17/06/2025: we came very often, until we found bundles full of hair in front of us, I had a weak stomach and was about to throw up everything…they should close, indecent

17/10/2025: Unfortunately, it was rather cold. I even felt like I was being distracted. The Hugo Spritz wasn't very sweet, but it also had little flavor, even though the bartender added mint and lemon. Too bad. The elderflower liqueur was barely noticeable. So, for me, it was pretty mediocre.

20/09/2025: Changed management, changed everything. Unfortunately, not for the better. The interior is now horrible and the atmosphere has changed. A tourist trap.

27/08/2025: Extremely friendly and helpful staff The food is good quality. We've been twice. The first time we had an 8-star pizza, and the second time we had different dishes, also 8-star. No complaints about the speed of service. The waiter was very friendly, and the owner was too.

27/09/2025: If I could eat it, it would be fantastic. I ordered it and waited almost two hours. We're still waiting. Over the phone, we were told the wait time was "a good half an hour." I've always liked math, precision even more so. Here, I see clear gaps in both aspects. Needless to say, it was the first time I called and the last I'll ever call.

01/08/2025: Very good pizza and friendly staff, but it's a shame that when you order takeout they don't make it right away, but only once you get there. And on peak days you have to wait a really long time.

21/06/2025: Terrible fried pizza I also ordered a sausage and wurstel pizza for my son.. but they prepare me a sausage and friarielli.. I bring it back and obviously they take away the friarielli and put raw wurstel.. obviously the flavor of the friarielli remains and my son doesn't eat it.. and luckily he wasn't allergic to it.

07/10/2025: Very good fried food, equally tasty pizzas, and a helpful and friendly waiter. A pleasant family lunch.

16/10/2025: We chose L'Incanto at random as it was quieter than many of the other places along the beach front at Positano. The welcome was very friendly, but once we had our drinks and main course, we weren't asked if we wanted dessert or coffee (although the breather was very welcome in the hot weather and we were happy to sit in the shade until we decided to pay the bill and leave ). The food was tasty, but small portions and expensive (in comparison to everywhere else we had eaten in Italy), but probably average for such a touristy place. The plus point were the toilets, which were manned by a lovely lady who checked the cubicle was clean before you used it!!

14/10/2025: Stopped for lunch whilst strolling around Positano but what drew me in was the engaging Emilia, who was welcoming customers into the restaurant, she made me feel like a valued customer and that she wanted my visit to Positano to be the best ever. She didn't under- promise, the food was delicious (very expensive, but you expect that in Positano) the service attentive but respectful (a mention for the charming Mou Mou, who equally, made the visit memorable)- I can recommend L'incanto without hesitation - delicious food, great atmosphere in an idyllic location - what else do you need!

22/08/2025: My wife and I stopped for lunch, choosing fish as our main course. Both the first courses and the fried food were good and plentiful, including the decidedly generous mixed salad. The service was simple but discreet and courteous. The premises aren't fancy, but they're spacious and well-organized, both inside and out. The prices are fair. Recommended for those with modest expectations. I advise the owners to improve the signs: the current ones aren't easy to read, and those with internet issues won't find helpful directions along the way.

13/08/2025: I often go with a friend for coffee. It's a very nice bar, a little out of the way. I gave the food one star because I've never had anything to eat.

23/07/2025: If you want to taste the best croissant in the area you have to come here, fragrant and tasty, accompanied by the kindness of the owners, if you are passing by you absolutely have to stop

04/04/2025: Many of the photos here on Google are old; the place has been renovated, very chic, and above all, the food is truly top-notch! I've been here for dinner several times, sampling various dishes, and the taste is always top-notch! The staff is simply fantastic; you really feel right at home! Recommended

25/09/2025: The place is small and not particularly welcoming. The pizzas are good, except for the fact that I found an unpitted olive in the calzone. If you can see the olives because they're on top, you'll notice, but if they're inside, you won't. When I pointed out to the waitress that the pit almost broke my tooth, she simply replied that it can happen. A small suggestion: first of all, you need to be more careful, because if a customer gets hurt, you could face legal action. I also suggest warning customers to be careful when eating foods with pitted olives, saying that despite the scrupulous checks, it can happen. And if it does happen, you should offer free coffee.

16/09/2025: Absolutely incredible restaurant & pizzeria! 10/10. Service is incredible, locally sourced ingredients. The best Buffala Mozzarella I’ve ever eaten in my life. This place oozes flavour, passion and consistency. Can’t wait to return 😃
