03/08/2025: For my husband and I it has now become a guarantee! If you want to eat truly tasty dishes and if you want to eat in a welcoming place, this is the PERFECT place! The owner is truly kind, attentive to everything, even the friendly and fast waiters. A plus, for those with intolerances, know that they are also equipped and organized for this. Finally, free parking right at the entrance is the icing on the cake, the price which is absolutely in line with everything listed above. We are from Brianza but a stop if we are in the area is ALWAYS MANDATORY!!! Congratulations again!!!

31/07/2025: Discovered for its set lunch menu, it has now become an absolute must-try. This is the second time I've had a Florentine steak, and it's truly amazing. The owner and staff are incredible, always very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend it; it was a truly wonderful experience.

14/07/2025: A delicious restaurant/pizzeria not far from Syracuse, with a large veranda and indoor parking, as well as a garden suitable for receptions. The menu we sampled on the three consecutive evenings we visited included a cone of mixed fried fish, a trio of citrus gratin pasta, almond parfait, pizzolo pasta with eggplant, swordfish caponata, mussels with pepper, and pistachio parfait, along with zibibbo grapes and sorbet.

11/07/2025: A great place with ample parking, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and a beautiful garden overlooking Mount Etna. A large playground for children. We went there twice during our stay – the service was friendly (Angelo was excellent). We enjoyed the meat dishes, as well as the fish and seafood, and the local pizza (the chefs loved them). And finally, the desserts… Everything was delicious. The prices were reasonable for the quality. I definitely recommend it.

12/04/2025: Very good restaurant that we found on the way to the coast. We liked it so much that we returned a few days later. Good service and food in general. The place is spacious and clean and the staff takes great care of everything. The dessert menu is very generous and the correct selection of wines. Highly recommended!

15/08/2025: We were on our way to another restaurant when we passed this one and smelled the incredible meat, so we stopped without any pretensions... we ordered two tagliata, a pasta, and two bruschetta. The tagliata melted in your mouth, the bruschetta tasted extraordinary, and the pasta was delicious. We had to go back a second time to see if there was anything wrong with the menu. We ordered a burger and more bruschetta... and without a doubt, EVERYTHING IMPECCABLE. We'll be back if we have the chance. 💕✨😌

30/07/2025: The diverse selection of foods makes the name "pastry shop" seem too restrictive. The quality of the products is top-notch. The presentation and visual approach inspire a curious mind to join the culinary journey, knowing their combination will not disappoint.

09/07/2025: The first time I got a pizza from them, it was really good, albeit expensive. The fries, filled to the brim, were the same. The second time, it was a bit undercooked and made me feel really bloated, but I passed because it was still excellent (with whole pistachios, giant burrata, and excellent mortadella). The third time (yesterday), it arrived frozen, and the fries on the bone (the box was almost empty) were also frozen. The worst thing was that the burrata this time was tiny and had almost no stracciatella (it was so tiny that it only remained in the center even when opened), and the whole pistachios turned to crumbs every now and then. The pizza was completely burned, black as coal—and obviously bitter. All for €16, which isn't cheap. Oh, and of course, there's a bonus. I was incredibly sick with cramps and all. Oh well, another pizzeria that goes bad after the first.

06/07/2025: I have been taking pizza from Gallo d'Oro for takeaway for years and I always find it excellent, among the best in the area. The staff is also always very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, however, I cannot give 5 stars for two reasons that I hope can be welcomed in a constructive way: the acoustics of the place are really difficult, you are forced to speak very loudly to be heard, and the air conditioning system is insufficient. The table where we were placed received practically no refreshment from the only split in the room. I hope that this small criticism can be of help to further improve the experience in the room, because the quality of the food and the service really deserves it.

21/08/2025: At the end of our vacation, we chose this restaurant and unfortunately regretted it. We ordered pizza and pasta for our main course. The pizza Frutti di Mare was completely drenched in oil, and the crust was very hard. It tasted more like a baked pizza. They charge an additional €2 for the cheese on the pizza. The pasta was also rather tasteless. When we paid, the bill was placed on the table and we were ignored. When we got up after some time, the manager came over to us and looked in the bill holder. Our conclusion: One of the worst restaurants in Bardolino and not recommended.

30/07/2025: A great place for lunch, close to the St. Luca turnoff. I especially recommend the spaghetti with clams and tomatoes. A typical local atmosphere is a plus.

15/02/2025: Ogni anno (da ormai diverso tempo) quando sono in vacanza in queste zone, è ormai una tappa fissa la cena in questo ristorante. Mi sono sempre trovato 'molti bene' in rapporta alla qualità /'prezzo, piatti di pesce squisiti e molto abbondanti ma sopratutto anche di qualità. Personale premuroso e molto attento sopratutto 'gentile', consigliatissimo!!

01/07/2025: It was a very warm evening. There were moments when no air came through the windows. The pizza was super thin and perfectly cooked. Run by a lady and her husband. Very hospitable. Would return.

21/06/2025: We came across this pizzeria by chance, on the advice of some residents of Fenestrelle. The pizza is very light, with quality ingredients. The owners are extremely kind and friendly. When they found out it was one of our birthdays they gave us a little surprise. The desserts are excellent! Price for pizza, medium beer and dessert (genepy offered) less than 23 euros per person
