09/12/2025: Yesterday, December 8th, I had one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. I'm not talking about the food, which some people find good and others not, but I've never seen such awful service: the appetizer (the only good thing) was served straight away. You had to wait a long time for the rest, and they didn't serve all the main courses at once (unless they were the same). I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

07/11/2025: Very familiar, but the pizza isn't bad. The sliced ​​steak with porcini mushrooms amazed me. The meat was tender and flavorful, the mushrooms excellent and well-prepared. The price was almost fair considering the type of restaurant, which is more of a trattoria. Cleanliness was good. Friendly service. All in all, a good dinner.

03/06/2025: The pizza reminded me of an 80s style: the idea of ​​the star shape for the pizza of the same name is interesting, with different flavors on the tips, but the flavor is confusing and the whole thing is too heavy. The dough is hard to digest and deserves more attention. Positive note for the crocchè, good and offered at a really competitive price.

19/10/2025: The night before leaving, we noticed this bakery and pastry shop, especially for the aroma wafting from it. The next morning, we stopped for breakfast. They even had a coin-operated coffee machine, brioches with cream and Genovese, a bag of bread, a pane cunzato, and a bread filled with white ragù, and a bag of mixed dry pastries—all truly delicious. The owner let us try a fig cookie and gave us a bag of Reginella for the trip. Everyone was kind and professional. If I return to Palermo, I'll definitely come back.

05/02/2026: An excellent pizzeria and fry shop that's been around for over 40 years. It's a shame it's now takeout only, as the restaurant had to be sold to the owners a few years ago.

26/12/2025: Every year when we arrive in Policastro from Germany, this is the first place we visit. The pizza is excellent and really inexpensive. The owner has known us for a long time, and everyone is very friendly.

08/09/2025: The atmosphere is very spartan, the service is slow, I don't know if it was a coincidence but for a pizza we waited 1 hour, the parmigiana and the fried food were reheated. Never again.

03/03/2026: The food is excellent, the Genoese cuisine is incredible! The pizzas and appetizers are also very good, and the house wine is highly recommended! Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, and truly competitive prices. Highly recommended!

11/01/2026: We had reserved a table an hour in advance, but when we arrived, the reservation wasn't there. We were offered a seat in a freezing cold room, which we declined, waiting for another table to become available. Once we were finally seated, they opened the door to the cold room, immediately lowering the temperature in the room we were in as well, making the experience truly unpleasant. To make matters worse, the waiters were arrogant and unprofessional, with no attention to the customer. A bad experience! The pizza is always good!

03/01/2026: I've been there twice (invited). The pizza was outrageous both times (I don't care about the price). The schnitzel was ridiculous. The fries were pathetic. If I'm not mistaken, some of the fried foods were frozen. The service was average. The place was good.

20/08/2025: We stumbled upon this pizzeria restaurant by chance, looking for something different from what you'd find at a service station, as we'd been traveling for quite some time and had a long way to go. Easy to get to, just a few minutes from the highway exit, with convenient and spacious parking, as well as the restaurant itself. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the very kind and friendly staff, very cheerful and helpful, who made us feel right at home. Our order was taken immediately, we were advised to check around to select the table we liked best, and we were shown to the restrooms, like good hosts. We chose the pizzeria menu, which was quite unusual for us as Romans, and we found it very original and delicious. The dough was good, and the ingredients were of high quality. As mentioned in other reviews, we hadn't opted for an appetizer, so we were served a starter anyway, a gesture much appreciated for the hospitality and, above all, the quality of the products. What can I say...thank you, and see you soon!

11/01/2026: On the way from Telese Terme to Naples, we stopped at this restaurant. We had a delicious mixed meat platter for two, all cooked just right. The desserts also looked delicious, but we were full. The place smelled wonderful, like delicious food. The staff was very friendly!

27/11/2025: This is the first time we've tried pizza under the new management. We were simply blown away by the deliciousness and quality of both the dough and the ingredients, as well as the courtesy and attention given to us by the new management. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

06/01/2026: We visited this restaurant on New Year's Eve, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The restaurant was clearly overcrowded; it felt like they'd let in far more customers than they should have. This negatively impacted the overall service. The wait was incredibly long, both to be served and between courses. The food, in addition to arriving late, was of poor quality and not up to par for a supposedly special evening like New Year's Eve. The catering seemed improvised, almost "made yesterday," with little organization or customer service. The entertainment was also terrible: there was practically nothing planned for the children, except sitting and drawing. There was no room to move, play, or do any kind of activity. Their response: we weren't ready to welcome 200 people, my dear, YOU ARE worthy of a lawsuit! The only good thing was the piano bar and "some" waiters who, alas, poor things, didn't even know what to say!!! An experience I unfortunately wouldn't recommend. When we got home, we had the classic "milk soup" with artisanal panettone, and that's exactly what you'd expect. NEVER AGAIN!!!

03/01/2026: I'll start by saying I've eaten there a couple of times. The first time was two years ago on New Year's Eve, and I have to say I ate very well. This time it was truly horrible. New Year's Eve dinner. 1) At 8:00 PM we went in, sat down at the table, and waited over an hour and a half for the appetizer. 2) The appetizer. It said the CT was bringing battered cauliflower fritters, aka zeppoline... There were only two. 🤦‍♂️. The calamari was raw, hard, and cold. The cod was soft and tasteless. 3) At 10:40 PM, after an hour of waiting, the lobster ravioli with two mussels arrived (there were actually two). 4) People, tired of waiting, got up to dance in that tiny space, which unfortunately I gave up on dancing at a certain point because the waiters were running behind me. 5) The second course, no comment on the taste. At 11:45 PM, while we were eating the second course, we found ourselves toasting. The side salad was raw and tasteless. 6) At midnight, no lentils. The dish arrived at 12:40 AM with the pandoro cake nearby. 7) Tired, we went home around 1:00 AM without fruit or coffee. Terrible service in the kitchen. They chose to have more customers and poor service.

05/07/2025: Friendly staff. Hidden prices, no menu. Unpleasant surprise, very expensive bill 80 euros in Naples with 2 first courses of porcini mushrooms, appetizer of 3 canapés with aubergines at the price (from the receipt) of 14 euros, 1 buffalo mozzarella, half a litre of house wine, served in a carafe. All the dishes offered were off the menu, justifying that the opening for lunch was extraordinary linked to an event, which is why there was no menu available.

20/06/2025: Evening with friends in front of a very good pizza, light and digestible. Even the tasty snacks are good. I highly recommend it!
