15/03/2024: Experience proven thanks to a coupon received as a gift. A truly particular environment inspired by the seventies, with very successful gems and references. Dishes that instead left me a little perplexed, with courses that offered little in terms of taste and imagination, and which made the food seem like the weak point of the place. In my humble opinion, a little more passion and explanation towards new potential customers would be needed, to try to attract and make people passionate about currents of thought which nevertheless have admirable ethical foundations and which perhaps the customers who happen to eat there they never took into consideration. Prices a little high, but I also recognize the difficulty of following and preparing a certain type of cuisine. In conclusion I believe that it is a culinary experience that must be had sometimes in life and different restaurants must be tried to get an overall idea.
