Tonight at a friend's house (Michael and Angela), we ate your specialties: supplì, pan pizzas, and hot dogs. Everything was truly delicious: a fellow pizza chef from Trapani gave this verdict: crispy pizza, not dry, perfectly cooked, and not greasy. The supplì were very good, but as a true Sicilian, I found that your hot dogs, which we call wurstel rolls, were truly top-notch.
