19/07/2025: Nice and well-kept place. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pinsa wasn't particularly exciting in my opinion: not very flavorful but well-leavened. In this context, I'd definitely recommend it again to try the rest of the menu.

Last night was yet another special event I did with them and now I can only say that Alchemico is a sure thing for me. Very good beers and food, top quality ingredients and top service. 01/08/2025: I want to begin this review with a premise: the main drink at the table, as in everyday life, is WATER! You can't go to a restaurant and be forced to drink "fountain water" when you're used to mineral water at home. They say it's "microfiltered," they say they give it to their children, but that doesn't mean you can't force customers to drink tap water. And they charge €2.50 per liter, like the best mineral waters. Totally unacceptable. I've already politely and politely pointed out to the owners that their selection isn't up to the restaurant's standards, but they turned me down. This shows a lack of attention to customer needs, which are varied and, when it comes to drinks, can't be reduced to a one-size-fits-all approach. To make myself clear: the restaurant has an excellent wine cellar and offers a varied selection of wines and beers. The customer chooses. Why should the water be what they say, even from the tap, and that's it? I don't understand, I don't accept it, it takes away the restaurant's credibility, it's impossible. Now let's move on to the rest of the review. This place is known for its cod. And for its excellent pizzeria. On Holy Thursday, they make one of the best mussel soups. Cod carpaccio, in meatballs, grilled, fried, can be found in the first courses, and in some "refined" options, even if they aren't always successful. I wanted to try the grilled calamari, prepared in a somewhat untraditional way, and I didn't like it. It wasn't very soft, and arrived cold. The pizzas are among the best in the area. Excellent ingredients, soft, light, and easily digestible dough. The desserts were among the best some time ago, partly because they had a special tiramisu, which was served with hot coffee poured on the spot over a cup of dark chocolate that was also part of the dish. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. Prices are a bit high, but many of the dishes are also of high quality. Elegant venue, efficient staff, convenient parking.

14/07/2025: After seeing other reviews, I decided to try this pizzeria near my house. From now on, it will be one of my favorites. I ordered four pizzas: cooked ham, Americana (fries and sausage), four cheeses with salsa rosa, and a full kebab pizza. All four were very good. The dough was very light and soft. Lots of mozzarella. The whole family loved it!

04/08/2025: I stop for breakfast every time I go up into the mountains. The ingredients are good, and the service is also highly recommended, especially for its picturesque location, easy access, and ample parking.

The meat, despite having to satisfy different types of cooking on our part, arrived correctly and well served. Excellent food. The service is polite and calm. The environment is definitely very relaxing, welcoming with the right distance between one table and another. Polite, professional and very courteous staff. Highly recommended.

19/07/2025: New Management Unpresentable service. We arrived at 7:30, and shortly thereafter ordered five pizzas, three of which were Margheritas. The pizzas arrived after an hour and a half and two reminders, just two minutes before I ran out of patience and left. The staff apologized only when the bill arrived, in a pathetic attempt to avoid this review. Missing an order can happen, but when customers point it out, you have to apologize and serve them quickly, and that didn't happen. I'm very sorry the place has changed management because the previous owners were much nicer. I won't be returning.

21/07/2025: A restaurant located inside a residence/hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, both inside and out. The menu is limited, but all focus on Ligurian tradition. The farinata is excellent, and the focacciamisu is unique. Family-run and informal.
