disrespectful and unacceptable behavior toward customers. I will definitely not return and I strongly advise against this place to anyone looking for reliability and respect.
29/06/2025: We absolutely loved this restaurant! Try the cingule- it is a dish specific to Calitri and not to be missed! The staff was also very helpful providing directions around the city. Thank you for the wonderful evening!

23/09/2025: We have always been satisfied with the pizzas we ordered and have never had to wait long either for on-site collection or home delivery. The pizzas are good and cooked to perfection.
12/08/2025: We spontaneously stopped by for dinner on a recommendation and received a warm welcome. We had the chef's starter and two second courses; everything was freshly prepared and lovingly presented. The vegetables were excellent, and everything else was fresh, too.
The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant.

19/01/2026: The "Al Borgo" restaurant in Roccabascerana is located at the foot of the ancient fortress. The interior, with exposed stone walls, evokes a medieval atmosphere and showcases dishes made with ingredients grown locally. The pizza is excellent, especially the two-cooking option—fried and baked—fragrant and generous in toppings. The sliced beef is delicious, perfectly seasoned with truffles and porcini mushrooms. It's worth trying the dessert and finishing with the homemade truffle liqueur.

We arrived at 9:40 PM and our pizza arrived an hour later, after which the drinks were already warm.
Out of four pizzas, two were cold, and one portion of fries was undercooked and full of oil.
It's not the first time this has happened, but this will certainly be the last, as we won't be returning.
10/12/2025: A simple but typical place, with excellent quality food.

04/03/2026: A surprise! Simple, delicious food. The young man who served me was extremely kind and a great conversationalist. I completely trusted his advice for dinner and had a wonderful meal. The portions are very generous. The atmosphere is stylish without being pretentious. The music is at a reasonable volume, and there are no damn TVs. I was there yesterday and would have returned today if it hadn't been a day off.
20/01/2026: If you want to eat well, come to Vincenzo...!!! Everything is truly excellent, and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.
