06/09/2025: A simply surreal experience. There were 12 of us, including 7 children, and we just wanted to order pizzas for dinner. I showed up at 7:30 PM to place my order and pay in advance: the response was, "We don't take orders. Come at 9:00 PM and we'll make them for you." Unusual, but I trusted them. At 9:00 PM I returned, hoping that at least the children could eat. The lady at the cash register—rude and clearly annoyed—didn't even have the courage to look in: she disappeared. After minutes of waiting, I asked the pizza chef, who started counting the dough balls and candidly told me, "I can't make them for you." No explanation, no alternative. Just a dismissal with, "Go ahead, there's another pizzeria." The result? A broken promise, no professionalism, total disorganization, and zero respect for families with children. I've never had a similar experience at any other pizzeria. If you want a quiet and reliable evening, the advice is only one: go elsewhere.

27/09/2025: Eeeeeepic, everything is delicious, with sweet and savory options. Expensive? Mmmmmmdah, somewhere in between, it's worth it. The only danger is that every time you pass by, you'll want to try something else.

05/12/2025: Disaster, worst place I've ever been. I was on a school trip, the food served in the cafeteria was worse quality than prisons will soon be, and the wait times were endless. I eat gluten-free, and if my basic diet is already disastrous, gluten-free is completely out of the question. Pasta with sauce probably mixed with contaminated sauce, and the sauce tasted terrible. Pizza was raw and unleavened, with oil thrown on top just for flavor, disgusting. When I left, everything was fine except for the terrible lunch, but after about an hour I felt so sick I couldn't move, obviously because of the contaminated food, since these incompetent people don't fully understand the concept of gluten-free and claim to know how to do it without specifying that they're unaware of the contamination risks involved. As for the staff, it's best not to mention them; they're arrogant and unpleasant. The service is even worse, even if it seems absurd—the hot water bottles are even plastic, and the fork isn't changed after the first meal, with even negative comments when you ask for a clean one. The bathroom is dirty and claustrophobic, with not even a way to dry your hands. 0/10. I sincerely hope you close down; you're a nightmare kitchen.
