24/02/2026: On a rainy July day, my fiancé and I wanted to sit down for dinner. They wanted to seat us at a table right next to the cashier. When we asked if they had a nicer table, they said we couldn't get service there. The owner is rude and problematic.

09/05/2026: Too long a wait for the pizzas; we ordered three and waited over an hour. The place wasn't busy, but there were a lot of phone orders, and we waited longer than them. The pizzas were good, but this long wait is unacceptable.

19/03/2026: Reported wait time: 1 hour Actual wait time: 2 hours Aside from that, the pizza I requested was with buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, but unfortunately, there weren't enough cherry tomatoes to have any flavor whatsoever. Poor pizza, absolutely not worth the time it took to receive it, much less the money.

20/06/2026: I tried this pizzeria again after three years because I was truly disappointed, but in three years, everything has gotten worse... the pizza with meatballs was very salty and burnt, while the meatballs were tasteless, not to mention dry!!! The panuozzo?! Indescribable: a single slice of ham, and the bottom layer was incredibly thin and incredibly hard... what can I say? I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT... THEN THE CHOICE IS UP TO YOU...

04/06/2026: I hadn't been to Casalvelino for 15 years. I asked some people who were passing by on the seafront, and they recommended dinner at Camillo's. I arrived at the restaurant with my husband and 1-year-old son. I asked where I could change the baby and was told there was no changing table and no changing table. We sat down and decided to have a quick dinner and go straight home. A table outside, a breeze, and a ceiling fan. I asked to move inside, but they told me it wasn't possible. I asked them to turn off the fan because it was too windy for the baby. They wouldn't turn it off, and they wouldn't move us. We ordered spaghetti with clams on paper. Spaghetti with lupini beans arrived, and pan-fried gnocchi with raw sauce and not even a drizzle of mozzarella. Terrible. A quarter of wine, water, and two coffees. I go to pay and the lady tells me it's 57 euros. I roll my eyes and tell her what we consumed, and she apologizes because she hadn't cleared the previous bill, totaling 37 euros. I pay and we run away. Never again.

28/02/2026: EDIT: It wasn't reported that the pizzeria was on vacation either here or on Instagram, and after this review, I woke up to a private message from the owner calling me a brat and insulting me. Average pizzas, worth it for a delivery service. The problem is: do you want to book by calling? Good luck, because in the last few weeks, no one has NEVER answered, but if you show up (like I did last Thursday), the phone rings perfectly.

31/05/2026: It's become a habit now: whenever you go shopping on the weekend in the morning, you can't miss lunch at Serafina. Good value, friendly staff, and attentive to customer needs.

26/05/2026: This restaurant is located inside the Vulcano Buono shopping center; I'd say it's neither good nor bad. I ordered the set menus for €17 and a beef tagliata. The set menus included a choice of first and second courses, while the drink was paid separately. They were acceptable, but obviously, you shouldn't expect much from a menu like this. The tagliata was quite good and well-cooked. The service was very friendly. It's a good option if you're at Vulcano Buono.

11/07/2026: Terrible experience. 12 people missed out on 2 pizzas. We sat down at 9:30 and had pizzas at 11:00 PM. The fact that it's Saturday doesn't justify a 1.5-hour wait for a restaurant like this. The pizzas, however, were nothing special, decent, and the dough was 4. Never again. 😒
