25/11/2025: I made a mistake with my order on Globo, I wanted home delivery but by mistake I clicked on pick up at the pizzeria... We called immediately and asked to change the delivery and they categorically refused even though we are regular customers... a disgrace... Never again

29/12/2025: It's hard to understand the satisfaction of customers and those who gave it 5 stars (friends?). The atmosphere is cold; eating with a jacket and scarf is out of the question. It took a long time to receive the order, which also arrived incomplete, citing Wi-Fi connection problems between the kitchen and the restaurant. It could be a good place for a drink or an aperitif, but it's better to stay there because the food isn't their strong point.

Friendly staff; the last time we were at the cash register, we exchanged a few words. The place is pleasant and not very noisy.

25/01/2026: We've been to this place, the pizza is more or less okay, but you can eat better for that price. But the service and staff are very rude, and the manager or owner don't know how to talk to customers. A small, gray-haired Italian man yelled and spoke so rudely when I ordered a coffee with milk, and he started arguing and demanding that I pay him more because it was a cappuccino. I don't recommend this guy. Restaurant !!!!!

The atmosphere and vibe are outstanding. It feels authentically Neapolitan, buzzing with warmth and genuine excitement, but still incredibly cozy. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. What truly elevated the experience was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and truly seemed to love what they do. And of course, the pizza was everything you dream of in Naples—fresh, perfectly charred, and absolutely delicious. If you are in Naples, especially after visiting the Christmas markets, this place is a non-negotiable stop!

16/09/2025: The pizza was small, very light, but nothing special. Much of the dough underneath was black and burnt (a dangerously harmful ingredient, carcinogenic). A €2.50 cover charge per person seems a bit excessive for the type of service. The quality/price ratio was quite poor. We didn't have a good experience.

17/10/2025: Unfortunately, it was rather cold. I even felt like I was being distracted. The Hugo Spritz wasn't very sweet, but it also had little flavor, even though the bartender added mint and lemon. Too bad. The elderflower liqueur was barely noticeable. So, for me, it was pretty mediocre.
