21/07/2026: We had dinner here on our first full day in Italy – also on the recommendation of our Airbnb host, who kindly made the reservation for us. We were warmly welcomed and advised by the junior manager. We opted for a piece of meat from the refrigerated display case. The kitchen had pre-cooked it nicely, and we finished grilling it at the table on a hot stone – entirely to our liking. It tasted fantastic. The side dishes we chose (polenta and vegetables) were also good. The house wine was excellent as well. A great touch was that Trattoria Brea also offered a complimentary amuse-bouche: very flavorful bresaola with bread. Our first dinner of the entire trip was one of the best – we highly recommend this restaurant! All the staff are also very friendly :)
