NEVER AGAIN!! Reading your response you are not only rude but also a liar! Given that sitting at 8.30pm and being served at 10.45pm (with a half-empty place) is not waiting a few minutes but is actually an inefficiency of the service offered, I have NEVER said at the time of booking the phrase "you are uniquely slow" (this is only the result of his imagination in the grotesque attempt to want to be right). 19/07/2024: In sintesi Abbiamo gustato una buona pizza, molto ben condita, con contegno di verdure di stagione. Prezzo adeguato Ambiente accogliente. Volendo si può anche scegliere un tavolo esterno.

18/07/2024: Location caratteristica anche all’ esterno in veranda fortemente sconsigliata a pranzo per il gran caldo di questo periodo. Ordinato una bistecca al sangue veramente di ottima qualità, saporita, ben frollata forse un pelino avanti di cottura ma comunque buonissima con patate al forno buonissime. Arrosticini tagliati a mano di ottima qualità e cottura perfetta. Servizio buono e personale gentile. Unica nota stonata è stata la temperatura del calice di Montepulciano servito ad una temperatura improbabile, intorno ai 30 gradi, in bevibile a questa temperatura. Un vero peccato perché la bistecca e gli arrosticini meritavano un degno abbinamento. Conto in linea con la qualità offerta. Consigliatissimo ma attenzione alla temperatura del vino (Montepulciano : 16-18 gradi e non a temperatura ambiente).

19/08/2024: Excellent experience! Four of us arrived without a reservation and they immediately gave us a table despite the place being full. They came right away to take the order and the service was very fast. The food was great, we ordered: 2 starters 2 fettuccine porcini mushrooms and truffle 1 dumpling with wild boar ragout 1 tomato ravioli 2 portions of kebabs 2 coffees and 3 ice cream sorbets We were also amazed by the price: 126 in total.

Thursday 11/07 at 11.45pm CLOSED SATURDAY 13/07 at 00:00 restaurant, Mc Drive and Mc Cafe CLOSED, contrary to what is reported. Google hours Saturday: 24/24. We barely managed to get in. Arrange the timetables online and in the shop window out of respect and care for your customers.

12/07/2024: The MC is the MC. But the food seems dry to me, and the chips are limp. If you improve these things then I'll definitely give 5 stars for food. And for the environment I thought it would be cooler but it is very hot.

20/07/2024: I'm originally from Carsoli and if I have to eat a pizza I've always been coming here for years. It's all good and digestible and the cleanliness is impeccable. And then there must be a reason if it has existed for many years now! I highly recommend 👏👏👏

14/07/2024: Pizzeria molto carina e riservata. Arredata con gusto e semplicità. La pizza è ottima. Segue lo stile campano con bordo alto e morbido. Tanti gusti tra cui scegliere e condimenti di qualità. Da ampliare l'offerta degli antipasti, forse troppo limitata ai fritti. Abbiamo assaggiati un misto dei dolci. Molto buoni, alcuni un pò meno ma comunque anche qui la qualità è buona. Prezzi assolutamente nella media.

21/02/2024: Mangio la pizza di Corrado da una vita sempre buona anche se negli ultimi anni e’ cambiata, diversa, meno fragrante, mozzarella diversa. Stasera vado a prenderla, informano 6 pezzi di margherita per il mio ordine e….. delusione totale: non lievitata, cruda, mozzarella strana. Perché????????

08/08/2024: Sono stata più volte alla Baita ed è ogni volta una piacevole esperienza. Lo chef Battista è sempre disponibile a soddisfare ed accontentare i suoi clienti. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente!

06/08/2024: Menù che rispetta la tradizione abruzzese con ingredienti di qualità. In più pizza con impasto a lunga lievitazione veramente ottima e digeribilissima. Ottima rapporto qualità prezzo.
