05/01/2026: Very good pizza, the best pizzeria in Maddaloni, only that the old management with Franceska Davide Izzo have left and will there be new management when it reopens?

30/12/2025: Izzo Pizza, you're a guarantee ❤️ Literally the best pizza (in a box) in Maddaloni. I take anyone who comes to dinner at my place and wants takeout. It's a sure thing for me. Plus, it's super super super cheap. I've never spent more than €7 per person, and that's only if we get drinks; otherwise, it's around €5.50. The guys are kind and super fast, and never once have they made a mistake with the pizzas or have them not been good. Yet, I go there maybe once a week, maybe once every two weeks. Never a problem, always good, always fast. I only advise against calling them on Saturday evenings; it's better if you go there because you'll have a very short wait, or at least much shorter, but I'd say it's also normal on Saturday evenings. The best in Maddaloni, truly.

13/04/2026: This restaurant is amazing. The atmosphere is fantastic. We went there with our children on Saturday evening during the San Gennaro festival; it was very festive. There was a bit of a wait, but the pizza makers entertained the children, who were very impressed by their techniques. The pizzas were delicious! The next day I went back and barely waited 5 minutes for my pizza. I spent more time choosing what I wanted than waiting. The prices are very reasonable, the staff are very welcoming, and I absolutely recommend this pizzeria.

20/04/2026: A pleasant discovery, excellent service, pleasant and quiet atmosphere, excellent pizza and also the other courses were really good, such as the seafood appetizer.

18/04/2026: The food was average, and the service was fine. I've been there before. The problem is that we're tired of people who don't care about their customers' well-being. It's unacceptable, in 2026, to arrive and find a parking attendant bothering customers in front of the place where they're going to spend an evening. Having also lingered in my car, I even had to deal with a "So what? What do you have to do?" Then you want the money, then you follow me, but what do you want? The place is also responsible for the space in front of the entrance. Oh, you didn't see me because we preferred to give up the evening because we couldn't find the coins to give to the man. For €1, demanded with annoyance, rudeness, and insistence, a table of 8 gave up.

16/05/2026: We visited this charming place a couple of times last week, and I only wish we'd found it earlier. Warm, welcoming, friendly, fantastic food and service, well-priced and a great menu. The owners couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and made us feel like friends or family. Don't pass this one by, it's well worth a visit, and we'll definitely be back next time we're in Napoli. Complimenti allo chef...! Grazie mille, Warren & Donna

12/05/2026: I went there to eat today around 6pm, honestly the pizza was very good, we had the burrata pizza and it was delicious, the tomato sauce had a great taste, we loved it 👍🏻

17/05/2026: The welcome wasn't very warm. The young man didn't seem very keen on putting his best foot forward. His English, on the other hand, was fine. After some back-and-forth conversation, his 'cocky behavior' melted away too. The little man on the street who waved us inside was actually very friendly and hospitable. And the waiters at the accompanying restaurant made it a great experience all over again. They really enjoyed their work conjuring up a good atmosphere for their guests. The campsite's location is excellent for a day trip to Pompeii and a day trip to Naples by train. It is less than a 5-minute walk from the small station that takes you to the center of this raw, atmospheric city in 40 minutes. The sanitary facilities are really just barely adequate. You can barely turn around in the shower, let alone keep your clothes dry there. With ACSI, €25 is actually too much, but especially for a city campsite, it is fairly busy.

16/05/2026: The location is amazing, right across the archeological park. The restaurant has great food & service for reasonable pricing. They also have hotel rooms with great AC, beds and parking. They also have spots for campers as well.

01/04/2026: Nothing to complain about the pizza. What I didn't like was not being able to order mineral water. They only have microfiltered water, which they also charge you for. I don't think I'll return.

30/03/2026: I'm reviewing the service and organization, not the food! After booking well in advance, when we arrived there was no table... and from the look of the line, we weren't the only ones. Saturday night.

25/02/2026: The decor wasn't inviting, and the place seemed a bit old and neglected. The service was friendly and the wait short, but the pizza was served in a box without plates. But I have to say, the pizza was truly excellent. I've tried almost every pizzeria in Giffoni, and this is probably the best.

28/04/2026: The rooms are large and spacious, simply furnished, but could use some updating (some peeling walls, limescale on the faucet nozzles that reduce flow, missing parts (e.g., roller shutter casing, air vents, etc.), and firm mattresses (some people prefer this). Good and plentiful dinners. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved (pre-packaged croissants, jams/chocolate spread, toast, and only one kind of cake, which was a bit dry). Large rooms for meetings or recreational activities in case of rain. Quiet, high-altitude village.

10/03/2026: A wonderful stay for our group's two-day spiritual retreat, which included young people, adults, and a family with a small child. Comfortable rooms, spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, a good restaurant, bar, and attentive service to our every request and need. Everyone had a great time!
