01/09/2025: A beautiful property surrounded by greenery and tranquility. We had the Maestrale room, which has a wonderful view. It offers a large pool equipped with every comfort (including changing rooms with hot showers). The staff is very friendly.

16/08/2025: Excellent pizzas, made with quality ingredients, starting with the sophisticated combination of different flours. Rectangular, crispy, and perhaps slightly larger than a traditional pizza. Prices are absolutely fair, making them a great place to return on a daily basis. Friendly and helpful staff.

15/08/2025: A family mid-August lunch. Even the kids weren't sure what to eat, as everything was top-notch. The food was truly home-cooked. There was nothing to complain about. The owners were helpful and friendly. The service was fast and accurate. The prices were absolutely fair. The portions were generous. We'll definitely be back. It's rare to find a place where you can enjoy the flavors of times gone by. The place isn't huge, but it has an air-conditioned indoor dining room and an air-conditioned outdoor veranda. The decor is simple, just like at home.

16/08/2025: Today I went to this trattoria for lunch, which was recommended to me by a local from Amalfi, and I have to say it was truly excellent. I ordered spaghetti with clams, while my boyfriend ordered two portions of spaghetti with lemon, as they were truly of the highest quality and flavor. I could also hear other Italians at the table next to us who had also ordered other dishes and were commenting on the deliciousness of their choices. I can only highly recommend this trattoria.

16/08/2025: I feel completely robbed by the owner of this place! We ordered a certain type of arentine, but they had run out. The owner offered to make it, and I thought it was such a kind gesture. When the bill came, I was shocked — he charged us €140 just for the appetizer! He made it sound like it was a courtesy, but instead we were overcharged for something we never asked him to prepare in the first place. I was so disappointed. People had warned me about being careful in Italy, but I truly thought we were having such a great experience here. Sadly, this ruined it. The food is great, but honesty and integrity come first — and this place failed badly in that regard. My advice: Don’t go here, or if you do, refuse anything the owner offers “as a favor” — you might end up being robbed like I was.

23/06/2025: Great food. Delicious beef, perfectly prepared and deliciously tender. Rarely such a delicious piece of meat. Cosy atmosphere, you don't notice the busy road in the garden.

13/08/2025: Absolutely gorgeous setting outside with a carefully curated space. We started off with drinks and then decided to stay on for dinner. My entrecote was 10/10 and my partners octopus salad was also superb. Kid friendly, our lovely waitress taught us some Italian and interacted with our children, I'm sorry I didn't get your name.(Black hair, glasses and a tattoo). Dessert was great too!

10/08/2025: Very nice place. Prices are a bit high, the stuffed squid is dry (perhaps not fresh), the octopus is good, but given the reviews, we expected more.

16/08/2025: I can’t speak for the food, but I believe there may have been a miscommunication regarding the time of our reservation. We arrived for what we had understood to be an 8:00 PM booking, only to be told it was actually for 9:30 PM. Although a few tables were available, I politely asked if it might be possible to accommodate us earlier. The manager came over and firmly insisted our reservation was at 9:30 PM. When I expressed surprise and asked if he was certain, the situation unfortunately escalated. I was informed there would be a €60 per person penalty, and was subjected to a derogatory comment, including being called an offensive term referencing my nationality. After I clarified that I was Canadian and not American, he continued to address me disrespectfully in Italian. Ultimately, we were charged the penalty, an unfortunate ending to what was meant to be a pleasant evening. I won’t be recommending this establishment to others, nor will I return. The walk up the hill took 20–25 minutes, and frankly, it wasn’t worth the effort. Save your energy and eat elsewhere for 1/4 to half the price! The experience reflected a level of arrogance sometimes seen in certain fine dining environments. That said, we went on to enjoy a wonderful meal elsewhere for a fraction of the cost—and were treated with genuine warmth and professionalism, something that the place clearly lacks or did in my experience. We spoke to the owner today in an attempt to smooth things over and hopefully have him waive the charge and he stuck up for his manager and offered no apologies nor did he accept accountability. We were charged 240 euros to be told off!

13/07/2025: We had reserved a table for five in the early afternoon and were asked whether we wanted to sit inside or outside. We chose the inside. The restaurant divides its evening service into two time slots: from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to midnight. We opted for the latter. We arrived well in advance, around 9:45 PM, but they didn't seat us until 10:30 PM. Understandably, given it was a Saturday night, we were told we'd have to sit outside, despite having reserved inside, because the inside was full. We ignored this, too, and adjusted. They seated us outside at two tables with a noticeable difference in height, which were quite uncomfortable. Of the five seats, only three were set, and there were no menus. After about a half-hour wait, a waitress came to take our order. We explained that we hadn't yet been given a menu. She rudely replied, "You could have said so," despite having tried several times to get the staff's attention. To avoid further delays, we decided to order the pizzas immediately, without a menu, at 11:00 PM. After further reminders, the pizzas didn't arrive until 11:50 PM. I completely understand the chaos of a Saturday night and the staff's workload (there were only three people in the dining room), but I find it unacceptable to have to wait almost two hours from our reservation time for a pizza, without even having been able to order anything else. Some customers even fell asleep at their tables during the long wait. It's a real shame, because the pizza is good, perhaps the only real plus in an overall disappointing experience.

11/07/2025: Terrible experience with the service, shame about the pizza, because it was decent. Yet this time, some pizzas arrived completely burned; I'll attach photos. Many pizzas, like the Margherita, lacked ingredients. Special mention for the fried pizzas, which were very good. We arrived with an 8:30 PM reservation on Friday to a half-empty pizzeria, and at 10:30 PM, after a full two hours, we were still waiting for our pizzas. Furthermore, no explanation was given, so no attention was paid to the service. In fact, when we asked how long it would take, especially for older people who need to take medication close to mealtimes and by a certain time, we were told that the pizzas were in the oven, which wasn't the case...
