30/10/2025: Yesterday (29/10) I went to Chalet Ciro around 4pm to buy a Parisian, a Neapolitan sandwich and a white chocolate nougat and I was really disappointed as the quality of the products had really dropped a lot: the white chocolate and pistachio nougat, for example, didn't taste like pistachio, but the worst thing was the rudeness of an employee at the nougat counter who when I showed up to collect it had her back turned chatting with a colleague and a friend of theirs who was a customer and when I tried to make myself seen by asking "who can I ask?" Since, to make myself seen, I said "good evening" twice I got no response, the employee who had her back turned towards me and with a rare acidity. I never write reviews, but I felt the need to do so this time as I invite the Chalet to review its staff because a customer cannot be treated in this way and in fact with great regret I no longer intend to return even if until a few years ago I went there almost every week

17/10/2025: Spectacular. That's all I can say. Clean place, excellent pizzas, kind and courteous staff. They served us exceptionally well; it wasn't expected, but it was greatly appreciated. Price... Competitive with even more well-known establishments. Highly recommended.

14/10/2025: Extremely negative experience... extremely long wait times, with 4 cats in the dining room... raw pizza eaten only out of hunger without enjoying it... and then, the icing on the cake, 5 pizzas, 10 beers and a sample of fried food, they had the nerve to charge 160 euros. I will definitely give bad publicity and the fact that we will never stop by again.

18/10/2025: A chapter titled "CONFIDENTIALITY". Around 4:00 PM, we booked a table for four people that evening. Arriving at 9:03 PM, we were told by reception to wait a few minutes outside. The first 20 minutes passed, and when we asked about the timing, we were told that our table would be free shortly. Another 15 minutes later, we were still outside. We asked for an update, but instead of receiving any apologies for the disorganization, in a haughty and condescending tone, they told us to wait a little longer because "it's Saturday; after all, it's only a 30-minute wait; etc. etc." Meanwhile, a table for six had become available, and it would have been nice to sit down. At 9:40 PM, we decided to leave: the girl at the entrance was not very surprised... obviously it wasn't the first time!! What can I say: TASTE, yes, but not much passion.

13/10/2025: The Capricciosa Pizza was AMAZING! The Diavola was good too. We also had a couple Frittatina Classica as an appetizer. Delicious. The deserts looked incredible but we were so stuffed we couldn't eat any more.

10/08/2025: I ordered a "pizza and potatoes", really tasty, the dough is soft and not heavy, fast delivery and really kind, they also gave me some extra pieces of fried food, I absolutely recommend trying it

26/10/2025: I wanted to introduce my celiac son to Neapolitan pizza. His eyes lit up as soon as he saw it, and he said he'd never eaten such a good pizza. Needless to say, the gluten-free pizza is also excellent, both for the dough and the freshness and quality of the ingredients. TOP staff.
