The quality of the food is undeniably high: the use of carefully selected, top-quality ingredients is clearly evident.

14/02/2026: I ordered pizzas that were supposed to arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 PM, but at 11:00 PM the pizzas still hadn't arrived and they cancelled the order.

11/01/2026: We had reserved a table an hour in advance, but when we arrived, the reservation wasn't there. We were offered a seat in a freezing cold room, which we declined, waiting for another table to become available. Once we were finally seated, they opened the door to the cold room, immediately lowering the temperature in the room we were in as well, making the experience truly unpleasant. To make matters worse, the waiters were arrogant and unprofessional, with no attention to the customer. A bad experience! The pizza is always good!

03/01/2026: I've been there twice (invited). The pizza was outrageous both times (I don't care about the price). The schnitzel was ridiculous. The fries were pathetic. If I'm not mistaken, some of the fried foods were frozen. The service was average. The place was good.

14/02/2026: Good evening, I'm sorry to share my experience this evening 02/14/2026. I ordered three pizzas but the driver only delivered two. I called the pizzeria, but he blamed the driver, the latter said that the pizzeria was to blame. In the end, my son was left without a pizza and I paid for a pizza and a service charge without even receiving a sensible response.

16/02/2026: Terrible service; they sat us down and within 10 minutes, no one paid attention to us, not even asking us anything, and they didn't even have a menu (I had to find the waitress, who later brought me the QR code). Then the order was taken by a waiter who was in a hurry and was completely unprofessional. I asked for advice on which vegetables to put on the pizza (since they don't have any vegan options) and he couldn't suggest anything. In the end, we both (my girlfriend and I) chose a focaccia with broccoli rabe and French fries (they didn't have baked ones), and I had to stop him at the last minute as he ran off, telling him I still had to tell him what we wanted to drink. So I asked for sparkling water (and then received it still). I then specified that I wanted peppers on one of the two pizzas, if they had them, and he brought me a plate of peppers on the side (20 minutes before the pizzas) without even an empty plate for my girlfriend, who would have watched me eat on an empty stomach. The pizzas arrived after a total of 40 minutes (the dining room was almost empty) because they were obviously focusing on takeout pizzas. The pizza was quite good, but it was all fried and covered in too much oil... not to mention the hair and crumbs I found in my seat when I arrived. Then the price was incredibly high...that measly pizza with just two simple ingredients was €7.50 (more than a pizza with cream, ham, provolone, and croquettes that they sell, and those ingredients are definitely more expensive). They decided to put the peppers aside on the plate to justify an additional €4. When paying, they also noted on the menu some bruschetta and croquettes from another table, as well as drinks. I told her they weren't ours and explained that it would be nice to find some good vegan alternatives to the usual foods in the future, and the cashier replied that it was Valentine's Day... (which has nothing to do with what I said). But these days, you know... if someone wants a vegan meal, it's normal to magically raise the prices (despite cheap ingredients), and if they say something constructive, just wait until they finish speaking and say something random.

01/03/2026: Very disappointed, last night I ordered two pizzas there, present during the preparation of two capricciosas which in Naples are traditional mushrooms, black olives, capers, cooked ham, artichokes, and mozzarella. The employee in charge, a very rude person, prepared the capricciosa with salami, cooked ham, mushrooms, and mozzarella, already finished for delicacy. I told him this is not the capricciosa but he in a dialect tone nui a facim, a so I was forced to take them away and throw them outside so as not to hear complaints at home.

20/02/2026: Tonight I had a chicken with baked potatoes, I was very disappointed, chicken not cooked well, cold inside and the potatoes burnt, hard and very greasy...😐😐😐

26/12/2025: Keeping in mind this started off as a take out food and now it's got tables and an amazing vibe. Not many pizza places have this enegy... Try the kebab/shawarma. It comes on 3 different strategies ⚡. Also need to add that we are normally a table of 10-12 people every Saturday night and with wine and shared starters followed by a main meal still cannot spend €100 total bill. Crazy value for money. Book or you going into wait!

I noticed such a detachment and coldness that I wondered what I'd done to you, since we don't know each other. I didn't judge the place or the food, but rather the human being. Change career. A day already forgotten. I'm just sorry I'm from Campania. Have a good life to those who have it to live.

19/10/2025: The night before leaving, we noticed this bakery and pastry shop, especially for the aroma wafting from it. The next morning, we stopped for breakfast. They even had a coin-operated coffee machine, brioches with cream and Genovese, a bag of bread, a pane cunzato, and a bread filled with white ragù, and a bag of mixed dry pastries—all truly delicious. The owner let us try a fig cookie and gave us a bag of Reginella for the trip. Everyone was kind and professional. If I return to Palermo, I'll definitely come back.

01/02/2026: A traumatic experience, to say the least. I had high expectations, because I knew the quality of the pizzeria's food and expected a quiet dinner. I had booked a table for two at 9:15, a normal time, that afternoon. I expected a slight wait, but the wait went beyond that. From "give me 10 minutes and I'll seat you," we were seated at 11:00. I find it quite shameful to seat two people who had RESERVED for 9:15 to 11:00, when I could have found a table at any other pizzeria in the world even a half hour earlier. Such poor organization, which I don't think is acceptable in 2026, is a given. Of course, the pizza and everything else were worth it, but then again, I was already convinced of this because its good quality is well known, but if these problems arise, I think everything else loses its value. If you can't be sure of seating people at a certain time, don't even accept reservations. I hope this review helps improve these aspects because it's a real shame that a good pizzeria has gone from being mediocre to good.
