11/08/2025: The owners are very friendly and they strive to meet their guests' needs. This modest property has just a few rooms, perhaps ten at most, which also helps keep things simple. The price is very reasonable: 10 days' accommodations with breakfast cost €800. I'll definitely be back.

07/12/2025: My experience at this establishment was terrible due to the absolutely unacceptable behavior of an employee. I was in line with other people when a white-shirted employee approached, walking past everyone else and acting arrogant. When I politely pointed out that he needed to respect his shift, he reacted aggressively, saying things like, "I work here, you don't know who I am," and threatening to have me kicked out simply because I'd asked him to respect a basic rule. The situation escalated when, coming out of the bathroom, he grabbed my arm, squeezing tightly, and repeating, "I'll show you." Shortly thereafter, I was actually removed from the establishment without the opportunity to retrieve my sweatshirt, remaining in the cold for about 15 minutes. Only another employee of his let me in. Such behavior, especially from a staff member, is totally intolerable. Incidents like this should never happen in a establishment that claims to offer a serious service.

29/11/2025: Pizzeria Unicentro has become a regular stop for my partner and I. We order pizza there almost every week. We also chose it because it's a light pizza that doesn't linger in your stomach overnight.

30/09/2025: The interior features walls, tablecloths, and napkins in bold, vibrant colors. The staff is friendly, and the pizza dough was well-risen and cooked well. The toppings were generous, too. A good pizza. Moderately priced.

01/09/2025: Very nice location. Welcoming. Friendly and courteous staff, typical of the Abruzzese. Very good pizzas. We had a great time. It was Sunday evening, it was crowded, and we waited over half an hour, but it was worth it. Highly recommended.

27/12/2025: Here's the short version with the additions: I returned to this pizzeria accompanying out-of-town guests, but unfortunately the experience wasn't a positive one. We ordered the €15 "special pizzas," but the dough was very thin and toasted around the edges. The turnip greens on the pizza didn't seem fresh, but rather jarred. The place is also nice, but rather small and with an inadequate number of tables: we were quite crowded. I would have liked a burger, but they weren't available. Furthermore, when it came to the macchiato, we were told it could only be served cold, not hot—which was truly incredible. My guests were also disappointed. I hate to give a negative review, but the value for money isn't impressive, and I don't think I'll be back.

Do you think it's possible that a pizza with ham and arugula, a bruschetta, and a Sprite cost €0.33? 27.00??? 6 euro cover charge! Paper placemat and napkin. Shameful, very salty, inedible pizza, and the bruschetta with tuna among the 4 on the plate. Horrible!! The bruschetta with tuna?

06/09/2025: We went to Barbanera for dinner today, September 6, 2025. An experience to forget, left to our own devices. The grilled fish was embarrassing. I've never seen anything like it. 17 euros for a tiny piece of fish and a skewer of shrimp. It was incredibly sad! The other diners also had broken squid, just four tiny pieces on their plates. A mind-blowing price for that miserable dinner. I honestly feel like I was being taken for a ride. NEVER AGAIN!!!

22/11/2025: It's stuck in time, with 1980s decor. The pizza is excellent, and the gluten-free one is even better. Highly recommended.

17/02/2026: Merciless. A 50-minute wait for a table despite the restaurant being 70% empty. I'm not describing the pizza just out of pity. We hoped until the very end that at least the wait would be worth it.

20/12/2025: An experience to forget. Poorly made and quality pizza. Fries so expensive you wouldn't even pay that much at a service station. The menu lists prices that then magically increase when you pay. I hope this is the only restaurant in Avezzano where you're left unsatisfied with everything. As for the cleanliness of the place, I hope for their sake the sanitation staff never come by.

07/02/2026: We were four people (+1 child) at this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We can't recommend it. This place, unfortunately, isn't what it used to be. The only positive was the mugnaia, which was really good, as were the ravioli and gnocchi. The pasta was the only redeeming feature. As for the main courses, it was a terrible experience. The meat (probably frozen) arrived completely raw: raw lamb, raw sausage. The arrosticini had no flavor, they seemed defrosted and not fresh. Furthermore, the main course portions were very, very small for the price. The service was poor. One waitress in particular seemed unwilling to work. The dishes arrived completely out of sync: one person ate while the others waited, then two had finished, and the other dish arrived later. A mixed roast arrived, the arrosticini arrived 20 minutes later, and the side dish arrived after we had already finished the main course. A total lack of coordination. In the end, we left without dessert and coffee because we didn't want to stay any longer. We weren't given a detailed receipt, just a general total, so we don't even know how much we were charged for side dishes and other off-menu items. When paying by card, the POS terminal was practically slammed in front of us without a word. No one asked us how the experience had gone or if everything had gone well. If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm leaving one star only for the pasta, especially the mugnaia. Otherwise, unfortunately, I don't recommend this restaurant.

10/01/2026: Simple, traditional cuisine in a rustic yet authentic setting. A must-try: la mugnaia. The ricotta ravioli with tomato sauce are also excellent.

28/08/2025: The best pizza by the slice in the area, a must-visit for those spending their summer holidays in Tortoreto Lido and the surrounding area. It's a shame they forgot a few slices of pizza in the takeout order this year. Usually, we never have problems like this, but the poor service caused quite a few problems at dinner when we realized it, and obviously by then it was too late to return. Overall, I'd say the pizza is excellent and reasonably priced. Without ordering, you risk getting very little at dinner, so I always recommend booking beforehand.

28/01/2026: Excellent pizza. Unique and unusual dough, excellent ingredients on the Four Seasons, especially tomato and mozzarella. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming. I'll be back for a pizza on the go.

27/01/2026: It's been my favorite Neapolitan pizzeria for many years now. I recommend it to those who value substance rather than appearance. Excellent value for money!
