30/11/2025: If there's a place where good humor rises along with the dough, it's this out-of-this-world pizzeria, capable of catapulting you into orbit with the first bite. Phenomenal appetizers: bruschetta that smells of heaven, pettole as light as cosmic clouds. Excellent wine, quality perceived throughout, from the welcome to the coffee, super-clean bathrooms. From what I understand, this place is a must-try for the people of Matera because it was packed, yet we were very comfortable and received kind and efficient service.

08/12/2025: We visited this restaurant today, December 8, 2025. It was a fantastic experience, definitely worth repeating. The products were top-quality, the atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were very attentive, and the atmosphere was clean. Everything was truly exceptional.

Quality dishes in the excellent restaurant-pizzeria, excellent draft beers, a good selection of bottled beers, both commercial and craft, and a well-stocked wine cellar. Superbly stocked and functional bar. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed rooms. Top-notch breakfasts with excellent croissants, savory options, quality juices, jams, honey, and freshly baked cakes. What more can I say? Friendliness, warmth, and professionalism? Of course! Highly recommended! We'll be back very soon. 💯

02/11/2025: Very good pizza, the dough is not among my favorites but abundant toppings well cooked very tasty, the comfortable room but in my opinion the spotlights are too strong and cold light given the place, a more relaxing light would be needed, the impeccable service, kindness and availability are top as are the prices four pizzas for three two beers and a bottle of water € 41 it also took 1 euro off us we had a great time the place is enchanting it really looks like a nativity scene we will be back Thank you!!

15/12/2025: Excellent dinner, but there are some mistakes to avoid during service, including using detergent/sanitizer to clean the table next to you while you're eating (if it's mandatory, at least avoid spraying it).

14/12/2025: This restaurant is a bit overrated, given its appearance on the TV show. The food is certainly good, but nothing special. The atmosphere is nice, and the service is more than good. The bill is moderately high.

02/11/2025: For the first time, I came to Pomarico, a stone's throw from Matera, for work, and on the recommendation of some acquaintances, I was directed to this restaurant. I couldn't have given better advice. The food is truly excellent. The veal tagliata is spectacular, with a side of country-style potatoes. Even though one of the house specialties is horse meat, whose cuts are processed in various ways, including the diaphragm, which is very difficult to find, both for veal and horse. The only flaw, if I may say so, but it's not so much a criticism as a recommendation, especially since I stand by the five-star rating, is the bottle of Primitivo di Manduria. It can't be served chilled; it's blasphemy. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I hope to return. Highly recommended. See you next time.

15/10/2025: It's fantastic. It's mostly locals who order here, so the pizza is top-notch. I just hope the pizzeria's distance from local attractions doesn't turn it into a viral attraction for the Instagram crowd.

31/10/2025: Excellent pizzeria. Friendly welcome for tourists. The menu is available online in four languages, including French, which is very helpful for deciding what to order. Pizzas are prepared right in front of you. Very good, made with fresh ingredients. The ingredients and flavors are exactly as advertised. The pork croquettes were pretty good too. The decor is a bit like a snack bar, but the food is amazing! We ate very well, and when you see homemade pizzas with good ingredients for under €10, you're not used to that in France! 😀

10/11/2025: Cozy local ristorante with very good food, good service and reasonable prices. We drove Matera to Potenza and saw a sign in crossroad "Irsina - uno dei piu belli borghi in Italia" and decided to for sunday lunch there. It was very good decision!

04/11/2025: From the outside, it's not very inspiring. Upon entering, I found a simple place with a very kind gentleman who welcomed me. I was with my husband, and we ate a hot and cold mixed antipasto for two, and scialatelli allo scoglio. Everything was good. Sometimes you don't always have to look at the outside. The price was reasonable.

05/12/2025: Came here with group of friends for food and drinks. The food is very nice and drinks are even better. They home made spicy sauce is the best. Stella was very accommodating and went extra mile to make our visit special. I will visit again when in Matera next time.

22/11/2025: Excellent, yes, easily accessible, both on foot and by car. Welcoming place, knowledgeable and warm staff, excellent cuisine, you can find everything, from traditional dishes to fish and pizza.
