13/01/2026: We had dinner at this beautiful restaurant. Cristiano welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, punctuating our evening with his pleasant presence. We ate the chef's spaghetti allo scarpariello, an exceptional first course. This was followed by two delicious cuts of meat. All accompanied by a red wine recommended by Cristiano. An impeccable choice, a light wine that paired perfectly with our food. To finish, we tried their cheesecake. This dish, too, was nothing to complain about. Delicious!
One of the best restaurants on the island.
11/01/2026: I tried both the pizza and the exceptional first courses. We were with friends (many), and the service was quick and courteous.
The pasta and potatoes are worth a try.

Today, the owners have created a restaurant that is a true gem: elegant, refined... chic in every detail. 🍷 The cuisine is always impeccable: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and captivating flavors. But what really makes the difference is their disarming kindness and genuine helpfulness, which makes you feel at home.
An excellence worth discovering (or rediscovering).
Every time we eat at this trattoria, it's a confirmation of quality food... Not to mention the service: a mix of kindness, friendliness, and good advice. Excellent value with more than satisfying portions. We'll always be happy to return...

10/01/2026: Recommended by friends, I must say that it is truly an excellent top pizza... Pizza overcooked with very light dough. We had a large pizza, half Divola and half Ciociara, the ingredients were delicious... the Italian-style frying was very poor for €5. 4 French fries, a small croquette, a breaded mozzarella and an Ascoli olive, but it makes up for the flavor of the pizza. In any case, we will return to try the carré and pasta which are mentioned in many reviews.
28/12/2025: I asked for a barley coffee because I don't like coffee from the bar... They made me coffee in the moka pot... Great hospitality at the Da Silvia restaurant... Excellent food... Helpful and kind staff... You feel at home... Thanks for the wonderful experience... We'll be back
