20/03/2026: We dined here for a birthday. The place was freezing, so much so that we dined in jackets, but they still weren't enough to keep us warm. The appetizer arrived after over an hour and a half; considering there were about twenty people in the place, the wait seemed excessive. The pizza, which arrived after two hours of waiting and constant reminders, was inedible. We asked for a Coke and were told it had run out—absurd, considering it's a "restaurant." Halfway through dinner, we left, leaving most of the food on our plates without finishing the celebration. Some of the people sitting across from us also left for the same reason.
We will definitely never return.
I absolutely do not recommend this place!
03/03/2026: Very kind staff: I tried to order via Just Eat but the app had some problems, and I solved it quickly by placing the order directly via phone.
Good margherita pizza, fried food too (a nice choice).

03/04/2026: Excellent Neapolitan coffee, a specialty are the curly and shortcrust puff pastry and the babà, brought from Naples on Monday morning.
The aperitifs are spectacular.
To try.
Excellent service, courteous and prompt.
A comfortable environment well divided into 3/4 rooms, so there isn't too much shouting.

03/12/2025: I got takeout pizza. They were very friendly and really quick. The pizza was good and cooked just right. The price was good. The ingredients weren't exceptional, but they were excellent value.
30/11/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality and quantity of the food. The service was quite fast even though the place was busy. A word of advice... when ordering, remember that the portions are very generous 😅😅.

A small but very welcoming place, well-decorated with ample parking.
The staff is friendly and always smiling, and the girl serving tables is a true force of nature, very friendly and always ready to please...

07/11/2025: We've ordered takeout pizza from this place a few times. The pizza and fried foods are good, the problem is the portions. 2 out of 4 times the pizza was small and 3 out of 4 the fried foods were small. So after the first two times I pointed it out to my partner, who reported it to the owner, who apologized and said she'd fix the mistake the next time. So she did, she gave us the fried foods for free, and I thought I'd fixed it, but then today again the pizzas and the zucchini flowers, two portions of each, didn't make one... and I thought, why if we pay for the portions in full, do we get half portions? I won't be back.

09/05/2026: Terrible experience at McDonald's in L'Aquila. This is the second time I've ordered takeout and the bag has broken.
The first time, about a week ago, the bag broke in the car and all the Coca-Cola spilled on the floor and upholstery, ruining it. Today it happened again while I was climbing the stairs, and I threw away my entire order.
The most absurd thing is that they even charge for the bag, so I expect it to at least be sturdy and suitable for carrying food and drinks.
Terrible service and practically nonexistent customer service. Absolutely needs improvement.

31/05/2026: I spent a wonderful evening at LA LOCOMOTIVA pizzeria in Tagliacozzo. The pizza was truly excellent, with a light, well-cooked crust, quality ingredients, and great attention to flavor. The fried foods and wide selection of beers were also excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, perfect for an evening with friends or family. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, always polite and professional, is definitely an added bonus. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
20/05/2026: We went on a Friday evening recommended by acquaintances. We had a calzone, which was very good, and a vegetarian pizza, which unfortunately I had to send back. It was wet and had the zucchini practically cooked on top. However, I appreciated the honesty of the owner, who acknowledged his mistake, humbly apologized, and immediately offered to bring us another pizza, which isn't for everyone.

29/05/2026: Very nice anti pasto and red wine of the house
when we came in somebody had smoked a cigarettes we should have left straight away. The waiter showed us the menu and when we ordered she said she did not have the spaghetti bolognese with agnello but only manzo. We took both the pasta and tasted like the neat from a tin of Eurospin.We never tried that one for sure.
Together we payed €55. (Too much )Pizza may be good but they serve only in the evening…

A wood-fired oven and delicious Roman-style pizza, thin and fragrant. Small space and a dated atmosphere.
If you're looking for a nice place for a first date, look elsewhere, but if you're looking for substance (a pizza, a beer, and a crostini), you're in the right place, with fair, average prices.
The menu also features some good first and second courses.
The menu you see in the photos is outdated; add an average of €2 per pizza for the new prices.
23/03/2026: It feels like an old-fashioned osteria. Thin Roman-style pizza. Good appetizers. Homely service, and best of all, no TV. You can hang out and chat. For a carefree evening.

25/04/2026: This historic restaurant has everything you need for an excellent dinner. The pizza menu is extensive, and you can also opt for a calzone or pasta. The pizzas are very good and generous.
The service, despite being a medium-large restaurant, is very fast, and the staff is courteous.
There's a good selection of liqueurs and desserts, and the coffee is good to finish.
Highly recommended.
