20/07/2026: The atmosphere outside is lovely, with tables in a small courtyard in central Tropea. The quality of the food doesn't match the atmosphere, and table service is a bit slow. We ordered a rare fillet; it was cooked well, but the meat was decidedly tough and stringy, and not worth the price. The fried onions were very good!

13/08/2026: I've been to this place several times over the years, and my impression is essentially the same. The service is excruciatingly slow; we waited an hour just to order, and you can imagine the wait for the food. The staff was quite rude (one waiter who served us even made a sarcastic comment about how the chef would have loved to prepare so many different types of pasta... well, so what? 🤔) and generally quite inattentive, despite the small crowd. The quality of the food is certainly excellent; I particularly recommend the cold and hot seafood appetizer, which is truly excellent. The only flaw is that everything might have tasted better if it had arrived an hour earlier! Furthermore, the noise level inside the place is quite annoying, making it difficult to communicate with the person sitting next to you. In short... I don't recommend it.

06/08/2026: Fast service and friendly staff. Excellent seafood. The portion of mixed fried fish was not very generous. The atmosphere is perfect for an evening with friends and family or a romantic dinner for two. The sea view is obscured by the umbrellas, which somewhat obscures the magical atmosphere. Overall, recommended.

28/07/2026: The dishes weren't delivered, meaning they forgot to make them, and one of the guests was left without a second course. The vegetarians weren't served as requested. The dishes that were delivered were delicious. The place is beautiful, but the weak link is the staff. They're friendly and absent.

07/12/2025: I was there with my family, unfortunately it was all negative. We had 3 grilled fish and a mixed fried fish, the grilled fish was burnt and the fried fish was soft and greasy, the hot house white wine was served in a carafe placed inside the ice bucket and to finish it off, lemon sorbet made up of 3 scoops of ice cream with a little vodka, all this with a truly excessive price both for the place that needs renovating and for the quality of food and service.

06/07/2026: Delicious tartufo and shakerato coffee, with a great view and good prices. Very friendly and fast service. I recommend it!

14/06/2026: Good food, even 4-star, but unfortunately the service was slow—about 45 minutes for a pizza, a lasagna, a parcel, and a pasta dish with two meatballs. That said, the place wasn't full.

25/07/2026: They were super lovely to us. We aren't used to the hours here and no one actually posts any information about it. But they let us in a little before 19:30 when we assured them we just wanted pizza, and we have two children. One person spoke some English and helped us get settled and the service was very friendly, very understanding. Really great people. The food was delicious and I can't compliment the service enough.

24/05/2026: We had lunch here today and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The bread was fresh and delicious, the food arrived quickly and didn't take long: the bruschetta and frese were absolutely delicious with flavorful tomatoes from Belmonte. The lasagna was decent, just average, and the mixed salad was good. The only thing I hadn't quite expected was the grilled vegetables: three huge slices of grilled eggplant and five slices of grilled zucchini. The service was friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back.

10/05/2026: Very welcoming place with friendly and helpful staff. The food is truly excellent, everything very tasty. They always have a daily menu in addition to the option of ordering à la carte. The portions are generous and the food is truly delicious. Recommended!
