15/02/2026: February 14, 2025, Valentine's Day, Saturday. We had a table for 17 (with a few last-minute additions, but still 17 total). When we ordered, everything seemed fine. 15 minutes after ordering, they informed us that there weren't enough pizzas for everyone (again, on Saturday, February 14th), saying they had 3 fewer than we ordered. I find this absurd for a pizzeria. Being tourists and with high expectations (seeing what they post online), we were truly disappointed. P.S. The same thing happened with the desserts, too.

12/02/2026: We had orecchiette with sausage, cruschi peppers, and radicchio—excellent. The fried fish was average, not bad. The service was truly excellent. Personally, I don't like the place, but the key is that the food is good, and the price is fair.

11/10/2025: A spacious place suitable for groups. If you want a quiet place, it's a bit uncomfortable just because the tables are close together (you can see your neighbor's food). The food is good, but the service is fast and a bit too intimate, which I don't like. Located right next to a gas station, it's not the best for lunch or dinner, but it's great for those passing through. It's a good stop for those on a long journey who need to stop for a quick rest between lunch or dinner. It's also a great place to hang out with friends or co-workers and make a bit of a fuss.

08/12/2025: The space is divided into several small rooms. The color of the walls matches the color of the placemats, and the table setting is simple. The bread was good, arriving freshly warm and available in two varieties. There was also whole-grain bread in addition to the plain bread. We ordered a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, and two first courses were well-described on the menu, each one highlighting the ingredients. Olive oil was used wisely, carefully measured in the dishes, even in the second course of sausage with turnips. Local sausage is traditionally fatty and delicious, but that fat was not noticeable on the plate. The desserts are all freshly assembled on the plate. The bases were delicious, with chocolate biscuits, milk and vanilla cream, and chestnuts, and the sugar was well-measured. We also appreciated the delicious crumble, milk and vanilla cream, and crusco pepper flakes. The mastery in the kitchen is evident, as is Valerio's extensive knowledge of wines and products, and Antonella's attentive service and courtesy. A team of motivated and well-prepared young people, with a broad scope!

12/11/2025: Small but cozy place, average pizza, slightly high price, still good for a quick lunch, variety of pizzas, fried foods, etc. The only downside, if I'm not mistaken, I didn't notice, but perhaps there's no bathroom, but I could be wrong. But again, a quick lunch to do again.

01/11/2025: Good evening, I attended the murder mystery dinner. It was a terrible experience. The food was insufficient for the price paid, plus it was a boring and poorly organized evening. I will never return. I strongly advise against it.

04/11/2025: Dinner with my wife, fantastic seafood scialatielli, definitely the best I've ever had. The pizza was also excellent, while my wife had sole and, according to her, was satisfied. The house white wine was decent and well-suited to the seafood. The service was informal but not intrusive. If you arrive early or, better yet, make a reservation, you can dine on the terrace. The price was more than fair. I can't rate the hotel as I only had dinner there, but I can say that the hotel guests who were there for dinner seemed satisfied.

06/01/2026: I've been waiting years for the Scalera location to reopen, and it's finally here! The pizzas are delicious, made with high-quality ingredients. The building is brand new, spread over two floors, and has ample parking outside. I've been coming here for years, and it never disappoints—a superb pizzeria!

31/12/2025: To describe the evening, I want to start with the only positive note I found: the pasta frittatas were truly delicious. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweigh the positive. As soon as we started ordering, we were rudely told that since there were other tables there, we shouldn't have any demands on the timing (even though we didn't). Then, the fried foods began to arrive in random and confusing order, served in absurdly long times, despite the fact that the orders weren't that diverse, given the relatively limited selection to choose from. Of the fried foods, aside from the frittatas, the quality was mediocre, and the crocco sandwich was, in my opinion, delirious, poorly conceived, and poorly executed. We then moved on to the pizzas, which were served as if the wait staff were doing their guests a favor. Even though there were 16 of us, half the table finished their pizzas, and two friends even left the restaurant, while the other half hadn't received their pizzas yet. It's normal for large tables to have a certain amount of time between pizzas, but between the first and last pizzas, over an hour passed. The pizza was super salty and excessively covered in oil that dripped from the slice, and the dough was mediocre. You might be thinking the restaurant was packed, but by that time, we were the only table left. I don't even want to mention the wine service, which was opened incorrectly and left there without even letting us taste the bottle, assuming it was good (unacceptable). At that point, we didn't even ask for dessert since it was too late, and we only waited forever for coffee and liqueurs (while the place was empty). When it came to paying, the chaos continued. Despite paying the bill in the Roman style, the same girl who served us rudely rounded up the price and miscalculated, charging more for the entrees. Only after the manager intervened did she charge the last guests half, telling us to settle the price between us. Having described the service and food, let's move on to the atmosphere: The place is new and recently renovated, but in my opinion, it's confusing and lacks a clear style that varies from one area to another. The main problem, besides the pictures hung by someone suffering from labyrinthitis, is that as we left, we all smelled strongly of fried food, despite there being no open kitchen. Overall, it's absolutely negative, and I won't be setting foot there again.

26/11/2025: Tonight my son and I came for a delicious pizza, what can I say? Delicious! And to finish, a treat: a delicious tiramisu 💯 Highly recommended!

07/02/2026: We went here for lunch. The owner was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. The dishes were truly exceptional, everything delicious, from the local appetizers to the delicious schiacciata calda (hot focaccia), and the fresh pasta with peperone crusco (crusco peppers) and sausage—spectacular. The restaurant is large with a huge dance floor. If you want to escape to the arms of someone who pampers you and makes you feel at home, this is the place.

27/12/2025: La Frasca is a flop. Terrible service on a Saturday night. Parking is limited for the number of people arriving. We waited two hours for our pizzas... we didn't leave only because other restaurants were already closed or full. It was so noisy, we couldn't even talk. It's a shame the service is so bad, because the pizza is good. I've been told the gluten-free pizza is good too.

06/11/2025: I felt terrible the same evening after eating something that was not recommended. I have a rented apartment here. I felt terrible and unfortunately the city is small and I went back to eat at Yumara again. We will never go back, especially up all the stairs to have the slow, messy service. The lady at the bar tries again and yet she understood that we had returned but with our women even to hang around with some bitters. Our women got up and left then their creations of sandwiches that are only expensive and not tasty but come on, only the view saves you. The rest you are lost. My children were very sick because of those dry sandwiches. Who knows, then everything is dirty, not even the care of the glasses. CRAZY PRICES JUST FOR THE VIEW OTHERWISE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A SHAME.
