04/06/2025: Voor de 2e maal hier gegeten en was opnieuw super lekker. Je hoeft hier niet te zijn voor de hippe sfeer, sjiek of modern interieur. Maar voor een overheerlijke pizza met dunne deeg, lekkere huiswijn een bord met vlees dat smelt in de mond en vriendelijke bediening. Italiaanse keuken tussen locals.

22/08/2025: A family-run establishment, where attention to guests comes first. The apartment was complete with every comfort, from toothbrushes to a cappuccino maker, from a wide variety of breakfast items to pool towels. The cleanliness of both the apartment and all the amenities was excellent; the microwave not only clean but also smelled great. Rachele and her mother, Loira, are two wonderful hosts, thoughtful, welcoming, and attentive to everything. Kudos to Mrs. Loira for her cakes, baked daily. The child-friendly saltwater pool is an oasis of serenity in the countryside. Upon our departure, Rachele even gave us some complimentary products from their farm. We'll definitely be seeing you again!

17/08/2025: A welcome rarely found these days, made up of Rachele's many little touches that continue throughout your stay (and beyond!). The apartment is clean, equipped with every comfort, the entire property is dog-friendly, and the pool is available! Excellent location for those visiting Tuscia. Highly recommended!

26/09/2025: For me, the best pizza in Genoa!! A very welcoming atmosphere, family-run, good prices, and excellent quality! A "giropizza" option is also available. The desserts also deserve a special mention: spectacular!

13/09/2025: I called at the last minute for a table for 25 people, a mix of adults and children...not only did they welcome us, but they provided impeccable service! Delicious pizza and farinata, fast service, the girls at the tables and the owner were very kind, they even set up a section of the table for children with pencils and paper for drawing! My biggest compliments to the entire staff for managing this business where not only do you eat excellently but you're also met with absolute courtesy ♥️ Plus, they have a changing table for little ones in the bathroom, which seems like a minor detail but also provides a service that makes life easier for so many parents with small children. Highly recommended!

05/10/2025: Passing through from Taranto for an 18th birthday event at Tenuta Moreno, we needed to eat as close as possible (just a 10-minute drive), so we stopped here. The welcome was perfect, being a Saturday evening at 9:00 PM and without a reservation. The owner was extremely kind. She only made us wait 40 minutes, taking our name and phone number, and contacted me as soon as a table became available. The waiters, including Marco, who served us, were kind and helpful, as well as knowledgeable when we asked what desserts they had to offer. He knew all the options available and how to prepare them, as well as making them themselves. Everything was perfect, even the prices, which were truly reasonable for the fresh products offered. You can see the verdict in the photos I'll post. I recommend it to anyone passing through or looking for a different kind of evening, but reservations are required to avoid the wait. Thank you all.

The service was quick, even though it was a Saturday night and the place was packed. The staff was very kind and friendly. Recommended.

16/09/2025: Good morning, September 7th, I called to make a reservation for dinner and the phone was unreachable. Google was open, but I had the bitter discovery, as with other people, that it was closed. Not even a holiday closing sign. It's 2025, and at least one answering machine said it was closed for holidays.

18/10/2025: I always and forever stand by the quality, the humanity, and the selection of ingredients. For us, Persichetti is a family-friendly environment. The food is always delicious. We've been coming to this restaurant for years, always clean, with attentive service and a relaxing atmosphere.

01/11/2025: Welcoming place and efficient staff. I wasn't too impressed with the prices and the pizza was good, but the dough was highly hydrated and cooked in an oven that was too hot, so it was a bit chewy inside. Overall, it was good.

02/11/2025: Small but very welcoming. The garden is also lovely. Delicious food, both seafood and meat. Friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. Excellent wine selection.

20/10/2025: I've been to Udine a few times to visit friends (students), and all three times I've been taken to this pizzeria. The place is very simple, recently renovated. I've always loved the pizza; the prices are very competitive and excellent considering the product. I'll definitely be back.

02/11/2025: I always come here during my stays in Santo Stefano. It's definitely one of the best pizzas in the area. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the service is quick. The interior is spacious, and the outdoor seating is very pleasant in the summer. Excellent location. Don't miss it!

25/10/2025: The pizza was mostly crust (about 15-30% of the pizza's surface area was crust), and the dough was thin and flaky. The menu didn't offer many options, and some were out of reach, limiting the options available. The fries were good, the mozzarella sticks were chewy. Despite all this, the food satisfied my cravings for nourishment. A 2:19:19 video played on a loop on the TV, showing the pizzas and the people working in the pizzeria. The exterior of the restaurant is nice, the interior decent, the bathrooms are clean and smell good, but I found the door in the men's bathroom a bit inconvenient to lock. That said, in my opinion, it's a place that didn't fully meet my needs.

23/10/2025: Excellent pizza, thin and easy to digest, with excellent ingredients. The saffron pizza is a must-try, as Evandro adds it directly at the table.
