08/04/2025: Comodo parcheggio privato appena fuori il locale. In due abbiamo condiviso un antipasto "caldo e freddo" (18 euro) e preso un primo piatto a testa (10 euro l'uno). Era tutto ottimo e abbondante. Prezzi più che onesti, anche perché era tutto a base di pesce. Personale gentile. Consiglio!

01/06/2025: Posso dire che sono cliente abituale, ma ultimamente la qualità è scesa parecchio per non parlare dei prezzi del menu che sono saliti. In pratica anche con lo sconto vai a pagare quasi il prezzo di altri ristoranti dove la qualità è nettamente superiore.

I have come here to dine several times, tasting various dishes, and the taste is always up to par! Fantastic staff to say the least, you really feel like you are at home! Advised

15/07/2025: Nice looking, I expected more, a fairly refined and well-decorated place. The waiter was a bit distracted, took my partner's plate away before she'd finished hers, and the pizzas arrived practically three minutes after the fried food, so you inevitably either stop eating the fried food or eat the cold pizza. The latter was also wrong, but I ate it anyway. Good, not the best, but good. Prices are average, except for the cover charge (€3 per person, a rip-off for me).

14/07/2025: The restaurant almost feels "upscale," with fabric tablecloths, chair covers, and a hefty €3.00 per person cover charge (really high considering a couple would pay €6.00 for nothing, and if it had been a table of 10, it would have been all their profit!), but ultimately, it's far from luxurious, especially when it comes to the service. We started with the waiter bringing me a fried food plate covered in black spots that weren't actually part of the porcelain, so I asked him to change it, which he promptly did, bringing me a clean one. Shortly after, the fried foods arrive, nothing to complain about... the croquettes are good even though they don't have mozzarella, but they're well-made and made with real potatoes. While we're calmly eating, the pizzas arrive. 🫣 It was very strange that they arrived so quickly. The waiter clears my plate in record time even though we still had a croquette to eat, without even giving me a chance to reply. He changes my cutlery and serves me the pizza, leaving my companion's pizza in a corner of the table there the whole time... after a while, we realize it was a bufalina and not a margherita; he had simply served us pizzas from another table. We finish eating the fried foods, try to retrieve the pizza that was thrown in the corner, and eat. The Mutti passata (as stated on the menu) on the pizza is truly a super off-key note: it's unseasoned and there's so much of it that it arrives on the plate almost raw, giving the pizza a strange, sweetish flavor that I didn't like. The dough and cooking are good, but certainly not the best pizza!

27/05/2025: rustic and simple restaurant, decent food with some imperfections, some quite important problems with the restaurant managers where differences of opinion on events that occurred during the service unfortunately did not lead to a definitive clarification. Falsehoods and absurd interpretations written in response on the restaurant's The Fork page. A note of merit for the waiter of foreign origin who served us attentively, courteously, impeccably and was truly exquisite from start to finish.

13/05/2025: The restaurant “da Rosa” in Nusco (AV) is a historic place in upper Irpinia, and for more than forty years it has been cheering up its customers’ meals. The atmosphere is homely, in 1980s style, with a large internal room and several outdoor tables in the warm season. You can choose a fixed menu or order à la carte. The highlight of the cuisine, in my opinion, are the first courses, of which you can taste six options thanks to the fixed menu – ravioli, scialatielli, orecchiette, maccaronara, fusilli. The large fork of grilled meat, served on a bed of potatoes and other vegetables, is very scenic.

An incorrect little man, with vulgar and offensive ways to say the least and, not to mention, neglected and not very clean for being behind a counter where food is served!

20/04/2025: Ambiente moderno ma con un fascino antico. Ottimo il servizio garantito da uno dei giovani proprietari. Infatti il segreto è la gestione familiare, con l'ottima cucina di mammà. Buoni gli antipasti del territorio, la pasta mai banale, e le carni. Buon rapporto prezzo qualità.

23/03/2025: Dopo visita all’abbazia del filetto, son venuto a pranzare in questo ristorante dove accettano i cani. Ho preso un antipasto di trrra con broccoli, il risotto ai tre pomodori e il tonno…poi tiramisù e caffè…il risotto è stato ciò che mi è piaciuto di più…locale carino…

27/06/2025: A corner of paradise in Flumeri (AV): authentic hospitality, nature and heart. I had the privilege of staying for three nights at the Azienda Agricola Petrelli in Flumeri, in the heart of Irpinia, and I can say without exaggeration that it was an unforgettable experience. I was looking for a quiet place to study for an exam, and I found much more: a small treasure of peace, nature and authentic humanity. From the first moment I felt welcomed as one of the family. Mrs. Petrelli received me with sincere kindness, and in the following days she delighted me with her cuisine: simple and extraordinary dishes, prepared with ingredients from their land, grown and processed with love. Their extra virgin olive oil is an excellence that is truly worth the trip. A special thanks goes to Mr. Petrelli, a delightful person, who, seeing me alone, sat at my table, giving me a humble and precious chat about the history of his family, their company and that faith that he carries in his heart. With a tender smile, he showed me the medal of the Madonna that he always carries with him, with the following engraved on it: “Those who believe and have faith will receive beautiful things and will be able to pass them on to those who have none”. And there, as I listened to him, I realized with a smile that I was living my own “Eat, Pray, Love”. Eat, because between oil, aubergines in oil and apricot and plum jams (all produced by them!) there is no need for explanations. Pray, thanks to that little spiritual anecdote that touched me more than expected. Love, nature, the quiet and the sincere welcome received. The daughter, very kind and attentive, made me feel completely at ease even when, for connection reasons, I had to work on the PC in the room on the ground floor: with disarming naturalness, she offered me a coffee and the chance to feel at home even in that moment. The agriturismo has a beautiful swimming pool (pleasant water, uniform depth, surrounded by greenery), a small lake fed by partially thermal spring water, a large dining room with bar, and a garden equipped with games for children. There is also a wellness center, which I have not had the opportunity to try but which adds further value to the experience. The prices are really fair, with the possibility of choosing between room only, half board or full board, based on your needs. Before leaving, Mr. Petrelli, with the generosity that distinguishes him, gave me a bottle of their best oil: a precious gift, which I will carry with pride and gratitude. A special applause to the agriturismo staff, with whom I have been in contact most in these days: hard-working, friendly and always present guys, who take care of every aspect with care - from cleaning to table service, from maintenance to hospitality. They are the silent heart of this special place. Those who stop to criticize the presence of insects or question the cleanliness in their reviews are probably not used to true nature and sincere hospitality. The company is surrounded by greenery, yes, but it is also very well-kept: every corner is looked after with attention and respect, with constant work by the family and staff to keep it beautiful, tidy and welcoming, without ever distorting it. You don't come here to look for the sterile perfection of a city hotel, but to live an authentic experience, in a place where you are a guest - not just a customer - and you can still breathe the value of genuine things. Flumeri, with its hills, immense olive groves and the genuine beauty of Irpinia, is a place that deserves to be discovered slowly. And the Petrelli family is its most generous soul.
