19/10/2025: The night before leaving, we noticed this bakery and pastry shop, especially for the aroma wafting from it. The next morning, we stopped for breakfast. They even had a coin-operated coffee machine, brioches with cream and Genovese, a bag of bread, a pane cunzato, and a bread filled with white ragù, and a bag of mixed dry pastries—all truly delicious. The owner let us try a fig cookie and gave us a bag of Reginella for the trip. Everyone was kind and professional. If I return to Palermo, I'll definitely come back.

01/08/2025: The Montesarchio location is closed. When will you let people know? We showed up in the evening, and the place was closed... It was even sold to someone else. There was another name. A wasted trip and a huge disappointment.

It's rare to find a place that has maintained such high standards for three generations, overcoming every challenge with the power of goodness. The cuisine is a journey through the flavors of the sea and land, using excellent ingredients. The pizza is unmissable, carefully prepared in front of the wood-burning fireplace, just like in times past. Beyond the delicious food and fair prices, what stands out is the warmth of the expert staff. Getting there is easy thanks to the large nearby parking lot. If you're looking for a place that captures the soul of the island, you must try it at least once. Lastly, as I'm a fan of traditional places, it's no coincidence that it's among the top 10% of establishments on TripAdvisor. Highly recommended!

04/03/2026: My husband and I went for dinner one evening. We ate very well, especially the first courses. The paccheri alla genovese were excellent, but especially the mezzanelli with lard.

03/09/2025: I hadn't dined at Borgo since it was renovated, so taking advantage of a quieter late-summer evening, I decided to try it with some friends. The location is very well-maintained, with wooden tables and benches giving way to more modern and elegant furnishings that blend perfectly with the splendid setting of Acciaroli's harbor. The new, fully open kitchen is also very attractive. I really enjoyed the appetizers, both raw and cooked, where I found great respect for the raw ingredients, which remain the protagonist even in the more elaborate dishes. For the first course, I opted for the linguine with prawns, a simple dish but truly excellent in flavor. The desserts also deserve special mention; we tried several, all very good (but if I could have, I would have eaten 12 ricotta flowers!). The value for money was good considering the location, service, and overall quality of the dinner.

14/02/2026: I ordered pizzas that were supposed to arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 PM, but at 11:00 PM the pizzas still hadn't arrived and they cancelled the order.

14/02/2026: Good evening, I'm sorry to share my experience this evening 02/14/2026. I ordered three pizzas but the driver only delivered two. I called the pizzeria, but he blamed the driver, the latter said that the pizzeria was to blame. In the end, my son was left without a pizza and I paid for a pizza and a service charge without even receiving a sensible response.
