25/07/2025: We had a very unpleasant experience. We asked for a change to a dish and were recommended the wrong order. The waiter was rude when we pointed it out, and when he brought it back, we could hear yelling and complaints from the kitchen, even though it was their mistake. The waitress and the young waiter were very kind, but the other waiter was not.

10/07/2025: I've already been there with friends a couple of times and had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful in a simple but welcoming atmosphere. The pizza I chose was with Neapolitan dough. I have to say I really liked it, really well made. 👍 Well done, keep it up.

03/08/2025: Friendly and genuine staff. More than good food. A genuine atmosphere filled with people genuinely having fun, not because it's Friday night and they have to. No posturing. Sure, it's very loud. But it's a pleasant noise.

17/07/2025: The pizza is excellent, but you can't really talk about it among other diners. The acoustics are terrible; it was so chaotic that I couldn't fully enjoy the pizza. Not recommended on weekends; I'll return on weekdays.

02/08/2025: Tuesday evening, the restaurant wasn't full. We arrived at 8:15 PM, and our three-year-old daughter's first child arrived at 9:50 PM! Unfortunately, compared to previous years, since we're regular customers, albeit seasonal ones, we've noticed a decline in service and food.

02/07/2025: Very nice place, but not recommended for those with intolerances or allergies. At the entrance there is a sign that warns that there are allergens everywhere, since I only wanted a cold cuts board I went in anyway. I asked for the board, being lactose intolerant and I was told that if I wanted they would give me bresaola and that was it (the cold cuts board is not on the list). I had dinner with grilled vegetables (not on the list either, but they magically made those, but I do not recommend them: few and not even fantastic, I could not eat the radicchio). If you do not have problems with intolerances, the place is probably good, the pizzoccheri looked good and the meat too. I did not take photos because I was too angry because they did not care at all about the fact that I was having dinner with three slices of courgettes, a wedge of potato, a piece of tomato and 4 slices of aubergine. I went to get a cold cuts board elsewhere because I was still hungry.

17/08/2025: Service was friendly and efficient. Everything felt very rushed. The cocktails were not great - they tasted like cheap alcohol. The food was very okay.

17/08/2025: The atmosphere is great at Orti Sai Center. The place is a beautiful coffee shop and restaurant. We ordered a cappuccino and a delicious tiramisu. Younes, the server, was very kind and served us a free chocolate bar. It's worth a visit. 🇸🇦

12/08/2025: We moved to Rivignano a few months ago, and this is the best pizza in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and the price is reasonable.

The pizza is delicious and very easy to digest (I'm a pain in the ass), the atmosphere is very clean and nice, but what really impressed us was the staff, professional and very kind. 06/07/2025: We enjoyed the food. Friendly service. The pizza is delicious. Locals come here to get a lot of pizzas to go. It's right next to a busy street, which is very loud and a bit annoying.

15/08/2025: Simple and well-kept place, manager and staff are courteous, helpful and attentive to the needs of the customers. Here you eat very well and at a fair price. I recommend the fish-based dishes... excellent and well-kept (exceptional mixed fry... never eaten so good) The pizza is also good. Excellent restaurant to spend a quiet lunch or dinner with friends, family or relatives. I recommend you try this place.

15/08/2025: Barbara is an exceptional waitress, with a remarkable talent for customer service: she's smiling, kind, attentive, and even open to the friendly requests of customers who ask her to take their photo. She makes sure you feel comfortable, asking if "everything's okay." In any case, the other waitresses are also kind and professional. During the welcome phone call, I spoke with Elisabetta, whose tone was polite and inviting, resilient: willing to "meet the needs of a new customer who shows up at the last minute"... spaghetti with clams, perfect recipe!... tiramisu was good, but better without the whipped cream. Thanks to all the staff, the waiters, the cooks, the "many Giulias" who are truly unique, and a special thanks goes to Domenico: unique and unrepeatable! ...and... we have "the magician"! 23/07/2025: I was lucky (or Google works perfect 😀 ) to find this Osteria. I and my wife visited for dinner and enjoyed nice evening in calm, tasty and unique atmosphere. Ariana and Matteo made our visit even more comfortable with attention to details and readiness for helping understand and feel Italy 🇮🇹. I strongly recommend to visit this place and enjoy pure Italian hospitality.

02/07/2025: Osteria with typical local cuisine to absolutely try! Everything really good and very tasty! It's a place that I really care about and I can only speak well of it! When we are in the area we will definitely come here.
