01/03/2026: I went to Hachè with medium-high expectations, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The dishes were overly seasoned: from broccoli rabe to gnocchi alla sorrentina, everything was drowned in oil. I understand the rich, old-fashioned cuisine, but here they crossed the line: more than tradition, it seemed careless. The flavor of the ingredients was completely lost. On a positive note (the only one): the coffee, really good. The service was another sore point: disorganized and distracted. We had to call the staff several times because they constantly forgot requests and orders. When you're at the table, you want to relax, not be a human reminder. In short: so much confusion, so little balance. Naples can do much, much better—the past hasn't been honored here, and the future can only improve. For now, I wouldn't go back.

01/03/2026: The only positive note here is the view. Otherwise, it was a negative experience. The food and staff were especially bad. They were polite, though, no complaints.

04/01/2026: Excellent pizzeria and pub, good pizzas, especially those made with special flours, and excellent sandwiches with special meats.

31/10/2025: Terrible pizza The dough was completely irregular: one half was very thin and extremely dry, the other thick and doughy. It was very strange both to the touch and to the taste due to the annoying graininess of the flour. As for the service, nothing to complain about; the staff was a bit cold, but they were very quick in preparing the pizzas.

09/03/2026: We were at this restaurant in the center of Sorrento yesterday for Women's Day. The gnocchi alla sorrentina were excellent...and the service was fast and professional from Marco and his staff. I highly recommend it.

03/01/2026: For "hygiene" reasons, dogs aren't allowed in (I was kicked out). But apparently, "dirty" dogs are welcome in the restaurant.

01/12/2025: They only have white flour and no flavor, and you can't taste the sourdough starter. The bread is very mediocre. The owner thinks he's a master, but I didn't find anything of the sort.

13/09/2025: Kind and courteous staff starting from the owner Nicola always kind and courteous and also Michele the pizza chef, excellent and good pizza 😋 my favorite pizza is the queen margherita always excellent now our favorite in the family, I recommend you try their specialties you will not regret it !!

31/01/2026: Too expensive for what it offers. A plate of candles with Genovese sauce for €18 is way too much. It's supposed to be a trattoria, but its prices are those of a luxury restaurant. There's little attention paid to celiacs. Even if they apologize, they can't be excused. It takes a little goodwill and professionalism to please customers, even those with food intolerances, which aren't dictated by lifestyle choices, but by health issues! It doesn't take much to please a celiac without apologizing for not even having dessert or an appetizer. Finally, raising prices and not improving the service or the food... it certainly doesn't entice customers. It's a shame because they could do so much better. I don't think I'll return... it's not worth it!

22/12/2025: Never again. Supermarket cheeses considered elite, and even poorly served. Two micro burgers with two sides of very gourmet baked potatoes. The eggplant mushrooms and chicory in a micro bowl are also gourmet. A bottle of wine for three people is of poor quality. Three micro cannoli for dessert, and they say they offered it for €35 per person. I will never go again. For €35, I can eat much better, both in quantity and quality, elsewhere, even in much better locations.

18/02/2026: We stopped here for lunch on a friend's recommendation, and we felt right at home. We had a table near the fireplace, Silvana and the owner were wonderful people, and of course, the food was excellent.

20/02/2026: Avoid if you can or if you don’t have a choice. Most Rude owner I ever encountered as you can’t have a conversation. My partner didn’t like his drink was watery and asked to change it politely. The Waitress kindly tried to take it back to bar and sadly she came back to the table with the drink saying owner was coming to understand what was wrong with the drink. Without saying hello he asked myself what was wrong with the drink and to tell him how to do it cause the drink was fine in his opinion. Politely tried to tell him wasn’t of my liking but he continued with a sassy attitude asking to tell him how I supposed to do it that my partner had to jump and rescue me as he was raising his voice. Didn’t finish neither of drinks, we just stood up payed and left saying goodbye which was at least answered.

15/01/2026: We arrived in Sorrento from Naples by ferry and, as our hotel was far from the center (where the restaurants are concentrated) and it was already late, we opted to have lunch at this place. Despite the reviews on Google, we decided to give it a chance. In my opinion, as a Google Guide user, I don't consider the restaurant excellent or unmissable, but there's no reason for harsh criticism either. The place was quite busy, and yet the waiter was attentive in finding a table for us. We ordered a caprese salad and gnocchi: both were good and reasonably priced. As for the service, even with the place full, the waiting time for the dishes was adequate. The area doesn't offer many restaurant options, and therefore I consider the experience to have been fair. You can eat here comfortably, as long as you don't have high expectations.

02/01/2026: Last night we ordered two pizzas and a Coke. We called at 8:00 PM with a promise of delivery within half an hour. At 9:00 PM, they called us back because they realized the mortadella was missing and we needed to change pizzas. At 9:30 PM, we called to find out where our pizzas were and were told there was a problem with the deliveries. At that point, we asked why they were giving a fake time rather than a respectable one, but the answer was "I don't know." In conclusion, the pizzas arrived just before 10:00 PM, COMPLETELY FROZEN because they were obviously prepared much earlier and left there waiting for the driver. NEVER AGAIN I'm sorry, but once again, it proves that you don't know how to do your job.

22/11/2025: Absolutely terrible, ordered online and they stole my order and refused a refund, terrible place!

15/02/2026: The pizza was good, even if it was dripping with oil. The place didn't seem particularly welcoming, and the staff was a bit aloof. It wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't so amazing that I'd want to repeat it immediately.

14/12/2025: Finally, a place where they don't skimp on truly understanding their customers' needs. Recommended!
