We went here for lunch. The owner was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. The dishes were truly exceptional, everything delicious, from the local appetizers to the delicious schiacciata calda (hot focaccia), and the fresh pasta with peperone crusco (crusco peppers) and sausage—spectacular. The restaurant is large with a huge dance floor. If you want to escape to the arms of someone who pampers you and makes you feel at home, this is the place.

11/04/2026: My husband and I have been traveling around Italy for the past 10 days. We’ve visited Rome, the Amalfi Coast, Positano, Sorrento, Salerno, Castellabate, and Agropoli. But here in Melfi, at Novecento, we had the best carbonara we’ve eaten on this entire trip — truly outstanding. On top of that, the prices were incredibly reasonable, which made the experience even better. We highly recommend this place without any hesitation. If you’re anywhere near Melfi, it’s absolutely worth a stop.
21/12/2025: A restaurant that stands out for the freshness of its products. I had dinner and a stay. At the restaurant, I ate very tender meat and delicious appetizers. Very clean rooms. Recommended.
