Pizzeria La Stellina In Tortora

28/07/2026: I was very satisfied with my experience at Da Focile. I haven't been there in years, and honestly, I vaguely remember enjoying it as a child. The strong point is undoubtedly the food: everything we ordered was truly exceptional, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The portions were almost perfect for my tastes, and personally, I have to admit it was worth returning after so many years. Regarding the dishes, the mussels and grilled squid were excellent, as was the pasta with sausage ragù. They were rich in flavor, and I honestly have to admit that pasta with ragù is one of my all-time favorites, besides ramen, of course. When I tried the pasta with clams my dad ordered, I found it very good and made with fresh ingredients; the only small complaint was that he found it slightly too salty, but nothing that compromised the quality of the dish. The service was attentive and never intrusive. The staff was helpful and present at the right times, allowing us to enjoy our dinner in peace. The owner was kind in welcoming us, and I noticed he did the same with almost every customer, if I'm not mistaken. The atmosphere is pleasant and suitable for a summer dinner, although on warmer evenings, I would have appreciated one or more fans to make the experience even more comfortable. Overall, it's a restaurant I'd happily recommend for the quality of the food, and I'd happily return if I didn't live far away.
