30/06/2025: A review from a frequent client. This is definitely the best Gluten free bakery in Rome. Everything is gluten free and some options are also lactose free. You'll always find a wide selection of fresh bread, pizzas, pastries, cakes and cookies made with high-quality ingredients. Cakes are absolutely delicious, I'm a big fan of their Caprese...it's a must! Highly recommended!

07/07/2025: We went to dinner at this beautiful restaurant. Their battuta is heavenly, never eaten so good!!! The tagliata di Maremmana really deserves to be served rare. A special thanks to the waitress Giada, very nice, cordial and professional, and to the owner who is friendly and willing to tell the story of the territory not only through typical dishes. Thank you!
08/06/2025: I only have to report a glass of wine for €12. I understand the quality of the wine, but I find the price really excessive. Unfortunately this detail was really negative compared to what the restaurant offered.

The pizzas are sold at very fair prices and are freshly prepared in a wood-fired oven. They taste great, and the service was excellent.
