Gastro In Aversa

One of my favorite takeout pizza spots in Aversa. But stopping in for a meal is also great (and not just for the pizza). Excellent value. And the pizza, which for me is still the main attraction, is truly excellent, with a very modern and light dough and good-quality ingredients. It's also very unique, hard to compare to other pizzas in the area.

Be careful with the buffalo mozzarella. The tomato has a slightly acidic flavor, and the mozzarella doesn't taste like mozzarella.

Unfortunately, I ordered French fries, which were served cold. Unacceptable.
