08/12/2025: I ordered a plate of pasta and found hair inside, truly disgusting. The staff is crazy, no one understands and no one serves you!! Truly a disgrace.

04/09/2025: I'm Giuseppe, Rapmiusic's brother. I read your response and unfortunately, I can't keep quiet about the human pettiness you demonstrated with that response and at the hotel with your staff. 1: You send restaurant guests to the garden, not hotel guests, who have the right to relax and not wait for guests to leave to rest. 2: Were the children crying? It happened a few times, and we polite people immediately remedied the situation by taking them out (we weren't forced to do it, they're a year old each, it can happen). How petty... 3: Breakfast. Perhaps the photos of other customers were taken specifically to advertise that they were recommended by her, because we had two cakes that were old from the day before. 4: The smart box was paid for. In fact, they gave them to us for free at a cost of €110, but even if it cost €10, to stay there on the portal, she obviously needs those customers given the quality and humanity she offers. In fact, all the customers we met, those 4 or 5 who were staying in the hotel, had used the box because, let's be clear, in a place like that, you either come for €0 or you don't come at all. 5: The extra services in the spa (if you want to call it that) and the pool, like the restaurant. I spent €200 extra in one day, and I can say I threw them away given the quality, especially of the restaurant. I would like to give you some advice but I would have to give too much, change your job because this is the wrong thing to do.

28/08/2025: As for the B&B, the property is dated and could be improved in every way. There's no parking, so you have to find a spot on the street. There's no elevator or disabled access. The rooms are really dated. Air conditioning is an extra cost (€6 per day), and you're almost forced to use it because, being in nature with the windows open, you're sure to encounter some animals. The pool also has an extra cost (€10 per person per day, €8 if you stay half a day). Besides the several steps to get to it (which can be problematic if you have a disabled person or a baby with a stroller), it's very small and freezing. But it would be fine if it weren't for the fact that there are several dead bees inside, which shouldn't happen, especially if the pool service isn't included in the stay but is paid for. As for the wellness center, I have no idea, since they charged €70 per couple for an hour and a half in the spa. The breakfast is poor, but that's standard for small hotels. And since the restaurant is full in the evenings, if you want to relax and chat, it's impossible because people, rightly, stay outside after dinner, even in the area that's supposed to be reserved for B&B guests. The real sore point, however, is the friendliness—not so much in what they say but how they say it. It almost seemed like they were doing you a favor for whatever you asked for, even if they were supposed to make money. The village is very pretty and clean, but there's nothing special. As for the restaurant, the prices are average, and the food we ordered was good.

14/12/2025: Not living up to its name, "Napoletudine" had cold meatballs, burnt bottom and chewy dough. Courgette flower was prepared in a rush with undercooked batter. Reasonable prices. Service is super fast and friendly, tips appreciated.

14/12/2025: At the new Pizzeria Capuano, the welcome was truly special: smiles, kindness, and a rare level of helpfulness from the moment we entered. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with enthusiasm and offered a freshly baked pizza, fragrant and delicious, a gesture that expressed all the passion and love for this profession. The service was extremely fast and impeccable, despite the crowds. The attention to customer service is evident in every detail, making us want to return soon to try everything else. Congratulations to the entire staff and best of luck on this new adventure!

03/12/2025: I was very disappointed. I know the Caserta location well and expected to find the same level of service and quality. Unfortunately, the customer is completely neglected here. We waited an incredibly long time for three pizzas, and despite my repeated requests, only the delivery drivers were served quickly. The climax came when a table that had been there 10 minutes earlier was served, and we had been sitting for 40 minutes. When I stood up to complain and approached Errico himself, he dismissed me without even looking at me, saying our order had been lost. I'm truly disappointed because I respect Errico for what he's managed to create, but evidently each of his locations is managed differently. And basil on the marinara is a no-go!

30/11/2025: Good evening, Enrico, I'm writing to you because this evening we ordered takeout pizzas from your restaurant in Rione Traiano, and unfortunately, I have to report a series of poor service. First of all, we encountered a rather arrogant and rude attitude from the girls at the entrance, which unfortunately isn't the first time this has happened. We also waited over an hour, and despite arriving before others, we were served last. As someone with celiac disease, I'd also like to point out that the gluten-free pizza was baked in the same oven as the regular pizzas, a fact the staff hadn't informed us of. Besides being unfair, it poses a health risk, and I'm very sorry it wasn't handled more carefully. Furthermore, the pizzas, unfortunately, weren't good; besides being cold, they were also rubbery... Honestly, I'm very disappointed, because we've always appreciated your restaurant and expected greater care and professionalism. I hope you can take what happened into consideration so that similar incidents don't happen again. Have a good evening!

26/10/2025: Takeout not recommended They mixed up my order; the pizzas arrived cold, and despite my complaint, they weren't available to resolve the issue. Instead, they passed the error on to the delivery service, which, when contacted by phone, confirmed they had collected what the owner had provided.

24/07/2025: A pizzeria run by locals. Popular prices (also for beer) and a wide range of pizzas. We came because we stayed far from the centre, and this pizzeria was next door. But it was the best place we had lunch/dinner here. If we come back to Salerno, we will go back. PS: order the Amalfitana pizza!

Today is the first time I've ordered pizzas for delivery, and unfortunately I was very disappointed... Very thin and undercooked, on the Margherita, the queen of pizzas, I don't even want to express an opinion because I would be too cruel, better not to comment, I also ordered a Capricciosa and I received a white pizza with cooked ham and mushrooms, the others however disappointing... the prices are below the average of those currently available but also the quality of the pizza is far below the local average, I'm very sorry because I'm fond of this place, but I won't be buying pizza from you again

We ate well, though not exceptionally well: the parta was very good, the pumpkin parmigiana was tasty but lacked pumpkin, the cutlet with fries was decent (the fries tasted like they were just made), a good seafood salad, and average pizzas. Overall, a positive experience, thanks also to the simple and family-friendly atmosphere. ♿ Accessibility: The place is 100% wheelchair accessible, with no barriers to entry. I was able to park easily in the nearby parking lot, making the experience even more pleasant and relaxing. A plus that will definitely encourage me to return! 🚗✨

26/10/2025: We chose to celebrate Gino's birthday and had a great time. The restaurant has well-spaced tables and focuses on dry-aged meats with various cuts of matured beef. The selection of Prussian, Swami, and Irish steaks was excellent, all cooked very well. Excellent wine selection. Napoli's Azzurro was wandering around the area, and Fortuna was there for the evening match. Congratulations. We'll be back.
