16/06/2026: A long-established pizzeria with consistently exceptional quality. Their specialty is pan-baked focaccia made with exceptional dough. Prices are moderate. The staff are always helpful and attentive, with years of experience. If you'd like to dine in, book in advance, as the place isn't large.

18/04/2026: A family-run restaurant, very welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere right from the start, almost as if you were invited to the home of long-time friends. A table of 20 people with a pizza tour plus the rotisserie (delicious and homemade) with unlimited drinks included, paid €20 per person. Places like this need to be preserved, as they are becoming increasingly rare.

22/02/2026: Everything was delicious, the owners were very kind. Both the pizza and the fried food were exceptional.

22/07/2026: We had a gluten-free pizza, which was delicious and made with homemade dough (not prepackaged). AIC (Italian Association of Italian Pizza) pizzeria.

17/07/2026: The restaurant is located on the ground floor of a building and doesn't have any indoor seating. However, it does have a nice enclosed gazebo and a slightly more basic outdoor area. It's all located right next to Diamante's beautiful seafront promenade. The pizza isn't bad at all. There are many specialties, many local, and plenty of quality Calabrian ingredients. I was pleasantly surprised to find the option of ordering Ventana pizza.

23/08/2025: Good food, modest portions, 1970s-style terracotta terrace, ample parking. The end... Besides: The ordering process is a bit cumbersome. If you're sitting at a table and have quickly decided what to eat because you have to leave, you still have to wait for all the tables of 20 people who sat before you to complete their orders. A nice location for receptions and children's entertainment, well-known among locals, but I wouldn't exactly call it "on the sea," but more accurately "with a view of the beach and sea." Prices are average, the pizza is cheap, but overall, it's not in line with the competition and the area. Mentioning Heinz Beck on the menu is decidedly misleading and leaves one "astonished," to say the least. Disappointed by the wait. Not worth the trip or the stop. Everyone else can easily go and sit at the bar while waiting.

15/07/2026: As a Neapolitan, this is the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. Artisan dough, not a pre-mixed one, light and surprisingly crispy. Margherita takeaway for just €9, a more than fair price. Kudos to Le Mimose pizzeria in Scalea: I recommend it to all celiacs, truly unmissable!
