24/08/2025: Unfortunately, we ordered a cake for our daughter's 13th birthday, specifically requesting pink and fuchsia. Instead, it arrived in salmon and brown, completely different and truly unsuitable for the occasion. Even when faced with the obvious, she denied the mistake, claiming the photo looked like that. An hour before the party, we had no other options, and we were forced to pick it up. My daughter was devastated, and the aesthetic effect was disappointing: dull, ugly colors for a birthday party... "Answer"... The problem isn't the technical difficulty, but the fact that we weren't notified. If we had been told the requested colors weren't possible (a phone call would have been enough), we could have chosen an alternative. Instead, we found ourselves with the wrong cake an hour before the party, with no choice: this is neither fair nor professional.

22/08/2025: My wife and I stopped for lunch, choosing fish as our main course. Both the first courses and the fried food were good and plentiful, including the decidedly generous mixed salad. The service was simple but discreet and courteous. The premises aren't fancy, but they're spacious and well-organized, both inside and out. The prices are fair. Recommended for those with modest expectations. I advise the owners to improve the signs: the current ones aren't easy to read, and those with internet issues won't find helpful directions along the way.

15/10/2025: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this BnB in Furore! The room was incredibly comfortable, and the views were simply breathtaking. The terraces were amazing — a perfect spot to relax, enjoy the sun, or just sit in the hammock and gaze out at the sea. The view from the restaurant and its terraces was equally stunning, making every meal a truly memorable experience. Dining at the restaurant was a real treat - flavorful, varied, and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel entirely at ease and at home. Breakfast was plentiful and perfectly suited to our tastes, giving us a great start to each day. The brothers who run the restaurant and the BnB were exceptionally friendly, always ready to provide helpful tips and valuable insights about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and are extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Everything at L’Incanto - from the rooms, terraces, views to the food and service is carefully curated to create a perfect, relaxing, and unforgettable stay. We couldn’t recommend it more!

10/09/2025: The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The service is unparalleled and because of this I came for dinner back to back and it felt like I was being taken care of by friends. Excellent recommendations. Menu highlights seafood pasta which varies on the day, good for trying something new. Pizza and traditional pastas are served also. Save room for the lemon cake and espresso

03/07/2025: All good, but very long waiting times. They tell you 10 minutes and you have to wait an hour. Never again. Hire staff if you need them, so you close early.

23/09/2025: Excellent pizza, but the wait was very long. We waited over an hour and a half just for fries.

06/07/2025: We were in this place on a Saturday night and I do not recommend it to ANYONE! We waited two hours to eat just an appetizer. Half-empty tables and non-existent waiters. After waiting, we asked a waiter for explanations and he responded in an arrogant and rude way, we spoke to the equally arrogant owner without even apologizing for what happened. ABSURD. Never again!

07/09/2025: I was with my family on August 15th, so everything was packed, but we still ate very well; various appetizers were all good, excellent seafood scialatielli, fresh fried fish with a decent local Falanghina, watermelon, and dessert to finish off a five-star lunch.

17/08/2025: A great restaurant with excellent food, and the portions are perfectly reasonable for the price. The service is very friendly and attentive.

15/10/2025: Great location and atmosphere. Unfortunately, one of the waiters was so arrogant that the restaurant suffers greatly. It's a shame because the food wasn't bad. Unfortunately, we definitely won't be returning.

15/10/2025: I can't comment on the service and atmosphere since we always get takeout pizzas. The pizzas are excellent, and sometimes they're particularly good, so I even get the crust 😄 Some more info: I know the entrance is accessible for people with mobility issues. Parking is available on the street. They have a few tables outside (there are many more inside). And I know they don't make pizza for celiacs (for this reason, unfortunately, we can't come eat with relatives who have these needs). In conclusion: I recommend trying their pizzas, especially the stuffed ones! 👍

23/08/2025: If you're looking for a quick bite or coffee, this is a decent place. We arrived around noon, and there were very few food options available. Our salami sandwich was also okay; the salami was tasty, but the sandwich was quite tough. It's not great, but not bad either. The prices were reasonable. You can pay by card.

23/09/2025: Excellent Neapolitan-style pizzeria. High-quality food. I recommend pizza and cuoppo.

11/09/2025: The pizza was good, as was the fixed-price menu. The atmosphere was clean. We waited very little; the place was almost empty, which boded well for disappointment. After about ten minutes, there was no more room; we arrived just before the crowds. The food was good, not cheap, but I recommend it.

29/09/2025: A very unique place, with medieval settings recreated inside, modern masonry decorated to look like it was from the era, and shields, helmets, and a clock on the walls, apparently made by the owners' father. They'll probably set up outdoor tables in the summer. We ate inside, also because it's located in the highest part of Piedimonte Matese, practically on the mountain. The view is truly breathtaking. Unfortunately, we can't say the same about the food we ate. The fried food was still raw and the fritters were overcooked. The pizza wasn't very nice, with sour tomato sauce and melted mozzarella, as if it were fondue. The dough wouldn't be bad if the other ingredients were of a higher quality. We haven't tried the restaurant, so we can't comment on the dishes and food, but based on what we ate, I don't think I'll return. It's a real shame because it's truly a unique place.

28/09/2025: I'd give it 0 stars for several reasons: 1. We booked at 9:45 PM and arrived at 10:30 PM. It's Saturday, so that's fine. 2. The table is unstable and unset. Oh well, that's okay. 3. After ordering, they still don't set the table, and only after we asked did they finally bring us drinks without opening the Coke for us, so we continue to wait for drinks. Oh well, that's okay. 4. An hour passes, and after asking several times where the pizzas were, we're told they're in the oven. The truth?! The order had just arrived because, according to them, they'd had a problem with the oven. So not only did people who arrived after us eat first, but we also left without eating (we left the pizzeria at 10:30 PM until 11:55 PM). I appreciate the attempt to make things right, but the management absolutely needs to be reassessed, as well as the wait staff. Obviously I strongly advise against it!

27/09/2025: BAD decision to book here! After waiting half an hour past our reservation time, they finally seated us at a table, only to ask us to leave shortly afterward to seat other people who claimed to have arrived first. In reality, they were seating customers without any criteria or respect. Whether the pizza is good or not, what matters most is the respect and dignity of the customer. A word of advice: learn to manage people better!

21/08/2025: Le Rose: a bouquet of parsley. If you're willing to waste your time, appetite, and dignity, "Le Rose" is the place to be. The dishes arrive hours later—perhaps they grow the parsley right outside the restaurant and wait for it to grow, since they toss it in by the ton. Every course was an inedible green puddle, so much so that at one point we wondered if this was a restaurant or a garden center. The service? A masterpiece of disorganization. The icing on the cake: the owner scratching his ear with his fingers while taking the order. Unbelievable scenes, more like a joke than a restaurant. In short: a tragicomic experience, but without the "comic" side. My sincere advice: better to get a sandwich from the vending machine.
