Kamaje' In Cava de' tirreni

We were here two days in a row. Marina, the chef's wife, recommended many local dishes that we tried and without exception described as very tasty and authentic. We come to the area every year at Easter or Pentecost and also visit our family here. The food at Kamaje is no different from the local private cuisine. Excellent products, well prepared and explained. You eat like you're at home, highly recommended. The hostess is very warm and responds to every request. We would like to come again. Anna & Markus

Very nice, central place, located inside a portico. The service is fast and efficient, we ate in a large and spacious room but the restaurant also has smaller rooms inside which I would have preferred. The kitchen is suitable for fish-based dishes 🎏🐟 we took two pizzas, two glasses of wine, two potato croquettes 🥔 and 2 stuffed chicken wings 🐔. The food is of good quality and we ate with gusto. Prices slightly above average.

Fried at will... In the center of Cava de' Tirreni

My girlfriend and I went for lunch, a very nice family-run place, the lady was very friendly and welcoming. Prices quite high for 2 people we took 1 portion of bruschetta (4 pieces) and 2 Italian fried dishes which includes 3 pieces each course of classic zeppoline and two first courses 1 bottle of water and a small coke total 58 euros😳 it seems really excessive almost 30 euros per person for a first course and two bruschettas. Then I don't understand one thing if the first courses were 15 each and the starters 5 each, that's 15+15+15 but how much did the water, coke and cover charge cost me? the bills are up to you
